1 General Information 1.1 Profile Please read this pamphlet carefully in order to make your phone in perfect condition. Our company may change this mobile phone without prior written notice and reserves the final right to interpret the performance of this mobile phone. Due to different software and network operators, display on your phone may be different, refer to your phone for details.
1.2 Safety warning and Attentions Safety warning ¾ ROAD SAFETY COMES FIRST Do not use a hand-held phone while driving. Use hands-free fittings when calls are unavoidable while driving. In some countries, dialing or receiving calls while driving is illegal! ¾ SWITCH OFF IN AIRCRAFT Wireless devices can cause interference in aircraft. Using a mobile phone in flight is illegal and risky. Please make sure that your mobile phone is powered off in flight. ¾ SWITCH OFF BEFORE ENTERING RISKY AREAS Strictly observe the relevant laws, codes, and regulations on the use of mobile phones in risky areas. Unlock/Lock Screen You can right drag the unlock ring or left drag the unlock ring to the function icon to unlock the screen and enter the corresponding function module. You can press the “power” button in any interface to lock the screen and enter “stand-by” mode.
Unlock screen to enter desktop, you can click an icon to open corresponding application. You may also long press the icon then drag it to sort. If you want to delete the icon, hold down the icon until “X (Delete)” appears on screen, then drag the icon to that “X (Delete)”, release the icon while it turns red. It will delete the program shortcut but not the program itself.
You may add contacts manually, or you may use various methods of importing contacts such as: importing them through your SIM Card, synchronize with email account, or import them through your SD Card.
Send Message While writing SMS, you may add one or more recipients. SMS content supports text, pictures, emoticons, contact information, and audio/video. When you long press this message, it is popping a new window. You can forward or lock it.
Make A Phone Call You can use the T9 keypad to make a phone call or access your contacts. For example, If you need to search information for Anna, You can input “A”, “An” or “Anna” to search it. Search results will prioritize by matches and contact frequency. Missed calls will be shown in red.
Take Photo Or Video Start camera application to take pictures or videos. It supports professional shooting modes such as auto-focus, continuous, timing and special effects. You may switch from camera to video in the application menu.
Send Email Once you have set up your email account, you can send/receive emails. You will be alerted when new emails arrive in your inbox.
Surf The Net The browser allows you to zoom by double clicking the page or kneading. Also, it simplifies access of visiting frequently used websites by site navigation. The browser also supports multi-tabs; you can just click a tab to switch between pages, supports full –screen browse
View Pictures You can double click or kneading to zoom on a single picture, you can slide from left to right to scroll between pictures. By clicking on a picture, you can display/hide the menu. The menu has several options such as: send through SMS, Bluetooth, and email to simplify picture sharing. More operations may be realized in the picture menu.
Notification Panel You can access your notification panel by pulling down the status bar. It simplifies access to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and data connection settings. You also receive SMS and calendar notifications. Your phone can connect to a variety of networks and devices, including mobile networks for voice and data transmission, Wi-Fi data networks, and Bluetooth devices, such as headsets. You can also connect your phone to a computer, to transfer files from your phone’s SD card and share your phone’s mobile data connection via USB. Connecting to mobile networks When you assemble your phone with a SIM card, your phone is configured to use your provider’s mobile networks for voice calls and for transmitting data. Connecting to Wi-Fi networks Wi-Fi is a wireless networking technology that can provide Internet access at distances of up to 100 meters, depending on the Wi-Fi router and your surroundings. Touch Settings>Wireless & networks > WLAN settings. Check Wi-Fi to turn it
on. The phone scans for available Wi-Fi networks and displays the names of those it finds. Secured networks are indicated with a Lock icon. Note: If the phone finds a network that you connected to previously, it connects to it. Touch a network to connect to it. If the network is open, you are prompted to confirm that you want to connect to that network by touching Connect. If the network is secured, you’re prompted to enter a password or other credentials. Connecting to Bluetooth devices Bluetooth is a short-range wireless communications technology that devices can use to exchange information over a distance of about 8 meters. The most common Bluetooth devices are headphones for making calls or listening to music, hands-free kits for cars, and other portable devices, including laptops and cell phones. Touch Settings>Wireless & networks > Bluetooth. Check Bluetooth to turn it on. You must pair your phone with a device before you can connect to it. Once you pair your phone with a device, they stay paired unless you unpair them. Your phone scans for and displays the IDs of all available Bluetooth devices in range. If the device you want to pair with isn’t in the list, make it discoverable. Connecting to a computer via USB You can connect your phone to a computer with a USB cable, to transfer music, pictures, and other files between your phone’s SD card and the computer. Listen To Music
The music interface sorts the music you have locally on your device by: song name, artist, album, and playlists. Switch Multiple Tasks
Switching between multiple tasks is as simple as holding down your home screen button. You may also delete any application from this list by sliding from left to right. Add Desktop Gadget
You may add a desktop gadget by selecting a gadget in the widget interface; hold down and drag the gadget to a blank space on the desktop.
