Getting Started 1. Pulling cap cover of modem until it clicks into place 2. Insert the SIM card into SIM slot in the direction on the slot(notched coner to the top right) 3. Insert the device into your laptop 4. After you insert the modem for the first time, Verizon Access manager (VZAM) software automatically starts and guides you through the installation process 5. Once istallation is complete, restart your laptop when prompted 6. Double-click the VZAM shortcut icon installed on your desktop 7. Wait while the connection to the VZW network initiates
