User information for the end product is provided by Intermec
Technologies Corporation. User manuals and compliance inserts
notify the customer of regulatory compliance statements and
warnings. Following is a compliance insert that detail the RF
Exposure warnings that are appropriate for the C30XX radio. Each
statement is composed to reflect the requirements specific to the
product the C30XX radio is installed within. Radio integrations for
co-location approval as well as portable devices with SAR testing
require regulatory approval. The updated user information for
those products will be submitted with regulatory approval
applications.

that are not approved by Intermec Technologies Corporation may void the compliance of this product and may result in the loss of
the users authority to operate the equipment.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the two following conditions: (1) This device may not
cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.

(1) The IV6 antenna must be installed as recommended by Intermec Technologies to ensure compliance to RF exposure
requirements. Correct antenna mounting is fully described within the Intermec IV6 Users Guide.
(2) When installing and using Intermec Technologies the IV6 RFID tag interrogator, a 20-cm (8-inch) passing distance must
be maintained from any body part of the user or near by persons and the antenna. The antenna must not be touched
during transmitter operation.
(3) RF safety requirements mandate this device cannot be co-located with other transmitters.
