Fact: 1 in 3 of age 65 or older falls each year, and if you faint, hit your head or suffer a debilitating medical condition while
falling, you may need extra help.
That’s why we offer a Fall Detection button—which you can get as part of the system
With the Fall Detection, you get help if you can’t push your button! You can use your Fall Detection button like any other
pendant or Panic Button of our system, but if you fall and cannot push your button, it will detect the falling activity and call
emergency operators for you.
In Case of Emergency
If you need assistance, place a call to the monitoring service by pressing the HELP button on the Console or by
activating one of your portable emergency sensors.
In Case of Detect Fall Down Actions
With the inner hing sensitivity G-sensor, it will detect the free fall down and posture, the CPU inside it will collect and
calculation the data,analysis the fall down action. In case of some unexpected fall down occurs, it will detect and start work
as following:
Step 1. When it detect an assumed fall down action,
Step 2. it will last around 3 seconds in this step, it will check the movement and posture, if there is no movement detected,
and the posture is not gotten right, it will go to Step 2;
Step 3. it will last around 15 seconds in this step. Buzz will sound “Bi,Bi,...”, green led lamp will flash, and it will check the
movement and posture, during this step, if there movement detector or posture is gotten right, or people press the button on it,
it will stop and return to standby.
After about 15 seconds, if it keeps immovability it will go to Step 4;
Step 4. Send wireless signal to console, and console will contact call center and announce”Fall Down Alert”;
Tips:
1. Automatic fall detection does not detect 100% of all falls. If able, users should always push their button when they need
assistance;
2. If a fault fall down is detect, and buzz sounds, you can press the button on it to cancel it.
Kindly And Important Warnings
The product can provide limited protection, and reduce tragedy to be occurred, but it's can ensure this perfectly safe.
For your safety, not only need well use this product, but also need guard every security issues occur in your daily life;
When encounter danger, emergency issue, don't worry, press the the button on Pendant (or Panic Buttons), it will send
wireless signal to consol, and consol will contact call center to get help;
Be sure and user or test your system weekly.
Remember, the portable emergency sensors send radio signals to the Console, and there is a limit to the maximum
distance from the Console that the portable emergency sensors can be used.
There are high sensitivity G-sensor inside it, please wear it correctly, and don’t play it on hand, or shake it crossly. When
you want to unware it, please place it on desk gently;

Active Device
For quick field installation need, it will go to deep sleep mode after cell battery is placed. If we want to active the device,
we can long press the button for around 5 seconds, the buzz will sound for several times, and LED will flash. Now it running.
Congregation, it works well and enjoy it.
Tips: In case of call center service personal maybe need pare the fall detector and console in advance. There are about
1 minutes for them to operate it and let it back to deep sleep mode.(After around 1 minutes, it can’t go back to deep sleep
mode anymore before it lose power from cell battery.
LED Lamp Indication
Green flash: Is working;
Green and red flash alternately: Low battery;
Red flash: Fail to contact Medical Alert Console (or haven't be pared with it).
Easy wearable watch band/ neck rope style
Step 1. Make the neck rope go through the hook.
Change to watch band
Step 1. Take off the neck rope on the fall detection pendent;
Step 2. As image showing, connect the watch bands.
