For more than 10 years, the Kaba Oracode system has standardized remote access control to vacation rental, resort,
timeshare, and corporate housing properties. Kaba further expands Oracode by offering the Oracode Live solution.
Oracode Live combines all the features and benefits of the original Oracode system, such as no keys or cards, centralized
access control management, on demand code generation, and PMS system integration, with real-time data exchange and
remote capabilities.
With Oracode Live, keyless locks include an antenna in the lock that communicates wirelessly with an in-unit hub. Lock
activity transmits via the Oracode Live website to a property manager’s mobile device. The two-way communication
between a manager and locks provides instant information, such as when a guest arrives or checks out early. In addition,
the new E-Code Mobile Site sends access codes via a tablet or smartphone, enabling a property manager to immediately
assist a guest or vendor who needs access into the unit.

technology helps property managers streamline access control functions. Managers no longer have to visit a door lock to
perform the initial lock programming. This allows managers to focus their attention on caring for a property, which is key

generate, cancel, or extend access codes remotely as well as program and audit locks when they are off the property.”
