Operation Instructions
Power On/Off
Press and hold MFB for 3 seconds until blue LED flashes with a voice
prompt "power on" and vice versa for "power off".
Bluetooth Connection
Pair SoundFlux?" Headphones to your device once and it will automatically pair every
time you take them out of the charging case. The headphones will automatically
disconnect from your device and turn off when placed back in the charging case.
First time Initial Setup
For automatic pairing when taken out of case and an automatic disconnect when you‘re
done. Within a few seconds you will hear two voice prompts "Left channel connected"
and "Right channel connected‘, which means the headphones have successfully paired.
To pair to your device search under Bluetooth for "KNZ SoundFlux" to connect. You will
hear a voice prompt "Bluetooth Connected", which means the headphones have
successfully connected to your device.

Operation Instructions
To use them separately
Resetting the headphones and removing the pairing history will unlink the two
headphones from each other.
While the headphones are charging in the case, hold the MFB for approximately 4
seconds until the LED flashes blue once and resets to red. Do this for both headphones.
Once both headphones have been reset you may then pair each one with a device to
use individually.
To use as a pair, reset earbuds while charging, take them out of the case and double
clicking on the MFB until you see a solid blue LED. Do this for both headphones and
they will have successfully paired. When out of the factory, the left and right
headphones are paired by default. There is no need to pair them to each other.
Battery Status
When the headphones are connected, the device will show the battery level on the
status bar. When the headphone battery is low, LED becomes red and you will hear a

Warranty & Return Policy
KNZ Technology LLC warrants this product as free of defects in material, design and
workmanship for the period of one year from the original date of purchase. The warranty
is limited to the original purchaser. If during the period of warranty this product proves
defective under normal use and service you should return the product to the retailer
from whom it was purchased or to an authorized warranty center.
The liability of KNZ Technology LLC and its appointed repair company is limited to the
cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty. Products sent for
warranty service must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt, the
original box, materials and accessories. All costs associated with the return of the
product under warranty are the responsibility of the original purchaser. A Shipping and
Handling Fee will apply in order for KNZ Technology LLC to ship out a new/refurbished
