2. System Operation
Write the server name next to his pager number with a Dry Erase Marker (included)
Warning! Regular ink will make permanent marks, making name changes difficult-clean with a nonabrasive cleaner ONLY! The name panels can easily be removed and replaced to simplify pager
assignment.
Press the number that corresponds to the servers name on the sending unit and that pager will
silently vibrate. Range of this system should easily cover even the largest of restaurants. You can
send a single, double or triple vibration to servers, sending them to different parts of the kitchen.
For example: 1 vibe means going to the hot line, 2 vibes mean going to the salad station, etc.
1. To page a pager with a single vibe
Press the corresponding number. If you make Set Default MSG ON, it will vibrate once and the green
LED light on top will turn on according to its saved default message. And if you make Set Default
MSG OFF, it will work with no message. (Z0410 Vibe only pager vibrates twice)
2. To page a pager with a dual vibe (2X MENU function)
Press the 2X MENU button once and then press the corresponding pager number within 5 seconds.
You can label what 2X means on the space. The pager will vibrate twice and the yellow LED light on
top will turn on when it receives the page. (Z0410 Vibe only pager vibrates three times)
3. To page a pager with a triple vibe (3X SELECT function)
Press the 3X SELECT button once and then press the corresponding server pager number within 5
seconds. You can label what the 3X means on the space. The pager will vibrate 3 times and the red
LED light on top will turn on when it receives the page. (Z0410 Vibe only pager vibrates 4 times)
4. Repage feature
You may select to have this system page the server one time only or repage them 3 times if the food
has not been picked up. (See programming instructions) The system can also notify the manager on
an optional digital pager with the tardy server pager number.
5. To cancel a pager
Press the corresponding number on the Servercall until it beeps once and the light goes off. If you do
not cancel the page and the repage feature is turned on, the pager will repage the server 2 more
times automatically every 15 seconds (this feature is adjustable for 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 45
seconds, 60 seconds, and 120 seconds). The Servercall will change from green (food up for 15
seconds) to yellow (food up for 30 seconds) to red (food up for 45 seconds) and flashing red (food
dying in the window!). At that point the system can page the manager pager with notifying him the
server number that there is food up in need of attention.
6. To page all pagers
Press ALL PAGE button over 3 seconds and the green light comes on. All pagers will vibrate 4 times.
(Z0410 Vibe only pager vibrates 6 times)
7. To page manager(s)
Press the MGR 91-94 button shortly and then the green light comes on about 2 seconds.
When you want to page all managers, press the MGR ALL button over 3 seconds
These buttons only work if you have purchased the optional manager display pager. If you did mot
purchase a display pager, any pager (1-24) can be given to he manager and be used as a manager
pager.
8. To sleep all pagers
Press ENTER button more than 5 seconds. And then all the pager including server pagers and
manager pagers go to sleep mode.
Troubleshooting
Transmitter will not display anything
a. Make sure there is power to the outlet
a. Check all connections.
If you try all this and the transmitter still won’t power up your power supply may be bad. If display is still blank, call
us
Before you call, try some of the following suggestion
*Remember that the capability of your system will be affected by: Foil backed wallboard, Metal mesh,
wire reinforced glass, metal sheeting, large mirrors, suspended ceilings, lift shafts etc. These can all
reflect and thereby reduce the signaling capability of the transmitter. A little forethought prior to
installation, coupled with a few tests, can normally avoid most of these problems.
1.Read through the manual. Answers to most questions can be found there.
A trouble shooting section further assists you in diagnosing the problem.
2. IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device,
pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may
cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference
will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is

● Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
● Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

device is permitted. Any change to the antenna or the device could result in the device exceeding
the RF exposure requirements and void user’s authority to operate the device.

(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired
operation..

such as benzene, toluene or acetone may spoil the plastic parts of this equipment.

equipment must be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 centimeters between the radiator and your
body.

6.Warning ! No user serviceable parts
Alteration or modification to any part of this equipment, without the prior written consent of the manufacturer,
will invalidate all manufacturer approvals and warranty. No adjustments can be undertaken except by qualified
and licensed persons as defined by the FCC Rules and Regulations. Operation of altered equipment can result
in fines, imprisonment, and /or confiscation of such equipment.
WARRANTY
JUN ELECTRONICS warrants this product against any defects that are due to faulty
material or workmanship for a one-year period after the original date of consumer purchase.
This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse or
improper electrical connection. Power supplies are warranted for 60 days. We recommend
the use of a surge protector with all equipment. If this product should become defective
within the warranty period, we will repair or replace with equivalent product, free of charge.
We will return your product, transportation charges prepaid standard shipping mode, provided
the product is shipped prepaid to:
