WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: PROPER USE OF A TOUCH-SCREEN DEVICE. If your device has a touch-screen
display, please note that a touch-screen responds best to a light touch from the pad of your finger or a non-
metallic stylus. Using excessive force or a metallic object when pressing on the touch screen may damage the
tempered glass surface and void the warranty. For more information, please refer to the “Standard Limited
Warranty”.
IMPORTANT! Do not allow the touch-screen to come into contact with other electrical devices. Electrostatic
discharges can cause the touch screen to malfunction.
CAUTION! To avoid damaging the touch screen, do not tap it with anything sharp or apply excessive pressure
to it with your fingertips.
Warranty Information
Standard Limited Warranty
What is covered and for how long?
Fossil Group, Inc. (”Fossil”) warrants that this Fossil product and accessories included in the packaging with
the product (the “Product”) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period
commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for two years.
What is not covered?
Uninterrupted or Error-Free. Fossil does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or
error-free. Fossil is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s
use.
Normal Wear and Tear. Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are
excluded from coverage.
Batteries. Only rechargeable batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity and
batteries that leak are covered by this Limited Warranty. Non-rechargeable batteries are not covered under this
Limited Warranty.
Software. This Limited Warranty does not cover soware embedded in the product and the services provided by
Fossil to owners of the Product. Refer to the license agreement accompanying the soware and the Fossil services
terms of use for details of your rights with respect to their use.
DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING INFORMATION
The symbol indicates that this Product shall not be mixed with unsorted municipal waste when disposed of.
There is a separate collection system for waste electrical and electronic equipment. Usually old electrical and
electronic equipment can be returned free of charge. For further information please contact the competent
municipal authorities or the shop where you purchased the Product. Correct disposal ensures that waste electrical
and electronic equipment is recycled and reused appropriately. It helps avoid potential damage for the environment
and human health and to preserve natural resources.
 Do not dispose of the Product with household waste.
 Batteries are not to be disposed of in municipal waste stream and require separate collection.
 Disposal of the packaging and your Product should be done in accordance with local regulations.
CHARGING DOCK OPERATION
The charging dock is designed for tabletop use. To be compliant with RF exposure guidelines and to avoid
interference with implanted medical devices, maintain a distance of at least 15 centimeters (approximately 6
inches) from the charging dock.

significant impact. Do not use if screen is broken or cracked as this could cause injury to you.

What must you do to obtain warranty service?
To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must return the Product to an authorized service facility in
an adequate container for shipping, accompanied by the sales receipt or comparable proof of sale showing the
original date of purchase, the serial number of the Product and the seller’s name and address. If Fossil determines
that any Product is not covered by this Limited Warranty, you must pay for all parts, shipping, and labor charges
for the repair or return of such Product.

No data, soware or applications added to your Product will be reinstalled. You should keep a separate backup
copy of any contents of the Product before delivering the Product to Fossil for warranty service, as some or all of
the contents may be deleted or reformatted during the warranty service.
What are the limits on Fossil’s liability?
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, TERMS OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO ANY MATTER
WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ALL
OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY FOSSIL. FOSSIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT
OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF FOSSIL HAS
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY SPECIFIED
HEREIN IS DEEMED TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. FOSSIL’S ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE
LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OR RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID, AT FOSSIL’S SOLE
OPTION.
SOME COUNTRIES, STATES OR PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY BE LIMITED IN THEIR APPLICATION TO YOU. WHEN IMPLIED
WARRANTIES MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED IN THEIR ENTIRETY, THEY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF
THE APPLICABLE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS,
YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE LOCAL LAW. YOUR STATUTORY
RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.
Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damages that result from:
a) Improper operation, storage, misuse or ause, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks or scratches,
etc.) to the surface of the Product resulting from misuse;
b) Contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat,
or food;
c) Use of the Product for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product to abnormal usage or conditions; or
d) Other acts which are not the fault of Fossil,
are excluded from coverage.
Use of Non-Fossil Products. Defects or damage that result from the use of non-Fossil branded or certified
products, accessories or soware or other peripheral equipment are excluded from coverage.
Altered Products. Product with:
a) serial numbers or production date codes or other tracking marks that have been removed, altered or obliterated;
b) broken seals or that show evidence of tampering or access by non-authorized dealers or repair centers;
are excluded from coverage.
Products from Unauthorized sellers. Products that are not purchased from an authorized FOSSIL retailer are
excluded from coverage.
Communications Services. Defects, damages, or the failure of Products due to any communication service or
signal you may subscribe to or use with the Products is excluded from coverage.
What are Fossil’s obligations?
During the applicable warranty period, provided the Product is sent in for service in accordance with the terms
of this Limited Warranty, Fossil will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the Product, at Fossil’s sole
option, without charge. Fossil may, at its sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components
when repairing any Product, or may replace the Product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new Product. All replaced
Products will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the original
Product or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. All replaced Products, parts, components, boards and
equipment shall become the property of Fossil. Except to the extent expressly allowed by applicable law, transfer
or assignment of this Limited Warranty is prohibited.

TO INTEGRATE ANY SUCH SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT WITH THE PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH THIRD-
PARTY SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT IS INCLUDED WITH THE PRODUCT OR DISTRIBUTED BY FOSSIL OR
OTHERWISE. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY, CAPABILITIES, OPERATIONS, PERFORMANCE AND
SUITABILITY OF ANY SUCH THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT RESTS SOLELY WITH THE USER
AND THE DIRECT VENDOR, OWNER OR SUPPLIER OF SUCH THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT.
Nothing in the Product instructions or information shall be construed to create an express warranty of any kind
with respect to the Products. No agent, employee, dealer, representative or reseller is authorized to modify or
extend this Limited Warranty or to make binding representations or claims, whether in advertising, presentations
or otherwise, on behalf of Fossil regarding the Products or this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality
and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

en el ticket de compra. Salvo prueba en contrario se presumirá que las faltas de conformidad, que se manifiesten

 Do not expose your Product to extremely high or low temperatures.
 Do not use your Product in a sauna or steam room.

 Never allow children to play with the product; the small components may be a choking hazard!The Product
is not intended for use where the failure of the Product could lead to death, personal injury, or severe
environmental damage.
Important Health Precautions
The Product, including any included soware, is not a medical device and is intended for fitness purposes only.
It is not designed or intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation,
treatment, or prevention of disease. Always seek the advice of a qualified medical professional before making any
changes to your exercise, sleep, or nutrition, as doing so may cause severe harm or death.
Persons with implanted medical devices should:
 Keep the Product more than 20 centimeters away from their medical device when the Product is turned on.
 Never carry the Product in their breast pocket
 Use the wrist opposite the implanted medical device to minimize potential for RF interference.
 Turn the Product off if you notice any interference.
Built-in battery precautions
 Do not dispose of your Product in a fire. The battery could explode.
 Do not attempt to replace your Product’s battery. It is built-in and not changeable. The battery should be
serviced only by Fossil authorized service centers.
 Charge the battery in accordance with the instructions.
 Recharge your battery only with Fossil-approved chargers that are specifically designed for your Product.
 Do not attempt to force open the built-in battery.
 Your Product uses a California Energy Commission battery charger.
 Batteries (and all electronic equipment) must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste.
WARNING! Use of non-Fossil approved battery or charger may present a risk of fire, explosion, leakage or other
hazard. Fossil’s warranty does not cover damage to the device caused by non-Fossil approved batteries and/or
chargers.
WARNING! Certain items are fitted with lithium batteries that may contain perchlorate material – special

Intellectual Property
All Intellectual Property, as defined below, owned by or which is otherwise the property of Fossil or its respective
suppliers relating to this product, including but not limited to, accessories, parts, or soware relating there to
(the “Product System”), is proprietary to Fossil or its licensors and protected under Federal laws, state laws,
and international treaty provisions. Intellectual Property includes, but is not limited to, inventions (patentable or
unpatentable), patents, trade secrets, copyrights, soware, computer programs, and related documentation and
other works of authorship. You may not infringe or otherwise violate the rights secured by the Intellectual Property.
Moreover, you agree that you will not (and will not attempt to) modify, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer,
decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to create source code from the soware. No title to or ownership
in the Intellectual Property is transferred to you. All applicable rights of the Intellectual Property shall remain with
Fossil and its licensors and suppliers.

FUNZIONAMENTO DELL’UNITÀ DI RICARICA
L’unità di ricarica è progettata per l’uso su un tavolo. Per rimanere conformi con le linee guida di utilizzo RF e
per evitare interferenze con i dispositivi medici impiantati, mantenere una distanza di almeno 15 centimetri (6
pollici) dall’unità di ricarica.

Tenere presente quanto riportato di seguito quando si utilizza il dispositivo:
AVVISI RELATIVI AL DISPLAY
Il display sul dispositivo è in vetro o acrilico e potrebbe rompersi se il dispositivo cade o se riceve un impatto
significativo. Non utilizzarlo se lo schermo è rotto o crepato in quanto potrebbe provocare danni personali.
GARANZIA: USO CORRETTO DI UN DISPOSITIVO CON TOUCH SCREEN. Se il proprio dispositivo ha un display
touch screen, tenere presente che il touch screen risponde meglio a un tocco leggero con il polpastrello o con
una penna non metallica. L’uso di una forza eccessiva o di un oggetto metallico quando si tocca il touch screen
potrebbe danneggiare la superficie di vetro temperato e invalidare la garanzia. Per maggiori informazioni, fare

Che cosa è coperto dalla garanzia e per quanto tempo?
Fossil Group, Inc. (”Fossil”) garantisce che questo prodotto Fossil e i relativi accessori inclusi nella confezione (il
“Prodotto”) sono esenti da difetti di fabbricazione e nei materiali per un periodo di due anni dalla data di acquisto.
Che cosa non è coperto dalla garanzia?
Funzionamento continuo o privo di errori. Fossil non assicura che il funzionamento del Prodotto sarà continuo o
privo di errori. Fossil non è responsabile di danni derivanti dal mancato rispetto delle istruzioni relative all’utilizzo
del Prodotto.
Normale usura. Manutenzione periodica, riparazione e sostituzione di parti dovute a un normale logorio sono
escluse dalla copertura di questa garanzia.
Batterie. Solo le batterie ricaricabili la cui capacità di carica completa è al di sotto dell’80% della capacità
nominale e le batterie con perdite sono coperte da questa Garanzia limitata. Le batterie non ricaricabili non sono
coperte da questa Garanzia.
Software. Questa Garanzia limitata non copre il soware integrato nel prodotto e i servizi forniti da Fossil ai
proprietari del Prodotto. Fare riferimento all’accordo di licenza fornito con il soware e ai termini di utilizzo Fossil
per i dettagli sui propri diritti in relazione al suo utilizzo.
Abuso e uso improprio. Difetti o danni derivanti da:
a) funzionamento non corretto, conservazione inadeguata, uso improprio o abuso, incidente o negligenza, come
danni fisici (crepe o gra e così via) alla superficie del Prodotto derivanti da un uso improprio,
b) contatto con liquidi, acqua, pioggia, umidità eccessiva o traspirazione pesante, sabbia, sporcizia, calore
estremo o cibo,
c) uso del Prodotto per scopi commerciali o Prodotto sottoposto a uso o condizioni anomale, oppure
d) altri eventi non imputabili a Fossil,
sono esclusi dalla copertura di questa Garanzia.

Uso di prodotti non Fossil. Difetti o danni derivanti dall’uso di prodotti certificati o con marchi non Fossil,
accessori o soware o altre periferiche sono esclusi dalla copertura di questa Garanzia.
Prodotti alterati. Prodotti con:
a) numeri di serie o codici di data di produzione o altri marchi di tracciabilità che sono stati rimossi, alterati o
cancellati,
b) sigilli rotti o che mostrano evidenti segni di manomissione o accesso da rivenditori o centri di riparazione non
autorizzati
sono esclusi dalla copertura di questa Garanzia.
Prodotti da rivenditori non autorizzati. I prodotti che non sono stati acquistati da un rivenditore FOSSIL
autorizzati sono esclusi dalla copertura di questa Garanzia.
Servizi di comunicazione. Difetti, danni o malfunzionamento dei prodotti a causa di un segnale o di un servizio
di comunicazione a cui è stata effettuata la registrazione o utilizzato con i prodotti sono esclusi dalla copertura
di questa Garanzia.
Quali sono gli obblighi di Fossil?
Durante il periodo di garanzia applicabile, sempre che il Prodotto sia inviato in assistenza in conformità ai termini
di questa Garanzia limitata, Fossil riparerà, sostituirà o rimborserà l’importo speso per l’acquisto del Prodotto, a
sua unica discrezione, senza alcuna spesa aggiuntiva. Fossil può decidere, a sua discrezione, di utilizzare parti o
componenti nuovi, rigenerati o rimessi a nuovo per la riparazione di un Prodotto oppure può sostituire il Prodotto
con un Prodotto nuovo, rigenerato o rimesso a nuovo. Tutti i prodotti sostituiti saranno coperti da garanzia per
un periodo uguale al periodo rimanente della Garanzia limitata originale o per novanta (90) giorni, a seconda di
quale periodo dei due è più lungo. Tutti i prodotti, le parti, i componenti, le schede e le apparecchiature sostituiti
diventeranno proprietà di Fossil. Nella misura consentita espressamente dalle leggi in vigore, il trasferimento o
l’assegnazione di questa Garanzia limitata sono proibiti.
Che cosa fare per richiedere l’assistenza in garanzia?
Per ottenere assistenza in base a questa Garanzia limitata, è necessario restituire il Prodotto a una struttura di
assistenza autorizzata in un contenitore adatto alla spedizione, accompagnato dallo scontrino o da una prova
evidente di vendita che riporta la data di acquisto originale, il numero di serie del Prodotto e il nome e l’indirizzo del
venditore. Se Fossil determina che un Prodotto non è coperto da questa Garanzia limitata, l’utente dovrà pagare
tutti i pezzi, le spese di spedizione e la manodopera per la riparazione o il reso del Prodotto.

 Non forzare l’apertura della batteria integrata.
 Il Prodotto utilizza un caricabatterie della California Energy Commission.

BETRIEB DES LADEDOCKS
Das Ladedock ist für die Tischverwendung konzipiert. Um die Einhaltung der Richtlinien für HF-Belastung
sicherzustellen und um Störungen implantierter medizinischer Geräte zu vermeiden, erhalten Sie bitte einen
Abstand von mindestens 15 Zentimetern (ungefähr 6 Zoll) vom Ladedock aufrecht.

Was ist gedeckt und für wie lange?
Die Fossil Group, Inc. (”Fossil”) gewährleistet, dass dieses Produkt von Fossil und die sich in der
Produktverpackung befindlichen Zubehörteile (das “Produkt”) unter normalen Einsatzbedingungen, für den
Zeitraum von zwei Jahren, der mit dem Kaufdatum beginnt, frei von Material- und Verarbeitungsfehlern ist.
Was ist nicht gedeckt?
Ununterbrochen oder Fehlerfrei. Fossil gewährleistet nicht, dass der Betrieb des Produkts ununterbrochen oder
fehlerfrei ist. Fossil ist nicht verantwortlich für Schäden, die aus der Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisungen
für den sicheren Gebrauch des Produkts entstehen.
Normale Abnutzung. Regelmäßge Wartung, Reparatur und Austausch von Teilen infolge normaler Abnutzung
sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Batterien. Nur wiederaufladbare Batterien, deren Kapazität im voll aufgeladenem Zustand unter 80% der
angegebenen Kapazität liegt und Batterien, die auslaufen, werden von dieser beschränkten Gewährleistung
gedeckt. Nicht wiederaufladbare Batterien sind von dieser beschränkten Gewährleistung nicht gedeckt.
Software. Diese beschränkte Gewährleistung deckt nicht die Soware, die im Produkt eingebettet ist
und die Dienstleistungen, die von Fossil für die Eigentümer des Produkts erbracht werden. Sehen Sie in der
Lizenzvereinbarung, die der Soware und den Dienstleistungsbedingungen von Fossil beiliegt nach, um Ihre
Rechte bezüglich ihres Gebrauchs einzusehen.
Fehlgebrauch & Missbrauch. Defekte oder Schäden aufgrund folgender Ursachen:
a) unsachgemäße Nutzung oder Lagerung des Produkts, falsche oder missbräuchliche Verwendung, Unfälle oder
Fahrlässigkeit, die als Folge von Missbrauch zu physischen Beschädigungen (z. B. zu Rissen und Kratzern)
der Produktoberfläche führen;
b) Kontakt mit Flüssigkeit, Wasser, Regen, extremer Feuchtigkeit oder starker Transpiration, Sand, Schmutz o. ä.
sowie extremer Hitze oder Lebensmitteln;
c) Verwendung des Produkts für gewerbliche Zwecke oder unsachgemäße/anomale Anwendungen und
Bedingungen; oder
d) andere Ursachen, die nicht durch Fossil verschuldet wurden,
sind von der Deckung ausgeschlossen.

Benutzung von Produkten, die nicht von Fossil stammen. Defekte oder Schäden, die aus der Benutzung von
Produkten, Zubehör oder Soware oder anderer peripherer Ausrüstung entstehen, die nicht mit dem Warenzeichen
von Fossil versehen sind oder nicht von Fossil verbrie ist/sind, sind von der Deckung ausgeschlossen.
Veränderte Produkte. Produkte mit:
a) entfernten, abgeänderten oder unkenntlich gemachten Seriennummern, Codes des Herstellungsdatums oder
anderen Verfolgungsmarkierungen,
b) erbrochenen Siegeln oder anderen Anzeichen von Verfälschung oder Eingriffen unbefugter Händler oder
Reparaturwerkstätten,
sind von der Deckung ausgeschlossen.
Produkte von unbefugten Verkäufern. Produkte, die nicht von einem zugelassenem FOSSIL-Einzelhändler
gekau wurden, sind von der Deckung ausgeschlossen.
Kommunikationsdienste. Defekte, Schäden oder Ausfälle der Produkte durch Kommunikationsdienste oder
-signale, die Sie für die Benutzung mit den Produkten abonniert haben, sind von der Deckung ausgeschlossen.
Welche Pflichten hat Fossil?
Während der anwendbaren Gewährleistungsfrist und vorausgesetzt, dass das Produkt in Übereinstimmung mit
den Bedingungen dieser beschränkten Gewährleistung eingesandt wird, wird Fossil das Produkt nach alleinigem
Ermessen reparieren, ersetzen oder den Kaufpreis des Produkts kostenfrei zurückerstatten. Fossil kann nach
seinem eigenen Ermessen, erneuerte, aufgearbeitete Bauteile oder Komponenten zur Reparatur jedes Produkts
benutzen, oder kann das Produkt mit einem erneuerten, aufgearbeiteten oder neuen Produkt ersetzen. Alle
ersetzten Produkte erhalten eine Gewährleistung für einen Zeitraum, der gleich dem verbleibenden Zeitraum der
ursprünglichen beschränkten Gewährleistung auf das ursprüngliche Produkt ist oder für neunzig (90) Tage, je
nach dem welcher Zeitraum länger ist. Alle ersetzten Produkte, Teile, Komponenten, Baugruppen und Ausrüstung
werden zum Eigentum von Fossil. Außer in dem Umfang, in dem dies vom anwendbaren Recht ausdrücklich
erlaubt ist, ist die Übertragung oder die Abtretung dieser beschränkten Gewährleistung verboten.
Was müssen Sie tun, um Gewährleistungsservice zu erhalten?
Um Gewährleistungsservice entsprechend dieser beschränkten Gewährleistung zu erhalten, müssen Sie
das Produkt bei einer zugelassenen Gewährleistungseinrichtung, in einem angemessenen Behältnis für den
Versand, zusammen mit der Quittung oder einem vergleichbaren Beweis des Verkaufs zurückgeben, die/der das
ursprüngliche Kaufdatum, die Seriennummer des Produkts und den Namen und die Adresse des Verkäufers zeigt.
Falls Fossil feststellt, dass ein Produkt nicht von dieser beschränkten Gewährleistung gedeckt ist, müssen Sie
für alle Teile, den Versand und die Arbeitskosten für die Reparatur oder die Rückgabe eines solchen Produkts

Fossil Group, Inc. (« Fossil ») garantit que ce produit Fossil ainsi que les accessoires inclus dans l’emballage avec
le produit (le « Produit ») ne présentent aucun défaut matériel ou de fabrication dans des conditions normales
d’utilisation pour une durée de deux ans à compter de la date d’achat.
Qu’est-ce qui n’est pas couvert par la garantie ?
Fonctionnement sans interruption ou sans erreur. Fossil ne garantit par que le Produit fonctionnera sans
interruption ni erreur. Fossil n’est pas responsable des dommages découlant du non-respect des instructions
relatives à l’utilisation du produit.
Usure normale. L’entretien périodique, les réparations et le remplacement des pièces dus à l’usure normale sont
exclus de la garantie.
Piles. Seules les piles rechargeables dont la capacité de charge complète est inférieure à 80 % de leur capacité
nominale et les piles qui fuient sont couvertes par la présente Garantie limitée. Les piles non rechargeables ne sont
pas couvertes par la présente Garantie limitée.

Logiciels. La présente Garantie limitée ne couvre pas les logiciels intégrés au produit et les services fournis
par Fossil aux propriétaires du produit. Se reporter à l’accord de licence relatif aux logiciels et aux conditions
d’utilisation des services Fossil pour connaître le détail de vos droits relatifs à leur utilisation.
Mauvais traitement et utilisation inadaptée. Les défauts ou dommages résultant des conditions suivantes :
a) Fonctionnement, rangement ou utilisation inadapté, mauvais traitement, accident ou négligence, comme des
dommages physiques (fentes ou rayures, etc.) sur la surface du produit résultant d’une utilisation inadaptée ;
b) contact avec un liquide, de l’eau, la pluie, une humidité extrême ou une transpiration importante, du sable, de la
poussière ou similaire, une chaleur extrême ou de la nourriture ;
c) utilisation du produit à des fins commerciales ou produit soumis à un usage inadapté ou à des conditions
anormales ; ou
d) autres actions non imputables à Fossil,
sont exclus de la garantie.
Utilisation de produits d’une marque autre que Fossil. Les défauts ou dommages résultant de l’utilisation de
produits, d’accessoires, de logiciels ou d’autres appareils périphériques qui ne sont pas de la marque Fossil ou qui
ne sont pas certifiés par Fossil sont exclus de la garantie.
Produits modifiés. Tout produit dont :
a) le numéro de série, le code de la date de production ou toute autre marque d’identification a été enlevé, modifié
ou effacé ;
b) le scellement n’est pas intact ou qui présente un signe d’altération ou d’accès par des revendeurs ou des
centres de réparation non agréés ;
est exclu de la garantie.
Produits de vendeurs non autorisés. Les produits qui n’ont pas été achetés auprès d’un revendeur FOSSIL
agréé sont exclus de la garantie.
Services de communication. Les défauts, les dommages ou la défaillance des produits dus à un service ou signal
de communication auquel vous avez souscrit ou que vous avez utilisé avec les Produits sont exclus de la garantie.
Quelles sont les obligations de Fossil ?
Pendant la période de garantie, sous réserve que le produit soit envoyé en réparation conformément aux conditions
de la présente Garantie limitée, Fossil réparera, remplacera ou remboursera le prix d’achat du produit, à sa seule
discrétion, et ce, sans frais. Dans le cadre de la réparation d’un produit, Fossil peut, à sa seule discrétion, utiliser
des pièces ou des composants remis à neuf, reconditionnés ou neufs, ou peut remplacer le produit par un produit
remis à neuf, reconditionné ou neuf. Tous les produits remplacés seront garantis pour une durée égale à la durée
résiduelle de la Garantie limitée d’origine du produit original ou pour une durée quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours, la durée
la plus longue étant retenue. Tous les produits, pièces, composants, cartes et appareil remplacés deviendront la
propriété de Fossil. Sauf dans la limite expressément autorisée par la loi en vigueur, le transfert ou la cession de la
présente Garantie limitée est interdit.
Que devez-vous faire pour bénéficier du service de garantie ?
Pour bénéficier du service découlant de la présente Garantie limitée, vous devez renvoyer le Produit à un centre de
service agréé dans un emballage adapté à l’expédition, accompagné du reçu de caisse ou d’une preuve d’achat
comparable mentionnant la date d’achat d’origine, le numéro de série du Produit ainsi que le nom et l’adresse du
vendeur. Si Fossil détermine qu’un produit n’est pas couvert par la présente Garantie limitée, vous devrez payer
l’intégralité des pièces, des frais d’expédition et de main-d’œuvre pour la réparation ou le retour du produit.

garantie.

L’UTILISATION D’UN LOGICIEL DE SYSTÈME D’EXPLOITATION MODIFIÉ PEUT ENTRAÎNER LE

Précautions importantes en matière de santé
Le produit, y compris les logiciels inclus, n’est pas un dispositif médical et est uniquement destiné à des fins de
remise en forme. Il n’est ni conçu ni destiné à être utilisé pour diagnostiquer des maladies ou d’autres troubles, ni
pour guérir, atténuer, traiter ou prévenir des maladies. Toujours demander l’avis d’un professionnel de santé qualifié
avant de modifier votre exercice, votre sommeil ou votre alimentation, car cela peut avoir des effets nuisibles
graves ou entraîner la mort.
Les personnes avec des implants médicaux doivent :
 Conserver le produit à plus de 20 centimètres de leur implant médical lorsqu’il est activé.
 Ne jamais porter le produit dans une poche de poitrine.
 Porter le produit sur le poignet opposé à l’implant médical pour minimiser le potentiel d’interférence avec des
radiofréquences.
 Arrêter le produit en cas d’interférences.
Précautions à prendre avec les piles
 Ne pas incinérer votre produit. La pile pourrait exploser.
 Ne pas tenter de remplacer la pile de votre produit. Elle est intégrée et ne peut pas être changée. La pile doit être
uniquement réparée par les centres de réparation agréés de Fossil.
 Charger la pile conformément aux instructions.
 Recharger votre pile uniquement avec des chargeurs approuvés par Fossil et spécifiquement conçus pour
votre produit.
 Ne pas tenter d’ouvrir en force la pile intégrée.
 Votre produit utilise un chargeur de pile conforme à la norme de la California Energy Commission.
 Les piles (et tous les appareils électroniques) ne doivent pas être recyclées ou éliminées avec les déchets
ménagers.
AVERTISSEMENT L’utilisation d’une pile ou d’un chargeur non approuvé par Fossil peut présenter des risques
d’incendie, d’explosion, de fuite ou d’autres dangers. La garantie de Fossil ne couvre pas les dommages causés à
l’appareil par des piles et/ou des chargeurs non approuvés par Fossil.
Propriété intellectuelle
L’ensemble de la propriété intellectuelle, telle que définie ci-dessous, qui appartient à ou qui est d’une quelque
autre manière la propriété de Fossil ou de ses fournisseurs respectifs, se rapportant à ce produit, y compris sans
toutefois s’y limiter, les accessoires, pièces, ou logiciels s’y rattachant (le « Système produit »), est la propriété
de Fossil ou des tiers ayant concédé des licences à Fossil et est protégée par les lois fédérales, les lois des États
et les dispositions des traités internationaux. La propriété intellectuelle comprend, sans toutefois s’y limiter,
les inventions (brevetables ou non), les brevets, les secrets commerciaux, les droits d’auteur, les logiciels, les
programmes informatiques, et la documentation correspondante et autres œuvres de création. Vous ne pouvez
pas violer ou enfreindre de quelque autre manière les droits garantis par la propriété intellectuelle. De surcroît,
vous convenez que vous n’effectuerez pas (ni ne tenterez d’effectuer) l’une des actions suivantes : modification,
préparation de travaux dérivés, inversion de la conception, décompilation, démontage, ni aucune tentative
quelconque de créer un code source à partir du logiciel. Aucun titre à ou droit de propriété intellectuelle ne vous
est transféré. Fossil ainsi que les tiers ayant concédé des licences à Fossil et ses fournisseurs conservent tous les
droits de propriété intellectuelle applicables.

INFORMATIE OVER WEGGOOIEN EN RECYCLEN
Het symbool gee aan dat dit product niet mag worden gemengd met ongesorteerd huishoudelijk afval wanneer
het weggegooid wordt. Er is een apart inzamelsysteem voor afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparatuur.
Meestal kunnen oude elektrische en elektronische apparaten gratis worden ingeleverd. Voor meer informatie
kunt u contact opnemen met de bevoegde gemeentelijke autoriteiten of de winkel waar u het product hebt
gekocht. Het op de juiste manier weggooien zorgt ervoor dat afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparatuur
wordt gerecycled en adequaat hergebruikt. Het helpt mogelijke schade aan het milieu en de volksgezondheid te
voorkomen en natuurlijke hulpbronnen te behouden.
 Gooi het product niet met het huishoudelijk afval weg.
 Batterijen mogen niet worden weggegooid in de gemeentelijke afvalstroom en vereisen gescheiden inzameling.
 Het weggooien van de verpakking en uw product moet in overeenstemming gebeuren met de plaatselijke
regelgeving.

WERKING VAN HET OPLAADSYSTEEM
Het oplaadsysteem is ontworpen voor gebruik op een tafelblad. Om te voldoen aan de richtlijnen voor RF-
blootstelling en om interferentie met geïmplanteerde medische apparaten te voorkomen, dient u een afstand van
minstens 15 centimeter (ongeveer 6 inches) van het oplaadstation in acht te nemen.
SCHERM/AANRAAKSCHERM
Houd rekening met de volgende informatie bij gebruik van het apparaat:
WAARSCHUWING MET BETREKKING TOT SCHERM
Het scherm van uw apparaat is gemaakt van glas of acryl en kan breken als het apparaat valt of door een harde
schok of stoot. Gebruik het scherm niet als het gebroken of gebarsten is, want hierdoor kunt u letsel oplopen.
GARANTIEDISCLAIMER: CORRECT GEBRUIK VAN EEN APPARAAT MET AANRAAKSCHERM: Als uw
apparaat een aanraakscherm hee, houd er dan rekening mee dat een aanraakscherm het beste reageert op een
lichte aanraking van het zachte gedeelte van uw vingertop of een niet-metalen stylus. Door met overmatige
kracht of met een metalen voorwerp op het aanraakscherm te drukken, kan het geharde glasoppervlak beschadigd
raken, waardoor de garantie vervalt. Voor meer informatie verwijzen wij u naar de “Standaard beperkte garantie”.
BELANGRIJK! Sta niet toe dat het aanraakscherm in contact komt met andere elektrische apparaten.
Elektrostatische ontladingen kunnen storingen van het aanraakscherm veroorzaken.
LET OP! Om schade te voorkomen, tik niet op het aanraakscherm met een scherp voorwerp of door overmatige
druk met uw vingertoppen uit te oefenen.
Informatie over de garantie
STANDAARD BEPERKTE GARANTIE
Wat wordt er door de garantie vergoed en voor hoe lang?
Fossil Group, Inc. (“Fossil”) garandeert dat dit Fossil product (het “product”) en de in de verpakking
meegeleverde accessoires bij normaal gebruik vrij zijn van fouten in materiaal en fabricage voor een periode van
twee jaar na de datum van aankoop.
Wat wordt er niet vergoed?
Ononderbroken of foutloos. Fossiel garandeert niet dat de werking van het product ononderbroken of foutloos
zal zijn. Fossiel is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die voortvloeit uit het niet opvolgen van de instructies met
betrekking tot het gebruik van het product.
Normale slijtage. Periodiek onderhoud, reparatie en vervanging van onderdelen als gevolg van normale slijtage
zijn uitgesloten van dekking.
Batterijen. Alleen oplaadbare batterijen waarvan de volledig opgeladen capaciteit lager wordt dan 80% van hun
nominale capaciteit en batterijen die lekken zijn gedekt door deze beperkte garantie. Niet-oplaadbare batterijen
vallen niet onder deze beperkte garantie.
Software. Deze beperkte garantie geldt niet voor de soware die is ingebouwd in het product en de diensten die
door Fossil aan de eigenaren van het product worden geleverd. Raadpleeg de licentieovereenkomst die geleverd
wordt met de soware en de gebruiksvoorwaarden van Fossil voor meer informatie over uw rechten met betrekking
tot het gebruik ervan.
Misbruik Gebreken of schade als gevolg van:
a) Onjuist gebruik, opslag, verkeerd gebruik of misbruik, ongeval of verwaarlozing, zoals fysieke schade (scheuren
of krassen, etc.) aan het oppervlak van het product als gevolg van verkeerd gebruik;
b) Contact met vloeistof, water, regen, extreme vochtigheid of zware transpiratie, zand, vuil en dergelijke, extreme
warmte, of voedsel;
c) Gebruik van het product voor commerciële doeleinden of het onderwerpen van het product aan abnormaal
gebruik of omstandigheden; of
d) Andere handelingen die niet de schuld zijn van Fossil,
zijn uitgesloten van dekking.
Het gebruik van producten die niet van Fossil zijn. Gebreken of schade als gevolg van het gebruik van
producten, accessoires, soware of andere randapparatuur die niet onder de merknaam van Fossil vallen of niet
gecertificeerd zijn, worden uitgesloten van dekking.

Gewijzigde producten. Een product met:
a) serienummers, codes van de productiedatum of andere traceerbare merktekens die zijn verwijderd, gewijzigd
of uitgewist;
b) verbroken zegels of zegels die wijzen op manipulatie of toegang door niet-geautoriseerde dealers of reparatie
centra;
zijn uitgesloten van dekking.
Producten van niet-geautoriseerde verkopers. Producten die niet zijn gekocht bij een erkende FOSSIL
detailhandelaar zijn uitgesloten van dekking.
Communicatiediensten. Gebreken, schade of het falen van producten als gevolg van een communicatiedienst
of signaal waar u zich op kunt abonneren of wat u samen met de producten kunt gebruiken zijn uitgesloten van
dekking.
Wat zijn de verplichtingen van Fossil?
Gedurende de van toepassing zijnde garantieperiode, op voorwaarde dat het product verzonden wordt in
overeenstemming met de voorwaarden van deze beperkte garantie, zal Fossil, naar eigen goeddunken en zonder
dit in rekening te brengen, het product repareren, vervangen of het aankoopbedrag terugbetalen. Fossiel kan, naar
eigen goeddunken, gebruik maken van gerepareerde, gereviseerde of nieuwe onderdelen of componenten voor
de reparatie van een product of kan het product vervangen door een gerepareerd, gereviseerd of nieuwe product.
Alle vervangen producten hebben garantie gedurende een periode die gelijk is aan het overgebleven deel van de
oorspronkelijke beperkte garantie van het oorspronkelijke product of gedurende negentig (90) dagen (de langste
periode wordt in acht genomen). Alle vervangen producten, onderdelen, componenten, platen en apparatuur
worden eigendom van Fossil. Tenzij dit uitdrukkelijk is toegestaan door de van toepassing zijnde wetgeving, is de
overdracht of toewijzing van deze beperkte garantie verboden.
Wat moet u doen om de garantie te verkrijgen?
Om de service onder deze beperkte garantie te verkrijgen, dient u het product terug te zenden, in een geschikte
verpakking voor verzending, naar een erkend servicecentrum, vergezeld van de aankoopbon of een vergelijkbaar
bewijs van verkoop met de oorspronkelijke datum van aankoop, het serienummer van het product en de naam
en het adres van de verkoper. Als Fossil vaststelt dat een product niet wordt gedekt door deze beperkte garantie,
zult u voor alle onderdelen, de verzending en de arbeidskosten voor reparatie of terugzending van dergelijk product
moeten betalen.

De gegevens, soware of applicaties die u hee toegevoegd aan uw product zullen niet opnieuw worden
geïnstalleerd. U dient een aparte back-up van alle inhoud van het product te maken voordat u het product naar
Fossil verstuurd voor de garantieservice, omdat een deel of de volledige inhoud verwijderd of geformatteerd kan
worden tijdens de garantieservice.
Waar liggen de grenzen van de aansprakelijkheid van Fossil?

DOEL, NAUWKEURIGHEID, BEVREDIGENDE KWALITEIT, EIGENDOM EN NIET-SCHENDING, WELKE ALLE
BIJ DEZE UITDRUKKELIJK DOOR FOSSIL WORDEN AFGEWEZEN. FOSSIL IS NIET AANSPRAKELIJK
VOOR INCIDENTELE, CONSEQUENTIËLE, INDIRECTE, SPECIALE OF ALS STRAF BEDOELDE SCHADE
OF AANSPRAKELIJKHEID VAN WELKE AARD DAN OOK DIE VOORTVLOEIT UIT OF VERBAND HOUDT
MET VERKOOP OF GEBRUIK VAN DIT PRODUCT, ONGEACHT OF DEZE GEBASEERD IS OP CONTRACT,
ONRECHTMATIGE DADEN (INCLUSIEF NALATIGHEID), STRIKTE PRODUCTAANSPRAKELIJKHEID OF ENIG

Niets in de productinstructies of -informatie kan worden uitgelegd als creatie van een uitdrukkelijke garantie van
welke aard dan ook met betrekking tot de producten. Geen enkele agent, werknemer, dealer, vertegenwoordiger of
wederverkoper is bevoegd deze beperkte garantie aan te passen of uit te breiden of om bindende verklaringen of
vorderingen te maken, of dat nu namens Fossil in reclame, presentaties of anderszins gebeurt met betrekking tot
de producten of deze beperkte garantie. Deze garantie verleent u bepaalde rechten. Mogelijk hebt u nog andere
rechten, welke van staat tot staat of van land tot land kunnen verschillen.
Aanpassen van de software
FOSSIEL IS NIET AANSPRAKELIJK VOOR PRESTATIE- OF COMPATIBILITEITSPROBLEMEN DIE WORDEN
VEROORZAAKT DOORDAT U DE REGISTRATIE-INSTELLINGEN BEWERKT OF VERANDERING AANBRENGT
IN DE SOFTWARE VAN HET BESTURINGSSYSTEEM. HET GEBRUIK VAN EEN AANGEPASTE SOFTWARE
VAN HET BESTURINGSSYSTEEM KAN ER VOOR ZORGEN DAT UW PRODUCT NIET OP DE JUISTE MANIER
FUNCTIONEERT.

 Probeer het product niet te openen, demonteren of modificeren. Stoffen in dit product en/of de batterij
kunnen het milieu en/of de menselijke gezondheid schaden toebrengen als ze niet op een juiste manier worden
behandeld of weggegooid.
 Gebruik het product niet in omstandigheden die een gevaarlijke situatie zouden kunnen veroorzaken, zoals het
gebruik van het product tijdens het bedienen van zware machines of het besturen van een bewegend voertuig
op een manier die er toe zou kunnen leiden dat u uw ogen niet op de weg gericht houdt of zo afgeleid wordt door
de activiteit dat uw vermogen om geconcentreerd te rijden verminderd.
 Draag uw product niet en maak het niet schoon terwijl het aan het opladen is. Haal altijd eerst de stekker van
de oplader uit het stopcontact voordat u het product reinigt.
 Gebruik geen schuurmiddelen om uw product te reinigen.
 Doe uw product niet in een vaatwasser, wasmachine, magnetron, oven of droger.
 Stel uw product niet bloot aan extreem hoge of lage temperaturen.
 Gebruik uw product niet in een sauna of stoombad.
 Stel uw product niet bloot aan water onder hoge druk, zoals de golven van de zee of een waterval.
 Laat uw product niet voor een langere periode in het directe zonlicht liggen.
 Laat uw product niet liggen en gebruik het niet in de buurt van open vuur.
 Laat kinderen nooit met het product spelen; de kleine onderdelen kunnen verstikkingsgevaar veroorzaken! Het
product is niet bedoeld voor gebruik waarbij het niet functioneren van het product tot dood, persoonlijk letsel of
ernstige schade aan het milieu zou kunnen leiden.

Belangrijke gzondheidsmaatregelen
Het product, met inbegrip van alle meegeleverde soware, is geen medisch apparaat en is alleen bedoeld
voor fitnessdoeleinden. Het is niet ontworpen of bedoeld voor gebruik bij de diagnose van ziektes of andere
aandoeningen of bij de genezing, vermindering, behandeling of voorkoming van ziektes. Vraag altijd advies aan een
gekwalificeerde medische expert alvorens eventuele wijzigingen in uw oefening, slaap of voeding aan te brengen
want dit kan ernstig letsel of dood veroorzaken.
Personen met geïmplanteerde medische hulpmiddelen moeten:
 Het product op meer dan 20 centimeter afstand houden van hun medische apparaat wanneer het aanstaat.
 Het product nooit in hun borstzak dragen.
 De pols aan de andere kant van het geïmplanteerde medische apparaat gebruiken om mogelijke RF interferentie
te minimaliseren.
 Het apparaat uitzetten als er interferentie opgemerkt wordt.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen voor ingebouwde batterijen
 Gebruik uw product niet tijdens een brand. De batterij zou kunnen exploderen.
 Probeer de batterij van uw product niet te vervangen. Deze is ingebouwd en niet verwisselbaar. De batterij mag
uitsluitend worden gerepareerd door geautoriseerde service centers van Fossil.
 Laad de batterij op zoals beschreven in de instructies.

Intellectueel eigendom

包含範圍和有效期限？
Fossil Group, Inc. (簡稱「Fossil」) 的保固範圍為包含產品 (該「產品」) 包裝內的本
Fossil 產品和配件，在從購買日期為始接續兩年內的期間內，任何正常使用下而產生的材
料損壞和人工維修皆為免費。

不包含範圍為？
不受干擾或零錯誤。Fossil 的保固並不包含產品操作不受干擾或零錯誤。因不按照與產品
使用相關的指示而造成的損害，Fossil 並不負責。
正常磨損。因正常磨損的定期零件維護、維修和替換並不在包含範圍內。
電池。當充滿電的充電電池顯示降至其電力等級的 80% 以下以及電池漏電時，為本有限
保固僅包含的兩種情況。非充電電池不包含在此有限保固內。
軟體。本有限保固並不包含內嵌於產品的軟體，以及 Fossil 所提供給產品擁有者的服務。
請參考隨附軟體的授權協議和 Fossil 服務使用條款，以了解更多關於您的使用權利。
濫用和誤用。導致故障或損害的起因為：
a) 不正當的操作、存放、誤用或濫用、意外或疏忽，例如因誤用而造成 對產品表面的實質
傷害 (碎裂或刮傷等)；
b) 包含因液體、水、雨水、過濕或大量出汗、沙塵類、過熱或食物的接觸；
c) 將產品用於商業目的、不當地的使用產品或置於不當的環境下；或
d) 其他並非 Fossil 的錯誤，
均不包含在保固範圍內。
使用非 Fossil 產品。因使用非 Fossil 品牌或認證產品、配件、軟體或其他周邊設備而導
致故障或損害並不包含於保固範圍內。
修改產品。產品的
a) 序號、製造日期代碼或其他追蹤標記已被移除、修改或消除；
b) 封口破損或可確認由未授權的經銷商或維修中心所竄改或使用；
皆不在保固範圍之內。
從未授權賣家購入的產品。非從授權的 FOSSIL 零售商購入的產品也不在保固範圍之內。
通訊服務。因您為產品註冊或使用的任何通訊服務或訊號，所產生的產品故障、損害或失
效皆不在保固範圍之內。
Fossil 的責任是？
在適用的保固期間內，根據有限保固條款提供產品送修維護時，Fossil 將自行選擇免費產
品維修、替換或依購買價退款。Fossil 可自行選擇以改造的、重新調整或全新的零件或元
件來維修任何產品，或可能以改造的、重新調整或全新的產品來替換產品。所有替換的產
品都會獲得保固，相當於原產品的原有限保固剩餘天數或 90 天，適用於兩者中較長的天
數。所有替換的產品、零件、元件、鑲板和設備都應為 Fossil 資產。除了適用法律核准的
明確期間，禁止一切轉移或指派此有限保固。
為獲得保固服務，您必須做什麼？
為了獲得本有限保固的服務，您必須將產品退還給授權的服務機構，需將產品放置於合適

Fossil 的責任有哪些限制？
前述保固和補償均屬於排他性質，並取代所有其他明示、暗示或法定的擔保、條款或條

能、操作、效能和任何此類第三方軟體或設備的適用性所有責任完全在於使用者和此類第

軟體修改
FOSSIL 對於效能，或因您註冊設定的編輯，或您對於作業系統軟體的修改而造成不相容

產品本身及任何隨附軟體，都並非醫療裝置且是做為健身之用。並非設計來或用來做為疾

見，然後改變您的運動、睡眠或營養攝取，否則可能會導致嚴重傷害或死亡。
配戴植入性醫療裝置的個人應：
・ 開啟產品時，請讓其醫療裝置與產品維持 20 公分以上的距離。
・ 不可將產品放在其胸口口袋中
・ 使用與植入性醫療裝置相反側的手腕，以將射頻干擾的的潛在性降至最低。

內建電池注意事項
