Installation/Wiring Precautions

four selectable FM frequencies. The audio

3. Some lsteners prefer to use a hard-wired FM
tranSmitter. In this instance. when using the KPAr
HZC cradle. an optional FM swliching Box
assembly
(Part No. 11203159) is available and provides a
hardwired FM output when connected to the FM OUT
connector on the ion side of the man; the other and
of the twitching box plugs into the antenna jaak of Wu!
radio. By using this assembly, and saluting fire '
appropriate FM output frequency (88.1MHZ. 88.3MHz,
38.5MHz ur 88.7MHZ) with the slide swltch, the Sirius
signal received at the SAT (MAIN) or TERR, cradle
anhnra input can be played Waugh your car radio
when iuned to one of these frequencies.
7. Mounting the Vehicle Antenna
The antenna should be on n retefivew flat
surtaoe on the vehicle exterior. preferably on the
root (high point) or on the trunk (converflhle). To
mount the antenna:

on the bank nfthe cradle.
