1. Safety Precautions Please read through the following briefings carefully, and act in accordance with these rules, so as to prevent causing any danger or violating any law. Safe driving 1)Do not use the phone when driving. When you have to use the phone, use only with the hands-free kit. 2) Place the phone safely in the phone stand. Do not put it onto any passenger seat or any place from which it may fall down in case of vehicular collision or emergency braking. Turn off during a flight Flight is influenced by interference caused by the phone. It is illegal to use a phone on the airplane. Please turn off your phone during a flight. Turn off the phone when in the vicinity of areas with explosives or chemicals, flammable, dangerous or hazardous products Be sure to strictly observe the related laws and statutes by turning off the phone when you are within, or in the vicinity of, an area where blasting takes place. Please turn off your phone when you are within a gas station or in the vicinity of any place where fuel and chemical preparations, or any other dangerous goods are stored. Hospital and Medical Facilities Please obey the related rules or bylaws of the hospital when using your phone in a hospital. Be sure to turn off your phone when near any medical equipment. Your use of any wireless transmission equipment, inclusive of the phone, will interfere with any medical equipment or other electronic equipment. Interference Each and every phone’s performance may be affected due to radio interference. Professional service: The phone must be installed or repaired by no other personnel than professionals. You are likely to suffer a huge risk when you install or repair this phone by yourself, which also goes against the warranty rules. Fittings and battery You shall use the fittings and battery acknowledged by the phone manufacturer only. Proper use Only use the phone as advised and described in this manual. Avoid using the phone in areas that have cold or hot temperatures. Do not leave the phone exposed to direct sunlight or in areas very humid or dusty. Extreme care and attention to be taken before using the phone near medical devices such as but not only as pacemakers, hearing aids, or other electro-medical units that may be subject to interference from a mobile phone. The various components and parts can cause choking if swallowed. To avoid demagnetization, avoid keeping the Phone and accessories in the vicinity of magnetic substances such as, but not only, magnetic discs or credit cards. Do not throw or put the phone or parts or accessories near fire. Keep the phone at least 2,2cm away from your body. Emergency call You may enter a telephone number (112, etc.) to ask for emergency help after making sure that the phone has been turned on and is in the service status. Press the Send Key to call out, and report your position and introduce what has happened briefly. Do not end the call without authorization. Note: Like any other phone, this phone’s specific features may not be supported by some network whose coverage or wireless signaling is troubled (some network does not support calling for emergency service by 112. Therefore, do not rely wholly on this phone in case of some especial emergency (such as medical first aid, etc.). Please consult your local network operator for verification.
2. Extra Safety Precautions The unit and the accessories can contain small parts. Keep them out of the reach of small children. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT Remember to follow any particular rules that may apply wherever you happen to be, and always turn off the unit whenever its use is forbidden, or it can cause interference or danger. Only use the units in its normal user position. This unit complies with guidelines for radiation when it is used either in a normal position against your ear, or when it is at least 1.5 cm (0.59 inch) from your body. If the unit is carried close to your body in a case, belt holder or other holder, these should not contain any metal, and the product should be placed at the distance from yr body specified above. Make sure that the distance instructions above are followed until the transfer is complete. Parts of the unit are magnetic, The unit can attract metal object. Do not keep credit cards or other magnetic media near the unit, as information stored on them can be erase. MEDICAL UNITS The use of equipment that transmits radio signals, e.g. mobile phones, can interfere with insufficiently protected medical apparatus. Consult a doctor or the manufacturer of the apparatus to determine if it has adequate protection against external radio signals, or if you have any question. If notices have been put up at health care facilities instructing you to turn off the unit while you are there, you should comply. Hospitals and other health care facilities sometimes use equipment that can be sensitive to external radio signals. PACEMAKER Pacemaker manufacturers recommend a distance at least 15 cm. (6 inches) between a mobile phone and a pacemaker to avoid the risk of interference with the pacemaker. These recommendations are in accordance with independent research and recommendations from Wireless Technology Research. People with pacemakers should: - always keep the unit at a distance of at least 15 cm from the pacemaker. - not carry the unit in a breast pocket - hold the unit against the ear on the opposite side from the pacemaker to reduce the risk of interference. If you suspect that there is a risk of interference, turn off the unit and move it further away. HEARING AIDS Some digital wireless units can cause interference to some hearing aids. Contact yr operator in case of interference. VEHICLES Radio signals can affect electronic systems in motor vehicles (e.g. electronic fuel injection, ABS brakes, automatic cruise control, and air bag systems) that have been incorrectly installed or are inadequately protected. Contact the manufacturer or its representative for more information about yr vehicle or any additional equipment. Do not keep or transport flammable liquid gases or explosives together with the unit or its accessories. For vehicles equipped with air bags: remember that air bags fill with air with considerable force. Do not place objects, including fixed or portable radio equipment in the area above the airbag or the area where it might expand. Serious injuries may be caused if the mobile phone equipment is incorrectly installed and the airbag fills with air. It is forbidden to use the unit whilst flying. Turn off the unit before you board a plane. Using wireless telecom units inside a plane can involve risk for air safety and interfere with telecommunications. It can also be illegal. AREAS WITH EXPLOSION RISK Always turn off the unit when you are in an area where there is a risk of explosion and follow all signs and instructions. An explosion risk exists in the places that include areas where your normally requested to turn off your car engine. Within such an area, sparks can cause explosion or fire which can lead to personal injuries, even death. Turn off the unit at filling stations i.e. near petrol pumps and garages. Follow the restrictions that are in force on the use of radio equipment near places where fuel is stored and sold, chemical factories and places where blasting is in progress. Areas with risk for explosion are often – but not always – clearly marked. This also applies to below decks on ships: the transport or storage of chemicals; vehicles that use liquid fuel (such as propane or butane); areas where the air contains chemicals or particles, such as grain, dust or metal powder. EMERGENCY CALLS IMPORTANT! Mobile phones such as this unit use radio signals, the mobile phone network, the terrestrial network and user-programmed functions. This means that connection in all circumstances cannot be guaranteed. Therefore you should never rely solely on a mobile phone for very important calls such as
medical emergencies. SPECIFIC ABSOPTION RATE (SAR) CERTIFICATION INFORMATION (SAR) This model meets international guidelines for exposure to radio waves. Your mobile device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio waves recommended by international guidelines. These guidelines were developed by the independent scientific organization ICNIRP and include safety margins designed to assure the protection of all persons regardless of age and health.The guidelines use a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The ICNIRP SAR limit for mobile devices used by the general public is 2.0 W/kg. As SAR is measured utilising the device’s highest transmitting power, the actual SAR of the device while operating is typically below the above indicated level. This is due to automatic changes to the power level of the device to ensure it only uses the minimum level requested to reach the network. While there may be differences between the SAR levels of various phones and at various positions, they all meet the governmental requirements for safe exposure. The World Health Organization has stated that present scientific information does not indicate the need for any special precaution for the use of mobile devices. They note that if you want to reduce your exposure then you can do so by limiting the length of calls or using a “hands-free” device to keep the mobile phone away from the head and body. WEEE REGULATIONS The crossed-out wheeled bin means that within the European Union the product must be taken to separate collection at the products end-of-life. This applies to your device but also to any enhancements marked with this symbol. DO not dispose of these products as unsorted municipal waste. 3. Basic Operations 3.1 Power on your phone 1. Please hold the End key to power on your phone, and then you can see the backlight and animated menu. ◆If the SIM card is not inserted or the contacts do not work, warning interface will be on the screen. In this mode, other functions still can be used . 2.If the SIM card is protected by PIN code, you must input right PIN code and then press Left Softkey. If three consecutive input the wrong PIN code, the mobile phone SIM cards will be locked, and prompts for admission PUK code 3.The phone will automatically search for the network. ◆If the phone can search for the network, you can see the network name and signal strength on your screen; If the phone can’t search for the network, you can only send emergency calls or other non-calling functions. 3.2 Making a call You can make calls in the standby mode. Input the telephone number by Number keys (including the area code when making a long distance call), press the Send key to send a call. If you input wrong numbers, please press right softkey to delete.
3.3 Refusing a call n Press the End/Power key to refuse a call. 3.4 Answering a Call When a call is coming, the phone will send out a homologous hint (such as the vibration, bell etc.) if network support, the phone screen will show the name or the number of caller. Press the send key to answer an incoming call. 3.5 Adjusting volume In the standby mode ,enter Menu→Profiles→General/Meeting/Outdoor/Indoor→Customize →Volume setup→Speaker volume, then press up/down keys to regulate a converse volume, or press left/right keys to adjust headphone volume in the in-call mode. 3.6 Ending a call n Press the End key to end a call. If you want to cancel the dialing call, Press the End key to cancel it. 3.7 Emergency calls You can dial emergency calls directly without SIM card. Emergency calls are different in different networks. For more details, please consult local network service providers. 3.8 Making IDD n Press the * key twice until your screen displays “+” which is a symbol of an international call, and then input the country code, area code and the phone number and press the Send key. 3.9 Dialing an extension number n Input the telephone number, press the #key two times until a character “P” is on the screen, input the extension number, and then press the Send key.
Then your phone will dial the extension automatically after getting through the exchange. 3.10 Missed calls/Received calls/Dialed calls You have four methods to view all recent calls and the time and date of calls. l If there are missed calls, your phone will display ”Missed calls”. Press Left Softkey to view the call list and press Up/Down keys to view. l Press Send key in the standby mode to enter Call menu list which are arranged according to time sequence and press Up/Down keys to choose Call menu list. l Press Left Softkey in the standby mode to enter Call menu list which are arranged according to time sequence and press Up/Down keys to choose Call menu list. l Press send key in the standby mode to enter Call menu list to choose missed calls/received calls/ dialed calls, and then press Up/Down keys to choose what you need numbers. 3.11 Call diverting After activating this function, you can transfer the incoming call to the voice mailbox or other telephone number. You can divert all calls/divert if unreachable/divert if busy/ divert if no answer. 3.12 Call waiting After activating this function, the network will notify you that you have a new incoming call when you are talking on the phone. For details of how to use this function you can contact your network provider. Also, you can choose “accept” or ”busy” on the screen to decide whether to answer the incoming call while you are talking on the phone. 3.13 Call barring The Call Barring allow the user to prevent incoming or outgoing calls based on user-defined conditions . It includes: All Calls, bars user from making any outgoing call or receiving any incoming call; International Calls, prevents the user from making international calls only; International Except Home, prevents the user from making any international call other than to home; When International Roaming, prevents user from receiving any incoming call when the user is out of home. When you use this function, please contact your network provider.

Please contact your service provider for details. 5.1 Write message You can choose this function to edit new message. In the message interface, press Left Softkey to enter the message input interface to write the message. When you finish inputting the message, press Left Softkey to send message. When editing messages, you can bring out the preset answer sentences or the preset contact records. Send message: After editing message, input the number and then send the message. If the message is sent unsuccessfully, it will be automatically saved in the Outbox. 5.2 Inbox Look over the messages you have received. In the message list, press the OK key to view the message details; When you receive a short message, your mobile phone will vibrate (if Alert Type set to the Vibration) and ring (if Alert Type set to the Ring), display the prompt
information on the screen. press the Left Softkey to read the detailed contents of a message, the date and time of receipt and the name (if the name has already been saved in the phonebook) or telephone number of the sender. Ø press Options to do the following operations: l Read: Read the message. l Reply: Send messages to the recipients. (The menu appears only when you are reading messages in the inbox.) l Delete: Delete the message. l Forward: Transfer the message to others. l Call reply: Call the sender. (The menu appears only when you are reading messages in the Inbox.) l Extract number.: Extract a number from the message text and list it on the screen. Press Left Softkey to edit or dial or send messages. 5.3 Outbox Look over the messages you have sent. Enter the outbox, choose one message, and press Options to do the following operations: l Read: Read the message. l Delete: Delete the message. l Send: Send messages to the recipients. (The menu appears only when you are reading messages in the inbox.) l Forward: Transfer the message to others. l Extract number.: Extract a number from the message text and list it on the screen. Press Left Softkey to edit or dial or send messages. 5.4 Draftbox Save the messages you ready to sent. Select draftbox to view the messages saved in the draftbox. Press Up/Down key to select in the list, and press Options to choose. l Read：View the selected message. l Delete：Delete the selected message. l Forward：Transfer the message to others. 5.5 Message settings l Templates edit:You can edit ten present answer sentences. l Message center: Input the short message service center number (You must obtain this number from your service provider.), and then press Save to store the number. l Message validity: In the period of validity, the message center will repeat to deliver a message till it is received. You can set one hour/twelve
hours/twenty-four hours/a week/one month/three months/long as the period of validity.( This function requires the network support.) l Delivery report: If the Delivery report is set ON, a message report will be sent to inform you after the sent message have reached the destination. If the s Delivery report is set Off, a message report will not be sent. l Used space: Check the total amount of messages that has already been stored and can be stored at most in the SIM card and phone. 5.6 Voicemail The phone will support this function. The caller can leave messages in your voice mailbox. and the phone can notify you .You can subscribe a voice mailbox to receive voicemails. l Get voicemail: Select Get voicemail to check the voicemail box and listen to the voice message. l Voicemail number.: Set the voicemail number. 5.7 Cell Info This function requires the network support. For more details , please contact your network provider. 6. Calls 6.1 All calls It displays all call lists. Press UP/Down keys to view the list. View detail: to view the name, number, call time and date. IP Dial: set up IP dialing number and activating, choose IP Dial, automatically add the IP number before number of dial. Send a message: Select a record number to send message. Save to contacts: select the record to save to the Contacts Delete: delete the selected record Delete All: delete all the call records
6.2 Missed calls The screen displays the latest missed calls list. The operation method is same to All calls 6.3 Received calls The screen displays the latest received calls list. The operation method is same to All calls 6.4 Dialed calls The screen displays the latest dialed calls list. The operation method is same to All calls 6.5 Call time Press Up/Down keys to choose Last Call time, Total Sent, Total received or Reset time. Press left soft to view detail information. 7. Contacts In the standby mode, press the right soft key to enter the Contacts interface. In the Contacts interface, you can view contacts or save/edit/delete the name and phone number saved in the phone or SIM card. Different SIM cards store different amounts of numbers according to their memory size. 7.1 Dial Press Left Softkey to dial the phone number 7.2 Adding new Contact Press left softkey to edit the phone number you want to add into SIM card. After editing the name and number, Press left softkey to confirm where you save the information. The number has been saved until “save” is on the screen. 7.3 Edit You can edit current phone number. 7.4 Delete you can delete current phone number 7.5 Search You can search phone number by name 7.6 Speed dial list set the phone number to speed dial 7.7 Used space

Profiles Your mobile phone provides many different user profiles for you to set your mobile phone’s ring tone, volume and alert type. The profile options are: General, Meeting, Outdoor , Indoor, Headset(this mode will activate when earphone insert.)and Silent. Press Up/Down keys to scroll and select “User Profiles”. Press the left softkey to enter the “User Profiles” main menu On standby, hold press # key to quickly turn silence on or off. Activate to activate selecting profile. Customize Tone Setup: allow the user to customize different ring tones with different option, for example, Message tone Key tones, Missed alert, Alarm tone; Volume: Three type of volume can be set: Ring Tone, Key Tone and Headphones Tone. Press Navigation keys to adjust the tone; Alert Type: This option allow the user to set the kind of alert he expects whenever there is an incoming call. user can select only one option from Ring, Vibration Only, Vibrator and Ring, and Vibrator Then Ring. 9.Settings 9.1 Phone settings Select and enter the Phone Settings submenu. l Language: set phone language l Own number: edit and set up two groups owner number at most l Fastkey settings: set up/down/left/right key function in idle screen l Auto keypad lock: set audo keypad lock On/Off 9.2 Display settings l LCD contrast: Set LCD’s contrast. l Backlight: Set the time of shutdown backlight. 9.3 Clock settings: l Set date and time: Set date and time l Date format: Set date format as yymmdd or mmddyy or ddmmyy
9.3 Call settings n Anykey answer: If “ON” is selected, you can answer the call by pressing any key except the End key n Calling Line Identification restriction: set the default choice, open or closed n Minute minder: Choose to remind you 5 or 15 seconds ahead of every minute when answering the in call, or selects Always Off. n Connected minder: Select to turn on/off the alert ring when the dialed call is connected. n Call waiting: Select Activate/Deactivate to enable/disable this function; select Checking availability to query the current status of this function. When enabled, the network will notify you of a new call if a new incoming call takes place during the current conversation. Please contact the network service provider for detailed usage. n Hide my number: hide number, supported by networt. 9.3 Fixed dialing number n Set fixed dialing number 9.3 Service dialing number n Set fixed dialing number 9.4 Network Settings This network service allow you to either automatically or manually select the network to be used while roaming outside of your home area. Automatic press left key to search automatically and connect to the first available network. Manual press left key to search a available network list for user manually select and select the network you want. 9.4 Security settings n PIN code: PIN code can prevent your SIM card from illegal use. Select ON/OFF to enable or disable SIM password protection; You must input right PIN code to Activate or deactivate this function. After activating this function ,you must input right PIN code each time when you power on your phone. If you input wrong PIN code third, the SIM card will be lock. Then,
the PUK code is needed to unlock the SIM card. n Phone code: This function can prevent your mobile phone from unauthorized use. Select ON/OFF to enable or disable the handset lock protection; You must input right phone code to Activate or deactivate this function. After activating this function, you must input right phone code each time when you change different SIM cards . The default Phone lock code is 1234. n Fixed Dial: When this function is activated, you may only dial the numbers that are in the fixed dialling list 9.5 Factory settings In this menu, you can select to restore the related settings of the phone to factory settings by inputting right code. 10 Tools 10.1Alarms Your phone can be set up to eight alarm. 10 .1.1Alarm setting Choose alarm setting, alarm options were under Tip types (single, daily, weekly, days and alarm clock), setting the date, time and ring tones. 10.1.2 Alarm list Alarm option list can view the alarms have set, use the up/down button to select the alarm which you want to read, entering the sub-menu options list. ---Edit ---Disabled / opening ---Delete 10.1.3 Clear all Delete all alarm setting 10.1.4 Define rest day Set up a fixed rest day in a week, the work day alarm will not set in these rest days, use up/down button to select and then click the “ok” button to set or cancel the rest days.
10.2 Calculator l Press 0~9 Number keys to input numbers, and press the # key to input the decimal point or press the * key to input the negative sign. l Press left softkey to switch among +, –, ×, ÷. l Press the OK key [Equal] to get results. 10.3 FM radio This function effect only after headphone line plugged in the USB connector. In the radio interface, click the ok button, it will search the station automatically, press left/right key to adjust the volume; press up/down key to adjust a frequency step by step. Press the left soft key entering the "option" to the next level menu l Auto search Automatically search around the radio, each can only search to a radio l Save Save current frequency. l Channels Saved Channels.you can select a channel and do something as play,rename,change,delete,delete all.. l Set frequency Set the current frequency 11. Maintenance ※ Put the phone and all of its fittings in a place out of children’s reach. ※ Keep the SIM card in good conditions. Do not bend or scraper it; be sure to avoid it from interference by static electricity. Use a piece of cloth that is static electricity proofing, and contains no chemical detergent, to clean the SIM card. ※ The phone shall be kept from moisture and shaking. Do not put it in any place directly exposed to sunshine. Any liquid flowing into the phone will cause corrosion of the metal made electric circuit; and heat will shorten the service lives of the electronic component parts and damage the battery. ※ If the phone is not in use for a long time (more than one month), please take out the battery. ※ Phone ID: when you have lost your phone or SIM card, the following information is rather important, and shall be recorded: SIM card serial number (marked on the card); phone serial number (15-digit), and client number given by the network operator. ※ If you have lost your phone or SIM card, please contact your network operator immediately, to prevent any other person from using your phone illegally. ※ If the phone is not in use for a long time after being turned off, please separate the phone from its battery, so as to avoid the battery from suffering an electric
leakage, and thus damaging the phone.
