Product configurationZigBee LED/Power LED/Wi-Fi LEDThree LED indicators are provided. Power Output PortPlug power output line into Power Output Port and it willpower the Smart Speaker.ResetRestartTo restart RealityAdapter, short press the Reset hole witha small needle and Wi-Fi LED will slow blinking. AfterRealityAdapter connects with Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi LED will belighting on.(Smart Speaker connecting with RealityAdapter will not beaffected by the Restart process.)Factory ResetTo restore factory setting, long press the Reset hole witha small needle more than 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi LEDturns off. Then take out the small needle and wait a fewseconds,the Wi-Fi LED will become fast blinking later.Attention:The Power Output Port is a proprietary port for theaccessory cables. Plug the accessory Micro USB or DC output line intoRealityAdapter and smart speaker according to the powerconnector type of the smart speaker. 2.To control ZigBee device through smart speaker likeEcho Show or Google Home MaxInstallationPlug the power adapter into RealityAdapter and then intoa power outlet.Instruction1. After RealityAdapter is powered on, Power LED andZigBee LED will be lighting on and Wi-Fi LED will befast blinking.2. Download ThirdReality App on your smart phone ortablet, register or log into the App. ThirdReality App isfree and available on both App Store and Google Play.Attention: RealityAdapterdoes not include a poweradapter, you may need topurchase a 5V/1A poweradapter separately.
3.To add RealityAdapter to your app, please tap “+ Newdevice” and select the “Adapter” category, then followthe instructions on App. The RealityAdapter icon will beshowed on the App when pairing complete.4. To add device, please tap “+ New device” and selectthe category of the device. You will need to have aRealityAdapter pairs with App before this step. Thenfollow the instructions on App. The Device icon will beshowed on the App when pairing complete.Pairing – Power LED and ZigBeeLED constant on; Wi-Fi LED fastblinkingPair completed – Power LED,ZigBee LED and Wi-Fi LEDconstant onPair failed – Power LED andZigBee LED constant on; Wi-FiLED slow blinking for 30 secondsthen become fast blinking. Troubleshooting1.Adapter is unable to connect to Wi-Fi,Wi-Fi LED slow blinkingPlease check the status of your network and the routerPlease scroll down the App page to refresh AdapterstatusIf there is no problem with network, please try to restartthe Adapter.2.Unable to pair RealityAdapter with ThirdReality AppIf RealityAdapter has been paired with other ThirdReality App account, enable to pair RealityAdapter withyour account, please factory reset the RealityAdapterfirst.3.Adapter is updating system, ZigBee LEDfast blinkingYou will receive a notification when a system updating isready. In order to avoid information losing, please do notdisconnect power and Wi-Fi during the updating.
