Moniteur CleanSensorMC
Indique l'état du filtre et vous garantit que vous aurez toujours une eau potable filtrée plus
sûre et plus saine. Le voyant vert clignotera 6 fois lorsque vous commencerez à utiliser le
filtre. Le remplacement de la cartouche de filtration réinitialise le voyant.
Le voyant de changement du filtre change de couleur en fonction de la durée d'utilisation
du filtre ou de la quantité d'eau filtrée.
Le filtre atteindra sa fin de vie après
100 gallons ou + ou 90 jours ou +.
Le voyant de changement du filtre
contient une pile non remplaçable. La pile arrêtera
éventuellement de fonctionner mais le filtre est encore fonctionnel.

Avant la première utilisation, faites couler l'eau froide pendant 5 minutes en position eau filtrée.
Durant le rinçage du filtre, il est normal que l'eau soit embrouillée et que le son de l'eau qui expulse l'air de
la cartouche soit perceptible. Ce rinçage élimine tous les résidus.
Avant chaque utilisation, faites couler l'eau pendant 5 secondes en
position eau filtrée afin d'activer le filtre.
Ne faites jamais couler l'eau chaude dans le filtre.
N'utilisez pas d'eau chaude de plus de 100 °F/38 °C puisque cela peut
modifier le filtre. N'utilisez que de l'eau froide.
Changez le filtre tous les trois mois pour un meilleur rendement.
Pour changer le filtre ou si vous avez besoin d'espace dans l'évier, enlevez
l'appareil de votre robinet en dévissant l'écrou de montage fileté. Après avoir installé une nouvelle
cartouche filtrante, faites couler l'eau froide pendant 5 minutes pour la rincer.
Nettoyez l'extérieur de l'appareil fixé au robinet avec une éponge humide ou un chiffon doux.
Vous pouvez aussi utiliser un détergent liquide à vaisselle. Tout autre produit risquerait d'endommager l'appareil.

Pour atteindre le rendement indiqué sur la fiche technique de rendement, il est nécessaire de remplacer le filtre
lorsque celui-ci dépasse sa capacité (100 gallons US / 378 litres).
Le contrôle a été effectué en laboratoire dans des conditions normales d’utilisation. Le rendement réel est
susceptible de varier.
Les contaminants ou autres substances qu’élimine ce filtre à eau, en totalité ou en partie, ne sont pas forcément
présents dans l’eau de tous les utilisateurs. Ne l’employez pas avec de l’eau impure du point de vue microbiologique
ou de qualité incertaine, sans prévoir une désinfection efficace avant ou après la filtration. Les systèmes certifiés
pour réduire la présence de sporocystes peuvent être utilisés avec de l’eau désinfectée pouvant contenir des spores
de taille filtrable. Les personnes qui doivent consommer une eau particulièrement pure du point de vue
microbiologique devraient consulter leur médecin. Vous pouvez vous procurer des filtres de rechange dans la

Comment fixer l'appareil
IMPORTANT : L'appareil doit être à niveau pour être resserré de manière
égale. Positionnez l'appareil afin que le moniteur CleanSensorMC soit face à vous. Serrez
l'écrou de montage fileté à la main, en tournant dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une
montre, afin de fixer l'appareil à votre robinet.
Si les adaptateurs ci-joints ne font pas, veuillez ne pas les retourner au
magasin. Contactez PUR pour obtenir un adaptateur gratuit qui convient

• Vérifiez pour vous assurer que la rondelle de l'ancien
aérateur a été enlevée et que seule la rondelle du nouvel
adaptateur est utilisée.
• Assurez-vous que l'appareil est à niveau avec le robinet afin
de pouvoir fixer l'écrou de montage fileté au filetage du
robinet. Tournez dans le sens contraire des aiguille d'une
montre pour resserrer.

• Essayez de resserrer le couvercle arrière sur le robinet

• Vérifiez si la rondelle et le tamis sont placés dans l'écrou de montage fileté.
• Si vous utilisez un adaptateur, assurez-vous de bien le serrer manuellement
au robinet.
• Enlevez l'appareil du robinet en tournant l'écrou de
montage fileté dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
• Enlevez le couvercle.
• Tournez lentement la cartouche de filtration. Cela aidera à desserrer le filtre.
• Assurez-vous que Bluetooth est activé sur votre appareil intelligent.
• Assurez-vous que votre appareil intelligent est à proximité de votre
système de filtration PUR et que l'application PUR est ouverte.
• Ouvrez votre robinet, et assurez-vous que de l'eau filtrée circule à travers
votre système.
• Lorsque le filtre approche de sa fin de vie utile, l'eau coulera plus lentement
en position filtrée. Remplacez la cartouche afin de vous assurer que
l'élimination des contaminants est aux niveaux certifiés.

l'application pour installer le filtre et le systeme de filtration fixe au robinet.

Suivez l'étape 3 dans les instructions de configuration de l'application
pour coupler votre appareil intelligent avec le système de filtration sur
robinet PUR.
Vous pouvez aussi suivre les instructions ci-dessous pour coupler votre appareil.
a. Assurez-vous que la connectivité Bluetooth est activée sur votre appareil intelligent.
Allez dans l'application de configuration à partir du menu principal de votre appareil.
Sélectionnez l'option Bluetooth et activez-la.
b. Ouvrez l'application PUR.
c. Assurez-vous que votre appareil intelligent est à proximité de votre système de filtration fixé
au robinet PUR (à l'intérieur de 5 pieds).
d. Ouvrez le robinet et abaissez le levier pour obtenir de l'eau filtrée. Le système de filtration
fixé au robinet PUR ne sera en synchronisation avec votre appareil intelligent que lorsque
de l'eau filtrée circule.
e. Vous avez réussi à vous connecter lorsque deux gouttes d'eau apparaissent dans le coin
supérieur droit de l'écran de l'application PUR. Le système de filtration fixé au robinet PUR
se déconnecte de l'appareil intelligent lorsque la demande d'eau filtrée est coupée et passe
en mode d'économie d'énergie.

Monitor CleanSensorMR
Indica el estado del filtro y garantiza que siempre tendrá agua potable filtrada más segura
y saludable. La luz verde parpadeará 6 veces al empezar a utilizar el filtro.
Al cambiar el cartucho filtrante se reiniciará la luz. La luz de cambio de filtro cambia
de color dependiendo de cuánto tiempo ha estado en uso el filtro o la cantidad de agua
que ha sido filtrada. El filtro llegará al final de su vida útil a los 100 galones ó 90 días.

Antes de usar por primera vez, deje correr agua fría durante 5 minutos en posición de filtrado.
Durante el enjuague del filtro, es normal ver el agua turbia y escuchar el sonido del agua empujando el
aire fuera del cartucho del filtro. Al enjuagar se elimina cualquier material suelto, lo cual es normal.
Antes de cada uso, deje correr agua fría durante 5 segundos en
posición de filtrado para activar el filtro.
Nunca deje correr agua caliente a través del filtro.
No utilice agua por encima de 100°F/38°C ya que podría alterar el filtro.
Use solo agua fría.
Cambie su filtro cada tres meses para un mejor rendimiento.
Para cambiar el filtro o si necesita espacio en el fregadero, retire el
dispositivo de su grifo desenroscando la tuerca de montaje roscada. Después de instalar
cada cartucho de filtro nuevo, deje correr agua fría durante 5 minutos para lavarlo.
Limpie el exterior de la carcasa del montaje del grifo con una esponja húmeda o paño suave.
También puede utilizar un jabón líquido suave para lavar platos. Usar cualquier otra cosa para limpiar su

Siga el Paso 3 en las instrucciones de configuración de la Aplicación
para sincronizar su dispositivo inteligente con el Sistema de Filtración
PUR para Grifo. También puede seguir las siguientes instrucciones para sincronizar
su dispositivo.
a. Asegúrese que la función Bluetooth esté activada en su dispositivo inteligente. Entre a
los ajustes de la aplicación desde el menú principal del dispositivo. Seleccione la opción

b. Abra la Aplicación PUR.

filter capacity (100 gallons).
Testing was performed under standard laboratory conditions, actual performance may vary.
The contaminants or other substances removed or reduced by this water filter are not necessarily in all users'
water. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe, or of unknown quality, without adequate disinfection
before or after the system. Systems that are certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected water that may
contain filterable cysts. Individuals requiring water of certain microbiological purity should consult their physician.
Replacement filters may be purchased at most retail outlets or at pur.com.

• Check to make sure the old aerator
washer was removed and only the
new adapter washer is being used.
• Make sure device is level to the
faucet in order for the threaded
mounting nut to attach to the
faucet threading.

Water leaks around the filter cover • Try tightening faucet mount back cover all the way until
tight. If that doesn’t solve the problem, remove the filter
cartridge and reinstall the filter cartridge again.

• Check to see that the washer and screen
are placed in the threaded mounting nut.
• If using an adapter, make sure the adapter
is hand-tightened securely to the faucet.
• Remove the device from the faucet by turning
the threaded mounting nut clockwise.
• Remove the cover.
• Slowly turn or twist the filter cartridge.
This will help loosen the filter.
• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smart device.
• Make sure your smart device is in close proximity of
your PUR filtration system and the PUR App is open.
• Turn your faucet on, then make sure filtered water
is running through your system.

Before first use, run cold water for 5 minutes in filtered position.
During filter flush, it is normal to see cloudy water and hear the sound of water pushing air out
of the filter cartridge. Flushing removes any loose materials, which is normal.
Prior to each use, run cold water for 5 seconds in filtered position to activate filter.
Never run hot water through the filter.
Do not use the water above 100˚F/38˚C as this may alter the filter.
Use cold water only.
For best performance change your filter every three months or
100 gallons, whichever comes first.
To change the filter or if you need sink space, remove the device from
your faucet by unscrewing the threaded mounting nut. After each new filter
cartridge is installed, run cold water for 5 minutes to flush it.
Clean the exterior of the faucet mount housing with a damp sponge or soft cloth.
A mild dishwashing liquid may also be used. Using anything else to clean your faucet
mount could result in damage to the unit.

Bluetooth Set Up
Download the PUR App.
a. Download the PUR App from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store.
b. Open the PUR App on your smart device. c. Follow the App directions to set up your profile.
Follow Steps 1 and 2 in the App set up instructions to install the Filter
and Faucet Filtration System.
You may also follow the Filter and System Installation Instructions
outlined in this manual.
Follow Step 3 in the App set up instructions to pair your smart device
with the PUR Faucet Filtration System.
You may also follow the instructions below to pair your device.
a. Make sure Bluetooth connectivity is enabled on your smart device.
Go into your device settings, select the Bluetooth option and switch on.
b. Open the PUR App.
c. Make sure your smart device is in close proximity of your PUR Faucet Filtration System (within 5 ft).
d. Turn your faucet on and turn down the lever for filtered water. The PUR Faucet
Filtration System will sync with your smart device only when filtered water is running.
e. When the two water droplets appear in the top right of the PUR App screen, you are
successfully connected. The PUR Faucet Filtration System disconnects from your
smart device when filtered water is turned off and goes into a power saving mode.

Two Year Warranty
Kaz (Warrantor), warrants your PUR Faucet Filtration System PFM800HX for two (2) years from the date of purchase
(except for the filter cartridge which is warranted for 30 days) against all defects in materials and workmanship,
when used in compliance with the owner's manual.
If the product proves to be defective within two years from the date of purchase, call 1-800-787-5463. The
warrantor assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages; for damages arising out of misuse
of the product or use of any unauthorized attachment; or for damages resulting from the use of the product with a
defective water faucet. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages;
so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

adapter 1. Finger-tighten the
adapter and washer to
your faucet.
First try attaching the device by itself.
You may not need an adapter.
If the device does not fit your faucet use one of the
supplied adapters.
Internal Threaded Faucets
Attach adapter 2. If adapter
2 does not fit, try adapter 3.
Finger-tighten the adapter and
washer to your faucet.
IMPORTANT: Device needs to be level to fasten evenly.
Position the device so that the PUR
®
logo is facing you. Finger-tighten the threaded mounting nut,
turning counterclockwise, to attach the device to your faucet .
