1 Owner's Manual WIRELESS REMOTE SWITCH MODEL: 47-1010-R FCC ID: ELY547-47-1010R      IC: 1492A-471010R  The WIRELESS REMOTE SWITCH for use with all electric appliances from your easy chair or bedside. Safe and convenient with simple plug-in installation.    Instructions: 1.  Connect the AC Input wires to an AC 120V Power Source. (During connecting, make sure there is no AC power.) 2.  Connect the Output Wires to the Input wires of the controlled device. 3.  Install a 12 volt. battery into the transmitter. 4.  Turn appliance ON, then control the appliance by simply pressing the ON or OFF button of the transmitter.  Note: 1.  Main switch of the electric appliance must be in the ON position prior to using the Remote Control. 2.  Wireless Remote Switch works up to 50’’(15.4m) away. 3.  Wireless Remote Switch may be used to control most other electrical devices including T.V.s, stereos and lamps.  CAUTION 1.  For indoor use in dry areas only. 2.  For use on electrical devices with 15amp resistive load or max Power 1000W inductive load. 3.  120 volt AC supply.
