industrial transporation vehicles. Consequently, its functional description will be included in
the individual operating instructions of the vehicle.
The Grantee assures that following statements are included in a prominent location of the
operational manual of the industrial transportation vehicle. Where this device is marketed to
other parties, this requirement for the two statements will be addressed accordingly:
CFR 47, §15.21:
The title “CAUTION T0 USERS" or “NOTE” or any adequate title together with “Changes
or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.”
and CFR 47, §15.19(a)(3):
“This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions. (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation."
