How to set up the pendant
i.Plug the earphone to the earphone socket match with the track

neckloopis pointing towards your mouth.
Chargingthe battery
Thank you ror buying the new Pendant BHO‘iwith Eluetooth
wtreless technology. Before rirst time use. it is importantto
charge the Pendant until the red LED turns off.
Turning on the pendant
When the Pendant is powered down. press and hold 51 until blue
LED turns on indicates that the Pendant is power up. Blue LED will
flash every 3 seconds.
Turning off the pendant
When the Pendant is powered up. press and hold 51 until red LED
turns on indicates that the Pendant is powered down.
Turning onloft MIC amp er
Press “51" to turn on the Pendant. Slide 32 to “I” position. MIC
amplifier will turn on.
Slide SQ to “0” position. MIC amplifier will turn off.
Adjust speaker volume
The Volume level can be adjusted by turning the volume control
knob upward or downwards. Upwards is increasing volume and
downwards is decreasing volume.
Adjust tone
The tone can be adjusted by turning the tone control knob upwards
or downwards. Upwards is going to high frequency and downwards
is 90an to low frequency.
Caution tor neckloop
The pendant can communicate with your hearing aid when your
hearing aid is in T-coil mode or T—coil + lvllc mode (operation of
your hearing aid. please refer to its user manual). We strongly
recommend you to switch your hearing aid to T-coil modewhen
you use the Pendant.
Conne ' g to B uetooth mobile phone
Pendant in pairing mode
oBefore start pairing. make sure the Pendant is fully charged
and the charging cable is disconnected lromlt. When the
Pendant is power off, press and hold Si until red and blue
LEDs flashing alternately. Itindicates that the Pendantls in
pairing mode.
. Following the operating instructions for your Bluetooth mobile
phone to start the pairing process. Typically. this has to be
done by going to a setup or connect menu and then selecting
the options to discover Bluetooth devices. Bluetooth may take
several seconds to establish a connection.
oYour phone's display should indicate that It has found the
Pendant “Enhancer" and asks if you want to pair it. You should
confirm it. For Bluetooth mobile phone compliant with 2.1. its
easy-pairing feature enables successful pairing Without asking
fora passkey. For Bluetooth mobile phone compliant with 2.0
or downward versions. phone's display would prompt you for a
passkey or PIN. Enter a sequence or "noon".
o The Pendant LED will flash blue every 3 seconds. indicating
successful pairing. Usually the phone will ask whether you want
to change the Pendants name. We recommend you to keep the
default name “Enhancef'.
c If pairing doesn‘t occur as expected. Turn Off both Pendant and
Phone and wait tor 10 seconds. Turn on Pendant and phone
again and repeat all steps from beginning.Pairing does authorize
the devices like mobile phones and Pendants with each other
and only needs to be performed once.
Establishing Bluetnulh link
Atter successful pairing. the Pendant and the mobile phone. you
may need to establish a Bluetooth link between them according to
the operation manual of your mobile phone. To establish the link.
press St shortly. Use Nokia 613m as an example, the mobile
phone will show‘Do you accept Enhancer request for connection7"
Select YES to establish the link. You are ready to make and
answer calls on the Pendant. For other phones. please follow the
operation manual to establish the link.
Please note:
It the Pendant ls power down. turning on the Pendant wlll auto
reconnect the last used device. It the Pendant ls disconnect but
powered on, press 31 shortly to connect the link again. ltthere is
abnormal loss orlink happened (e.g.out of range).the Pendant Will
automatically try to reconnect the mobile phone several times.
Answering incoming calls when Mlc ampl ' r mode is off
When you wear the Pendant and there is an incoming call
presented. the Pendant will ring and vibrate. Press S1will
answer the cell.
Attention: Some phones put the Bluetooth connection into
Standby Mode if it has not been used for some time. When there
is phone call in. only the mobile phone rings and It will takesa
few secondsto transfer the call to Pendant. You have to wait
until you near the ring tone and vibration on Pendant. it you
press 51 to take the call before you hear the ring tone and
vibration on Pendant. the Pendant will try to establish Eluetooth
connection.Thls will cause connection conflict between mobile
phone and Pendant
Answering incoming calls when MIC amplifier mode is on
When you wear the Pendant and using the MIC amplifiermooe
and there is an mourning call presented, the Pendant will ring and
vibrate. Press Si will answer the call. MIC Amplitierwillturn off
automatically and resume again after phone call.
Transferring calls (For Nokia N57nii or equivalent models;
When you are in session,calls can be transferred from the
Bluetooth phone to the Pendant and from the Pendant to the
Bluetooth phone.
0 To transfer a Call from Bluelootn mobile phone to the Pendant“
press S1 once, the call will be transferred to Pendant.
.To transfer acall from Pendant to Bluetooth mobile phone,
please follow the operating instructions of your mobile phone.
Ending call
While a call is in session on the Pendant, pressing 51 will
disconnect the call.
After the call is disconnect, the blue LED will flash normally again.
To make a new call using voice dial
Make sure the voice dialing function is set up in the mobile phone
and it is within the range of the Pendant.Press 51 on the Pendant
shortly. There is a beep tone on the Pendant. Then use your
recorded voice commands(e.g.Ey saying the name ofthe person).
The call Will be connected in a few seconds.
Reject a call
To reject a cell at the time when the Pendant rings & vibrates.
press and hold 31 until you heara tone.
Tv listening kit (optional external cable)
Optional TV listening kit includes a 12 feel external cable to
extend Pendant microphone.
To use Pendant for TV listening:
i.Plug the external cable to "external microphone socket”
2.Place the microphone of external cable close to TV Speaker
Caution: Please be Cautious ol the cable between Pendant and
TV set.
Low-battery indication
The Pendant LED will flash red instead of blue when the battery
is low. There Will also a short beep periodically. After this
indication you still have up to is minutes talk time. When the
battery level is too low, the Pendant Will power off. It cannot
power on again unless the charger is connected or the battery is
sufficiently charged.
Battery recharging
To recharge the battery, connect the charger cable to the Pendant.
During recharging. the LED shows a steady red light.
When the battery is fully charged, the red light will be off.
The achievable talk time and standby time forthe Pendant can
vary with different Bluetolh mobile phones due to different
implementation of power down modes.
Keep the Pendant away from the fire to avoid damage.
Warning:
For adaptor, the socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment
and shall be easily accessible.

Maintenance and care
1.Keep the Pendent out of the reach of children
2.Store the Pendant is dry Condition
3.Do not expose the Pendant to excessive moisturehumidity or
steam.
4.Avoid dropping or knocking the Pendant.
5.Avoid electric shock by keeping the Pendant away from water.
6.Do not clean with harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or abrasive
detergents. To clean, wipe with soft ototh slightly.
