System Requirements”
Before installing the Multimedia Keyboard software, please make sure that
the hardware connections of your keyboard are correctly set up. The
following system spectfications are required:
. IBM PC compatible system
. Microsolt® Windows® 98/2000 or NT4.0
- CD-ROM drive (for CD and Video operation)
. Standard sound card (for C D and Video operation)

Please follow the instructions below on how to install the Multimedia Keyboard software to
your PC system.
I, Please insert the CD included in your package, labeled Multimedia Keyboard
Driver', into your CD-ROM drive.

About the PLAY Function
The PLAY function can play or "read" all audio/video compact discs, and
video files (AVI. MPG. MOV), Once you place a disc rule the CD-ROM
drive and press the PLA Y button the software automatically detects
whether the disc is an Audio CD or a Video CD. Ifneither an audio nor a
video disc is in the CDROM drive and the PLAY button is pressed a
dialog box will appear [0 help you find and select a video file to play.
Iftwo CDAROM drives are installed in your system, only the default drive
can be controlled,

Setting Program
This section describes how to use the Multimedia Keyboard setting program
Once the software installation for the Multimedia Keyboard is complete, the icon 555 shown on the
Windows® taskbar. The setting program provrdes 16 graphic Multimedia Buttons on the screen. You
can use these graphic Multimedia Buttons for all multimedia functions.

Left—click the icon ‘-'-fi()n the taskbar of Windows® to activate the graphic
Multimedia Buttonst The 16 Multimedia buttons and an Exit button are labelled
according to their corresponding icon, Once you place the pointer on a button, a
tooltip dialog box will appear displaying the function of the particular button.
Left-clicking a button performs the same function as pressing the corresponding
button on the keyboard.
Disable/Enable OSD
Once you press a button on your keyboard or click a button on the screen, the name
of the function executed will appear in the lower-left corner of the screen. The
message is the called the "On Screen Display".
This option allows the user to hide‘ or 'show' the On Screen Display.

Set OSD Timeout
This option allows the duration of the On Screen Display to be set. The OSD timeout
controls how long the function display remains on the screen after pressing 3

Help
This option allows access to the on-line help tile. which includes help on multimodia
button function descriptions and setting program instructions.
About
This option activates a dialog box displaying information about the Multimedia
Keyboard driver.
Exit
This option allows the user to close the Multimedia Keyboard driver and remove it
from the computer's memory.
