7. Secured Battery Cover
 Battery cover can only be removed by using a Torx Security
screwdriver (Recommended: T27) only when shackle is unlocked.
 Battery cover cannot be removed when shackle is locked.
 To unlock, turn the Torx cap counter‐clockwise by 90 degrees. There
will be clear visual indicator on the back to guide the user.

10.Masking PIN
 Maximum = 16 digits including masking pin
 Product will allow up to 8 masking pins before the actual PIN code (8
digits).
 Product will allow up to 9 masking pins before the actual PIN code (7
digits).
 Product will allow up to 10 masking pins before the actual PIN code
(6 digits).
 Product will allow up to 11 masking pins before the actual PIN code
(5 digits).
 Product will allow up to 12 masking pins before the actual PIN code
(4 digits).
11.Emergency Jumpstart
 If internal batteries are fully drained or low Battery, user can use a 9V
Battery to stay in contact to 2 conical contact pins (about 12mm
apart) to jumpstart the product.
 When that 9V battery contacts with the 9V contact, there will be one
single beep and keypad lights up for user to use any entry methods to
unlock the product.
 When not in use, there is a Emergency Jumpstart cover that is fitted
securely at the bottom of the padlock.
 The Emergency Jumpstart cover cannot be pulled out easily. There is
a groove to assist user to open the cover.
12.Multiple Shackle Configurations
 User is able to change configuration on the padlock whether the
shackle is removable or retained.
 Normal / Long Shackle (Retained)
 Normal / Long Shackle (Removable)
 User can change configuration via accessing a retaining pin after
removing battery cover
 When in retained shackle configuration,
 User is able to pull the shackle up but shackle still remain
in body.
 User is unable to remove the shackle as internal
mechanism is holding the shackle.
 When Padlock is unlocked, it should not be too hard to
open the padlock.
 When in removable shackle configuration,
 User is able to pull the whole shackle out as internal
mechanism is not holding the shackle.
 When in removable shackle configuration, user is able to
pull the shackle up to open the padlock and with a higher
force to remove the shackle.
 When Padlock is unlocked, it should not be too hard to
open the padlock.
 When Padlock is open, it should not be hard to remove
the shackle.
13.Manual Relock
 Hold on # for one second to manual relock (backup)
14.Auto Relock
 If Auto relock is ON, the lock will relock after the shackle is closed. If
the lock is unlocked and shackle is kept closed, the lock will relock
after 30 seconds (fixed).
15.Rubber Bumper
 There is a Rubber Bumper to protect the back body and vibration.
Also to prevent the back of padlock from knocking onto a hard
surface when it is moving (for example: on a truck)
16.Hard Reset and Factory PIN
 Hard Reset Button can only be accessed by opening the battery cover.
(Reference: Keybox2)
 Hold on for 3 seconds to Hard Reset. After factory reset, device will
revert back to factory settings
 Unpaired product can be unlocked with Factory Pin code of
1234567890 (to test all buttons) followed by the Unlock Icon.
 Hard Reset can be performed only when padlock is unlocked state

 Volume can be changed via Bluetooth

19.Keypad LED Toggle
 Keypad LED can be switched on or off via Bluetooth
 By default, it is switched on
20.Keypad Security Lockout
 Keypad Security Lockout will be triggered if Incorrect pins are
attempted for a number of consecutive times. “Keypad Security
Lockout” can only be activated when the lock is locked
 User is able to Enable and disable Keypad Security Lockout via BT
 User is able to configure 1 to 10 incorrect pins (default = 5)
 When “Keypad Security Lockout” is triggered 1st time:
 There will be siren for 30 seconds
 Keypad will not accept any pin codes for 1 minute
 When “Keypad Security Lockout ” is consecutively triggered 2nd time:
 There will be siren for 60 seconds
 Keypad will not accept any pin codes for 5 minutes
 When “Keypad Security Lockout” is consecutively triggered 3rd and
subsequent times:
 There will be siren for 90 seconds
 Keypad will not accept any pin codes for 10 minutes
 Keypad Security Lockout can be deactivated by:
 After 1 / 5 / 10 minutes (depending)
 Bluetooth Unlock (Master/Guest)
 When “Keypad Security Lockout” is deactivated (by any method,
there will a clear Audio indicator. Refer to “Audio and LED Indications”
section for details.
 During Security mode, single Flash White LED and Red LED on LED
indicator when keypad is triggered.
21.Relock Reminder Alert
 Relock Reminder Alert will be triggered if the lock is not locked within
a period of time (user‐defined)
 User is able to Enable and disable Relock Reminder Alert via BT
 User is able to configure 10 seconds to 10 minutes
