INTRODUCTION
HomeSafe's Wireless Alarm System protects your apartment or home, and the system is
expandable so you can add on extra devices as your security needs grow. The system is
easy to install, using only conventional tools and do not need to run wires from
transmitters to the console unit.
It is essential for you to read this manual entirely and learn the correct procedures for
preparing, installing, testing and operating the system before proceeding with the
installation.
SYSTEM FEATURES
- 8 Security Zones - let the system monitor up to 8 transmitters for widefrange
protection.
- Unique user security code - up to six-digit security access code.
0 Built-In lOSdB siren.
- Full Arm (ARM) or Fania] Arm (HOME) arming mode.
0 Remote control with Arm, Home, Disarm and Panic functions.
a Low battery indication of door/Window transmitter and motion sensor detector
transmitter.
o Panel LED for zone status display.
- Memorize of magnetic sensor open/close status.
HVIPORTANT SAFETY TIPS
1. Do not install the system’s units where it will be exposed to direct sunlight or rain.
2. The system units should be directed away from heat sources such as radiators, heating
ducts and stoves.
3. If the system goes off at random and identify to be caused by the motion detector
transmitter (indicated by the zone LED display), it is possibly the motion detector
transmitter located too close to a heat source. Changing the location or direction of it
can remedy this.
4. If the unit messes up during the programming procedure, becomes abnormal, or if you
forgot the "password", take out the battery and disconnect the AC power adaptor and
wait for about 3 minutes for unit to reset, replace the battery and connect back the AC
power. The system will reset to the initial normal state for you to re—program. it
should be noted that you should perform learning procedure of the whole system once
the system is reset.
5. This system does not supervise the sensors to check for proper connected. it is
recommended to test the complete system, including every security sensor, once per
month to ensure complete protection.
6. The system can provide valuable protection for your home and property if utilized
properly. However, this system cannot guarantee complete protection against burglary
FCC ID: NS3600C
or robbery, therefore, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damages which
could occur.

(A) External siren - you might purchase an outdoor l20dB siren (item no. SlSSK/E)
and connect it to the two terminals.
Note: - Make sure you connect in correct polarity.
' To provide tamper proof of the siren wire, position the jumper JPl to the desired
position after you have finished siren connection as shown below.
(B) NC. - This is a normal closed port. If connected to an external device such as
magnetic sensor (item no. 5—01), the open of the magnetic sensor will
trigger the console unit to instant alarm.
(C) No, - This is a normal open port. If connected to a magnetic sensor, the close of
the magnetic sensor will trigger the console unit to instant alarm.
FCC ID: NS3600C
Note: NC. and NO. port can only trigger the unit to alarm when the unit is in ARM or
HOME armed.
(D) DC 9V, 200mA output — This port can supply power of DC 9V to the external
device that you connected with. '
Note: 0 Never connect device that the current drawn exceed the unit’s rating.
u Make sure the polarity is connected correctly.
(E) 24hr input - This is a port that response to external trigger whatever the mode
(armed or disarm) of the unit is. A constant DC SV input to this port
triggers the unit to instant alarm.
You might connect external device such as smoke detector to this
port.
Note: Make sure the triggering signal output of the connected device match with the port
requirements
10. Automatic dialer connection
The unit provided with a telephone jack to connect with the emergency auto dialer

MODEL SGOOA MOTION DETECTOR TRANSMITTER
INSTALLATION
It Remove the screw from the battery compartment cover. Slide down the cover to
remove.
2 Setting the pulse switch. (see next section for details)
3, Install an alkaline 9 volt battery.
4. Replace the battery cover and screw.
5. Proceeding the LEARN procedure.
6. Mount the motion detector transmitter -
Choose a suitable location and temporarily place the motion detector at the mounting
location, Test the transmitting range and the coverage area Then use the template
provided in this manual, mark locations to drill holes and install anchors and screws.
Place the unit over the screws and slide it down to secure in place.
10
FCC ID: NS3600C
It is suggested that you mount the unit at between 5 to 6.5 feet (1.5 to 2 meters) above
the floor to get the best coverage of the intended protection area.
SETTING THE PULSE SWITCH
The setting of PULSE (I, 2, or 3) determines how many signals that convened from the
motion detected by the sensor within a pre-defined period before it signals the console
unit.
Set PULSE to 1 when you need the sensor to respond immediately, however, this setting
is so sensitive that frequent alarms might occur.
Set PULSE to 2 reduce the possibility of false alarms and reasonable respond time. It is
the suggested value.
Set PULSE to 3 for the maximum protection against false alarms.
MOTION DETECTOR TRANSMITTER LEARNING
For the first time you install battery to the motion detector transmitter, it will enter the
LEARN mode automatically and the indicator is ON constantly for indication,
1. Press the LEARN key of the motion detector transmitter. The indicator will flashes
once and signal is transmitted to the console unit.
2. A long ‘heep’ sound will heard from the console unit and the zone LED will ON
constantly for a successful learning. If it is unsuccessful, just press the key again.
3. Choose mounting location and perform testing. (see details in the testing sensor
detection area section).
4. Press the LEARN key again and hold for about 2 seconds until the indicator turns
OFF to let the transmitter exit the LEARN mode and standby.
Note: 0 Make sure the console unit is in LEARN mode before you perform learning.
I Don’t exit LEARN mode (the motion detector) until you have finished testing
the transmitter.
TESTING THE MOTION DETECTOR TRANSMITTER DETECTION AREA
AND TRANSMITTING RANGE
After select a location. you should test the transmitting range before mount it
permanently By press the test button of the transmitter, you will hear the console unit
sounds “DING DONG‘ chime if signal is received successfully. [f not, change location is
required.
You can then test the sensor detection area Temporarily place the detector at the
mounting location and try walking in front of the unitt When sensor detects motion, the
detector’s indicator flashes and the chime sound will heard from the console unit. If you
walk beyond the sensor detection area, then there will not be a chime sound. By adjusting
the sensor direction, or the installation location, you can get your desired detection area
coverage.

FCC ID: NSSGOOC
Note: 0 Make sure the console unit is in TEST mode when you are testing.
0 Exit LEARN mode after you have finished testing.
- It is suggested that you test the transmitter once per month to make sure the
system is in normal operation.
0 The transmitter always ready for testing after exit LEARN mode so you can
testing it whenever you want.
MAGNETIC DOOR/WINDOW TRANSMITTER
INSTALLATION
1. Remove the screw from the battery compartment cover, Slide down the cover to
remove.
2, Install an alkaline 9 volt battery,
3. Switch the door/window switch to DOOR or WINDOW position as you desired.
If you set to DOOR position, there will be an entry delay time (timing is controlled by
programing) before alarm goes off.
If you set the switch to WINDOW, the unit disregards the entry delay time setting and
alarm instantly.
4. Replace the battery cover and screw.
Proceed the LEARN procedure.
6. Mount the magnetic door/window transmitter -
Choose a suitable location and temporarily place the transmitter at the mounting
location, Test the transmitting range, then use the template provided in this manual,
mark locations to drill holes and install anchors and screws. Place the unit over the
screws and slide it down to secure in place.
