Follow the recommended cleaning instructions below. a) Cleaning the Air Filter IMPORTANT : Clean the air filter about every l00 hours. 1. Turn OFF the Main Power switch of them projector and disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet. 2. Remove the Front and upper Filter Cover (see diagram to the right) 3. Remove the air filter from the Front and upper Filter Cover (as shown in the illustration to the right) and use a vacuum clean the filter 4. Re—install the air filter, Then the Front and upper Filter Cover NOTE : lf sufficient dust, etc, collects in the air filter, a protection circuit in the projector will automatically turn off the power. To prevent this from occurring, make sure you clean the air filter every 100 hours.
