available on the iPhone® App Store.
2. Set a Goal.
3. Wear the Bowflex Boost .

Awake mode.
Press and hold for 5 seconds:
- from red to purple and two purple flashes,
syncing.
Sleep or Awake Mode / Sync
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital

clignotements pourpre, synchronisation.

Des changements ou des modifications à cette unité qui ne sont pas expressément approuvés
