1 GENERAL
1.1 Description
EHS6 is a communication module for remote monitoring devices enabling 24/7 Connected Services.

The label of the module shall be visible from the outside of the host after installation, however, if the label of
the module is not visible the host device label shall contain the following or similar statements:
“This device contains FCC ID: 2ALQBKC120”
“This device contains IC ID: 4228A-KC120”
1.3 Antenna
The antenna provided with the device must not be changed.
1.4 SAR statement
This portable transmitter with its antenna has shown compliance with FCC’s SAR limits for general population /
uncontrolled exposure. The maximum listed SAR level is 0.36 W/kg (head) and 0.45 W/kg (body). The antenna
used for this device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter
except the one filed as FCC ID: TFB-BT1 and IC: 5969A-BT1.
1.5 FCC Class B Notice
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following
two conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmful interference.
2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may

cause undesired operation.
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This
equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed
and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or

may void the authority granted to the user by the FCC to operate this equipment.

1.6 Industry Canada (IC) Compliance Statement
This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is
subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any
interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
