 mightywave10W Wireless ChargerDatasheet 2  Introduction The 10W 2-Coil Wireless Charger is equipped with Qi inductive wireless charging technology to charge your device at Apple or Android’s “Fast Charge”, up to 5V/1A or 1.5A or 9V / 1.1Aof power. For use withiPhone X/8/8 Plus/XS/XS Max/XR, Samsung Galaxy Note8, S8, S8 Plus, S7,S7 Edge and more. Use a QC3.0 adapter with your 10W wireless charger for speedy charging at 7.5W or 10W depending on your phone’s model.The charger also comes with surge protection,overcharging protection, overcurrentand overheating protection, keeping your devices safe.   2 built-in coils charge either vertically or horizontally, so you can keep track of your messages or enjoy videos while charging. If the mobile device is not properly placed on the 10W wireless charger surface,depending on the location of the mobile device’s wireless charging coil, yourmobile device may not charge properly.  Do not place foreign materials, such as metal objects, magnets, and magnetic stripcards between the mobile device and the wireless charger. The mobile device maynot charge properly or may become damaged due to overheating.   Wireless charging may not work properly if you have attached a thick case to yourmobile device. If your case is thick, remove it before placing your mobile device onthe wireless charger.  Charge time varies with environmental factors.

The user shall call or email j5create customer service with the defect information of the product and obtain a return authorization number. Users are responsible for one-way return freight cost and we will take care of one-way freight back. In order to obtain a return authorization number, users should have the following information handy when calling or emailing the service team:   (i) a copy of the original purchase invoice to verify your warranty  (ii) a product serial number  (iii) a description of the problem  (iv) customer’s name, address and telephone number   j5create does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. j5create is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
