Slow Flashing Blue
Device is functioning as expected
No Light
Device is without power. Ensure device is plugged in to a functioning power outlet. One light comes on
push the button beside the LED and wait for the system to reboot
Quick Flashing Blue
Device is communicating properly to the network
MOUNTING
● Choose a location where the smartbox can be installed completely flat against the wall and the
bottom of the device is 47” (120cm) from the floor and 30” (76cm) clear space in front.
● Avoid mounting in areas where it will be exposed to moisture.
● Do not mount in areas where there is not adequate 3G coverage.
● Use wall anchors appropriate to the wall type. Do not use supplied wall anchors on anything
but drywall.
1) Mount the backplate on the wall using all 22 screw holes.
2) Secure the front of the smartbox on the back plate.
3) Ensure the lock is secured so the front of the smartbox can not be removed without the code.
PROGRAMMING / ACTIVATION
- Go to www.keycafe.com and register an account
- While signed in to your account, you will need to “add a location” and then enter the the
unique serial number located on your smartbox and it will be ready to function
