Safety Informaon
6. Clean only with dry cloth.
7. Do not block any venlaon openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instrucons.
8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus
(including amplifiers) that produce heat.
9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has
two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third
grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided
plug does not fit into your outlet，consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched parcularly at plugs，convenience
receptacles，and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
11. Only use aachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
12. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold
with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use cauon when moving the cart / Apparatus
combinaon to avoid injury from p-over.
13. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of me.
14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus
has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been
spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or
moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
15. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with
liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
16. The MAINS plug or appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device
shall remain readily operable.
17. The baery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
18. Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.
19. Cauon Marking and rang plate are located at rear enclosure of the apparatus.
20. The mains plug of apparatus should not be obstructed and should be easily accessed during
intended use. To be completely disconnected from the power input, the apparatus shall be
disconnected from the mains.

alert the user to the presence of uninsulated dangerous voltage within the product’s
enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constute a risk of electric shock.

Instrucons
1. Voice control funcon is enabled by default when the system is iniated for the first me.
2. To turn off voice control, press Sengs on the remote control and navigate to Voice Wake
Up>Long-range Voice and choose Disable.
3. When voice control in enabled, use simple wake-up commands to acvate voice assistant on
standby for personalized voice control services.
4. Speak Help to call for help and learn more about how to easily use voice control in specific
contexts and interact with your TV.

Friendly Reminders
1. Please ensure that your TV is connected to the network.
2. To achieve an ideal interacve voice control experience, the following working environment is
recommended:
Height: less than 3 meters
Watching distance: less than 5 meters
Room area: less than 40 square meters
Note: Long range voice recognion result can be affected by ambient noise and room space.

Instrucciones

Instrucons
1.La foncon de commande vocale est acvée par défaut lorsque le système est lancé pour la
première fois.
2.Pour désacver la commande vocale, appuyer sur la touche de réglage de la télécommande,
accéder à l'opon de réveil de commande vocale>Voix longue portée, puis séleconner l'opon
de désacvaon.
3.Lorsque la commande vocale est acvée, uliser les commandes de réveil simple pour acver
l'assistant vocal en veille et profiter du service de commande vocale personnalisée.
4.Prononcer le mot « Aide » pour obtenir de l'aide et pour savoir comment uliser la
télécommande dans certains contextes et interagir avec votre téléviseur.

Remarques
1. Assurez-vous que votre téléviseur est connecté au réseau
2.Pour profiter pleinement de la commande vocale interacve, nous vous recommandons de
respecter les condions suivantes :

Remarque : l'effet de reconnaissance vocale longue portée peut être affecté par le bruit ambiant

1. 首次开机进入系统后，语音操控功能默认为“开启”状态；
2. 如果您不需要该功能，请点击遥控器上的“设置”按钮，在呼出菜单中找到，
“语音唤醒”图标，进入后将“远距离 语音”设置为“关闭”即可；
3. 在“开启”状态下，您可以通过简单易用的唤醒词激活时刻待命的语音助手，
畅享个性化的语音操控服务；
4. 在语音互动过程中，您可以通过界面下侧的“帮助”功能(语音直呼“帮助”)，
随时掌握每个具体场景下语音操控的细则说明，轻松使用；
5. 更多精彩，您还可以在应用桌面上的“使用帮助”中找到。
注意事项
1. 请确保您的电视处于时刻联网状态。
2. 为了带给您更有趣和便捷的语音操控体验，推荐您参照如下使用环境的规范。
说明： 层高小于3米，人与电视的距离小于5米，室内面积在40平米以内。
如果环境噪音或房间过大，均会影响远距离语音识别的效果。
3. 多人同时说话会影响语音识别的效果。
4.语音操控功能目前只支持汉语普通话 。

post-repair quality informaon, and ensure that aer repair, the Product can work properly for at

Manufacturer’s Warranty
Le Shi Zhi Xin Electronic Technology (Tianjin) Limited ("Letv ") represents and warrants to the
original purchaser ("Purchaser") that Letv's Super TV Devices and accessories ("Product") are free
from material defects, including improper or inferior workmanship, materials, and design, during
the designated warranty period, and subject to the following terms and condions, when used
normally and in accordance with all operang instrucons.
This warranty covers only the hardware components of the Product and does not cover any
soware products, whether or not included with the Product. Purchaser’s rights and obligaons
with respect to any soware is governed by the applicable End User License Agreement.
During the warranty period, Letv will provide repair, replacement or refund in accordance with
this Policy. Aer the expiraon of the warranty period, Letv will provide paid repair or paid
replacement in lieu of repair in accordance with this Policy.
Seller shall be obligated to:
1. Not sell any Product listed in the sales catalog for which it cannot guarantee the
implementaon of the warranty policy;
2. Maintain the quality of the sold Product;
3. Implement acceptance inspecon of the purchased Product, and not sell any Product that is
not properly labeled;
4. Inform consumers of informaon related to the Product’s use, maintenance, warranty and
repair service providers, and provide a valid receipt when selling the Product; and
5. Appropriately handle consumer requests and complaints and provide approximate service.

Warranty Period

Cases where free repair is not guaranteed:
Abuse, accident, misuse, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, or dampness;
External causes such as from collision, fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, lightning, or
earthquake;
Exposure to extreme weather condions, Acts of God, the, blown fuse, electrical surge,
or improper use of any electrical source;
Computer or internet viruses, bugs, worms, Trojan Horses, cancelbots;
Use with non-Letv USA products or products not recommended for use with Letv USA
Products;
Normal wear and tear of the equipment;
Usage of Product other than its normal and customary manner;
Improper tesng, operaon, maintenance, installaon, or any alteraon or modificaon
of Product;
Consumable parts, such as baeries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in Letv
USA materials and workmanship;
Service performed by anyone who is not a Letv representave or an authorized Letv
service provider;
Other acts which are not the fault of Letv including damage caused by shipping;
Cosmec damages, including but not limited to dents or scratches in decorave,
structural, or non-operave parts resulng from normal customer use;
Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust or incorrect voltage; and
The defecve funcon of the cellular system or inadequate signal recepon by the
external antenna, or viruses or other soware problems introduced into the Product.
The Product cannot be refunded or replaced in any of the following
situaons:
1.Any commodies not sold by Letv (wrong serial number);
2.The Product is damaged due to unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident,
modificaon, improper installaon, or improper use;
3.Purchaser cannot provide the valid purchase receipt of the Product, or the receipt provided
doesn’t match the Product or is obliterated;
4.Pseudo-faults or affected performance aributable to Purchaser’s seng of use, where the
Product is determined to be free from any faults;
5.Other situaons where replacement and refund are not supported by laws.
Repairer shall be obligated to:
Letv will provide replacement or refund for the Super TV in accordance with the laws of the
United States:
1. 30-day refund without reasons: Purchaser is entled to a 30-day refund for any reason by
returning the Product purchased from LeMall, as received (including packaging and all
accessories), within 30 days starng from the next day aer receipt of the Product. Letv will bear
the corresponding shipping cost incurred for refund and replacement.
2. Refund within the warranty period: For any material malfuncon of the Product confirmed
through tesng by Letv or an authorized service provider within 30 days starng from the next
day aer receipt of the Product, Purchaser has the opon of having the Product refunded at the
purchase price. In case of refund, please provide the original packaging, accessories, user’s
manual and warranty card, and Letv will bear the corresponding shipping cost.
3. Replacement within the warranty period: In the event of any funconal fault of the Product
within 30 days starng from the next day aer receipt of the Product, subject to the confirmaon
by Letv or an authorized service provider through tesng, Purchaser has the opon of having the
Product repaired or replaced with a new product of the same model and specificaons, and Letv
will bear the corresponding shipping cost.

6. This warranty will also be null and void in any of the following events:
The serial number or warranty seal on the equipment has been altered, defaced or
removed;
Any term contained in this warranty has been altered or modified in any way without
prior wrien consent of Letv;
Letv has not been nofied by Purchaser of the alleged defect or malfuncon of the
Product during the applicable warranty period.
7. If Product is returned to Letv aer the expiraon of the warranty period, Letv 's normal service
policies shall apply and Purchaser will be charged accordingly.
Letv assumes no obligaon or liability beyond that which is expressly provided for in this
limited warranty.
All warranty informaon, pricing, product features and specificaons are subject to
change.
8. This limited warranty provides Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy to be provided by Letv.
The agents, employees, distributors, and dealers of Letv products are not authorized to make
modificaons to this limited warranty, or make addional warranes binding on Letv.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Letv 'S LIMIT OF LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE ACTUAL CASH
VALUE OF THE PRODUCT AT THE TIME PURCHASER RETURNS THE PRODUCT FOR REPAIR,
AS DETERMINED BY THE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT LESS A
REASONABLE AMOUNT OF USAGE. Letv SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER LOSSES OR
DAMAGES SUCH AS SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF ANTICIPATED BENEFITS OR PROFITS, LOSS OF
SAVINGS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED
EQUIPMENT, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF ANY SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES,
DOWNTIME, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY
PROGRAM OR DATA, ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED
ON THE PRODUCT, THE CLAIMS OF ANY THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING SUBSEQUENT
PURCHASERS, AND INJURY TO PROPERTY, RESULTING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF
THE PRODUCT OR ARISING FROM BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT,
NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EVEN IF
Reminders
1. Letv Super TV displays ads upon starng up and this feature cannot be disabled.
2. Purchaser is advised to use the Product on a network with adequate bandwidth. If the Product
cannot be used due to network reasons, it is not covered by the aer-sales service.
Service quality warranty
1. During the warranty period, Letv TV Technologies’ authorized service provider will provide
repair using the original manufacturer’s parts and components according to the results of
diagnosis. The Product that has parts or components replaced with new ones will be covered for
the rest of the warranty period or 30 days, whichever is the longer.
2. For accessories experiencing malfuncon within the warranty period, Letv TV Technologies’
authorized service provider will provide replacement with accessories of the same type and
specificaons, and those accessories will have a renewed warranty period.
3. Where the Product is beyond its warranty period or its problems are outside the scope of
warranty, Letv TV Technologies’ authorized service provider will provide paid repair service in an
efficient and professional way. The repair service will be carried out using the parts and
components from the original manufacturer with a 30-day warranty period.
Statements
1. This limited warranty only applies to products manufactured exclusively by or for Letv and that
can be idenfied by the "Letv" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The limited
warranty does not apply to any non-Letv products or soware.
2. The Warranty extends only to Products purchased in the United States of America from a Letv
authorized dealer or retailer. During the limited warranty period, Letv will repair or replace, at
Letv's sole opon, any parts of the Product that are defecve or malfuncon during normal
usage. Letv reserves the right to use new or refurbished replacement parts in repair of the
Product.
3. This limited warranty covers only the costs of parts and labor. Other related costs such as
shipping and delivery costs may be borne by purchaser at Letv's opon.
4. At Letv's request, Purchaser may be required to prove the date of the original purchase of the
Product by a dated bill of sale or dated itemized receipt.
5. Letv does not warrant that the operaon of this product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
LETV KNEW OF THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES). LETV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
DELAY IN RENDERING SERVICE UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY, OR LOSS OF USE DURING

LETV'S LIABILITY UNDER EITHER THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE
FOREGOING LIMITED WRITTEN WARRANTY. OTHERWISE, THE FOREGOING LIMITED
WARRANTY IS PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitaon of incidental, consequenal, or punive
damages, or permit limitaons on the length of implied warranes, so certain of these
warranty limitaons may not apply to Purchaser. This limited warranty gives Purchaser
specific legal rights; Purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If any term of this limited warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or
enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
This limited warranty allocates risk of Product failure between Purchaser and Letv, and
Letv's Product pricing reflects this allocaon of risk and the limitaons of liability
contained in this limited warranty.
End User License Agreement for Software
IMPORTANT. READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single enty) and Letv USA (“Letv”)
for soware, whether pre-installed or downloaded, owned by Letv and its affiliated
companies and its third party suppliers and licensors, that accompanies this EULA,
which includes computer soware and may include associated media, content and
data, printed materials, or electronic documentaon in connecon with your use of
Letv Device, which will be defined below(“Letv Soware”). By using this device or any
other Letv product running on Android operang system (“Letv Device”), you accept
terms of this EULA. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Letv Device or
the Letv Soware.
1.GRANT OF LICENSE.
Letv grants you a limited non-exclusive license to install, use, access, display and run one copy of
the Letv Soware on a single Letv Device, local hard disk(s) or other permanent storage media of
one computer, and you may not make Letv Soware available over a network where it could be
used by mulple computers at the same me. You may make one copy of the Letv Soware in
machine readable form for backup purposes only; provided that the backup copy must include
all copyright or other proprietary noces contained on the original. Certain items of the Letv
Soware may be subject to open source licenses. The open source license provisions may
override some of the terms of this EULA. We make the applicable open source licenses available
to you if you so request.
2.RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP.
Letv reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA. The Soware is protected by
copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaes. Letv or its suppliers own the tle,
copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Soware. The Soware is licensed, not
sold.
3.LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS.
You may not, or enable others to, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise
aempt to discover the source code or algorithms of, the Soware (except and only to the
extent that such acvity is expressly permied by applicable law not withstanding this limitaon),
or modify, or disable any features of, the Soware, or create derivave works based on the
Soware. You may not rent, lease, lend, sublicense or provide commercial hosng services with
the Soware. You may not transfer this EULA or the rights to the Letv Soware granted herein to
any third party unless it is in connecon with the sale of the device which the Letv Soware
accompanied. In such event, the transfer must include all of the Letv Soware (including all
component parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades, this EULA) and you may not
retain any copies of the Letv Soware. The transfer may not be an indirect transfer, such as a
consignment. Prior to the transfer, the end user receiving the Letv Soware must agree to all the
EULA terms.
4.LETV SOFTWARE UPDATES.
Letv may make available to you updates, upgrades, supplements and add on components (if any)
of the Letv Soware, including bug fixes, service upgrades (parts or whole), and updates,
enhancements and feature improvements or deleon to any Letv Soware (including enrely
new versions), (collecvely “Update”) aer the date you obtain your inial copy of the Letv
Soware. This EULA applies to all and any component of the Update, unless we provide other
terms along with such Update. To use Letv Soware provided through Update, you must first be
licensed for the Letv Soware idenfied by Letv as eligible for the Update. While the Update will
be generally available, in some limited circumstances, the Letv Soware updates will only be
offered by your network carrier, and such Letv Soware updates will be governed by your
contractual relaonship with your network carrier. With the “Automac Update” funcon
enabled (as in the default seng in the System Update menu in the Seng), your device
downloads certain Updates automacally from me to me. If you have chosen to disable the
“Automac Update” funcon, then you can check the availability of new Updates by clicking on
the “Check Update” menu in the Seng. Given the importance of receiving Updates for security
soware in a mely manner to defend against new threats, however, security-related Updates
may be automacally downloaded and installed without your consent, even if you have disabled
the “Automac Update” funcon. We recommend that you check availability of any new Updates
periodically for opmal use of your device.
5.CONSENT TO USE OF DATA.
You agree that Letv and its third party providers of Letv Soware may collect and use technical,
non-technical and related informaon, including but not limited to informaon about your use of
the Letv Soware, content viewed and aached peripherals, products or services purchased, that
is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of soware updates, product support and other
services to you, including addional or different Letv Soware and to verify compliance with the
terms of this EULA. Letv and its third party providers of Letv Soware and/or other providers may
use this informaon, as long as it is in a form that does not personally idenfy you, to improve
our products or to provide services or technologies to you.
6.INTERNET ACCESS.
Some features of the Letv Soware may require your device to have access to the internet and
may be subject to restricons imposed by your network or internet provider. Unless your device
is connected to the internet through Wi-Fi connecon, the Letv Soware will access the internet
through your mobile network, which may result in addional charges depending on your
payment plan. In addion, your enjoyment of some features of the Letv Soware may be affected
by the suitability and performance of your device hardware or data access.
7. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS.
You acknowledge that the Letv Soware is subject to export restricons of various countries. You
agree to comply with all applicable internaonal and naonal laws that apply to the Letv
Soware, including all the applicable export restricon laws and regulaons.
8. TERMINATION.
This EULA is effecve unl terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automacally
without noce from Letv if you fail to comply with any of the terms and condions of this EULA.
Upon terminaon of this EULA, you must cease all use of the Letv Soware and destroy all copies,
full or paral, of the Letv Soware. Secon 5, 9,10,13,15, and 16 of this EULA shall survive any
such terminaon.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
UNLESS SEPARATELY STATED IN A WRITTEN EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ACCOMPANYING YOUR
DEVICE, ALL LETV SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY LETV USA WITH THIS DEVICE ( WHETHER INCLUDED
WITH THE DEVICE, DOWNLOADED, OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED) IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ON AN
“AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND FROM LETV USA, EITHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, LETV USA
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR WORKMANLIKE
EFFORT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, RELIABILITY OR AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, LACK OF
VIRUSES, QUIET ENJOYMENT, NON INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS OR OTHER
VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NO
ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM LETV USA OR
ITS AFFILIATES SHALL BE DEEMED TO ALTER THIS DISCLAIMER BY LETV USA OF WARRANTY
REGARDING LETV SOFTWARE, OR TO CREATE ANY WARRANTY OF ANY SORT FROM LETV USA.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, USE OF THE LETV SOFTWARE AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED BY OR ACCESSED THROUGH
THE LETV SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY
QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU.
10. THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS.
Certain third party applicaons or services may be included with, or downloaded to your Letv
Device. Such third party applicaons or services may display, include or make available content,
data, informaon, applicaons or materials from third pares (“Third Party Materials”) or
provide links to certain third party websites. By using the Letv Soware, you acknowledge and
agree that Letv is not responsible for the availability of such applicaons and is not responsible
or liable for any content, adversing, products, services, or other materials on or available from
such applicaons. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of third party applicaons is at
your sole risk and that the enre risk of unsasfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort
is with you. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivave works
based on the services, in any manner, and you shall not exploit the services in any unauthorized
way whatsoever, including but not limited to, using the services to transmit any computer
viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other malware, or by trespassing or burdening network
capacity. You further agree not to use the services in any manner to harass, abuse, stalk,
threaten, defame or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other party, and that Letv is
not in any way responsible for any such use by you, nor for any harassing, threatening,
defamatory, offensive, infringing or illegal messages or transmissions that you may receive as a
result of using any of the services. References on this device to any names, marks, products, or
services of any third-pares are provided solely as a convenience to you, and do not constute or
imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendaon of, or affiliaon with the third party or
its products and services. You acknowledge and agree that the use of any third-party applicaon
is governed by such third party applicaon provider’s terms of use, license agreement, privacy
policy, or other such agreement and that any informaon or personal data you provide, whether
knowingly or unknowingly, to such third-party applicaon provider, will be subject to such third
party applicaon provider’s privacy policy, if such a policy exists. LETV USA DISCLAIMS ANY
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PRACTICES OF ANY
THIRD PARTY APPLICATION PROVIDER. LETV USA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY
REGARDING WHETHER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS CAPTURED BY ANY THIRD PARTY
APPLICATION PROVIDER OR THE USE TO WHICH SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE PUT BY
SUCH THIRD PARTY APPLICATION PROVIDER.
11. LETV SERVICES.
Certain Letv applicaons and services may be included with, or downloaded to, your Letv Device.
The Letv Soware may enable access to Letv and third party services and web sites (collecvely
and individually, “Services”). Some such Services and applicaons may not be available in all
languages or in all countries. Many of them may require Letv Services membership registraon
(“Letv Account”), and your rights and obligaons will be set forth in separate Letv Account Terms
and Condions. There are non-Letv Account applicaons and services that may require your
consent to their separate terms and condions as well. You expressly acknowledge and agree
that your use of such applicaons and services will be subject to the applicable terms and
condions. Your use of a Letv Account is subject to the latest Letv Account Terms and Condions,
which will be provided to you separately.
12. DIGITAL CERTIFICATE.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your decision to rely on a digital
cerficate issued by either Letv USA or a third party and your use of such cerficate. Letv USA
makes no express or implied warranes or representaons as to merchantability or fitness for
any parcular purpose, accuracy, security, or non-infringement of third party rights with respect
to digital cerficates.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
LETV WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO
THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE LETV SOFTWARE OR ANY THIRD PARTY APPLICATION, ITS
CONTENT OR FUNCTIONALITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES CAUSED BY OR
RELATED TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DEFECTS, DELAY IN OPERATION OR
TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, FAILURE TO CONNECT, NETWORK CHARGES, IN-APP
PURCHASES, AND ALL OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF LETV HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY
NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, LETV ELECTRONIC CO.’S TOTAL
LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, CAUSES OF ACTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO THOSE BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE LETV
SOFTWARE OR THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS ON THIS DEVICE, OR ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS
EULA, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PURCHASER PAID SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS DEVICE OR
ANY SUCH THIRD PARTY APPLICATION THAT WAS INCLUDED WITH THIS DEVICE. THE FOREGOING
LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND DISCLAIMERS (INCLUDING SECTIONS 10, 11, 12 AND 13) SHALL
APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS
ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
14. U.S. GOVERNMENT END USERS RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
The Letv Soware is licensed only with “restricted rights” and as “commercial items” consisng
of “commercial soware” and “commercial soware documentaon” with only those rights as
are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and condions herein. All products are
provided only with “restricted rights” with only those rights as are granted to all other end users
pursuant to the terms and condions herein. All Letv Soware and Products are provided subject
to Federal Acquision Regulaon (FAR)52.227.19.
15. APPLICABLE LAW.
This EULA is governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
This EULA shall not be governed by the UN Convenon on Contracts for the Internaonal Sale of
Goods, the applicaon of which is expressly excluded.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
(a) Non-United States residents. If a dispute, controversy or difference arising in any way from
this EULA or your use of the Letv Soware is not amicably seled, it shall be subject to the

(b) United States residents. ALL DISPUTES WITH LETV USA ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM THIS EULA
OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND
BINDING ARBITRATION, AND NOT BY A COURT OR JURY. Any such dispute shall not be combined
or consolidated with any other person’s or enty’s claim or dispute, and specifically, without
limitaon of the foregoing, shall not under any circumstances proceed as part of a class acon.
The arbitraon shall be conducted before a single arbitrator, whose award may not exceed, in
form or amount, the relief allowed by the applicable law. The arbitraon shall be conducted
according to the American Arbitraon Associaon (AAA) Commercial Arbitraon Rules applicable
to consumer disputes. This arbitraon provision is entered pursuant to the Federal Arbitraon
Act. The laws of the State of California, without reference to its choice of laws principles, shall
govern the interpretaon of the EULA and all disputes that are subject to this arbitraon
provision. The arbitrator shall decide all issues of interpretaon and applicaon of this arbitraon
provision and the EULA. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator's award in any court of
competent jurisdicon. This arbitraon provision also applies to claims against Letv’s employees,
representaves and affiliates if any such claim arises from the licensing or use of the Soware.
You may opt out of this dispute resoluon provision by wring to Letv USA within 30 days of the
inial purchase of the Letv Device indicang you are opng out. This noce must be sent to
[ADDRESS OR EMAIL ADDRESS] and must include: (a) your name and address; (b) a dated bill of
sale or dated itemized receipt for the Letv Device; and (c) the Serial Number for the Letv Device.
Opng out of this dispute resoluon provision will not affect your use of the Letv Device or the
Letv Soware, or your license to the Letv Soware.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY.
This EULA is the enre agreement between you and Letv USA relang to the Letv Soware and
supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or wrien communicaons, proposals and
representaons with respect to the Letv Soware or any other subject maer covered by this
EULA. If any provision of this EULA is held to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other
provisions shall connue in full force and effect.
