We, Hunt Technologies. 6436 County Rd 11, Pequot Lakes. MN 56472, are requesting Limited
Modular Approval (LMA) on the AirPoint Focus (AirPoint transmitter board}. The AirPoint
transmitter board is mounted on the Focus Board which is only integrated into a Landis + Gyr
Focus Meter. Hunt will control the final installation by requiring that the AirPoint Focus be
installed into the Landis s Gyr Focus meter per Hunt Technologies“ specific instructions. Further.
the AirPoint Focus will not transmit RF energy unless it is in a Landis + Gyr Focus meter due to
the complexity of the communications protocol used between the two.
No manual exists for this product since Landis * Gyr is the integrator, However, Landis + Gyr will
be instructed to include the following regulatory notices in their end product manuals.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following
two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device
must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired
operation.
This device contains FCC ID: TEB-AIRF‘T677 / IC: 5931A-AIRPT677.
CAUTION: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Hunt Technologies
could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
In addition, the wording “Contains FCC ID: TEB-AIRF‘T677 / IC: 5931A-AIRPT677" will be
included on the label of the device in which the AirPoint Focus is installed.
