Setting Up Your Tile App
To begin using Tile, please follow these instructions:
• Download the app by visiting thetileapp.com/app
• Open the app and tap “Get Started”
• Enter your email address
• Create and enter a password
• Check your email and confirm your email address. Be sure to check
your spam folder. If you have problems, or don’t receive an email from us,
email: team@thetileapp.com
• Open the app and log in with your email address and newly
created password
• Follow the steps to allow Tile access to Bluetooth and Location Services

instructions below for each new Tile that you’d like
to use:
1. Add a Tile: select the + button to add a Tile

Tile Hardware Limited Warranty
Tile warrants that your Tile hardware product (“the Product”) will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year
from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser (“the Warranty Period”).
If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, Tile will, at its
sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new
or refurbished product or component; or (b) refund the original purchase
price upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty does not apply to
Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers, or where the instructions
for use and activation of the Product are not complied with or where the
Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification or other
causes beyond our reasonable control.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED
TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL
OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGE-
MENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary by jurisdiction.

Use and Care
Tiles are not waterproof—do not submerge. Clean with damp cloth as needed.
Not for use in extreme hot or cold environments—keep between -10°C (14°F)
and 60°C (140°F). CHOKING HAZARD—Tiles are not toys, so please keep out
of reach of young children.
Tile Refund Policy
We have worked very hard to create a product you will love and we
believe you will love your Tile product. However, we realize the Product
you receive from Tile may not be exactly what you expected. Should this
rare occurrence take place, the original retail purchaser of the Product
may return all Tiles purchased in the original transaction, in their original
condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of the date
of delivery to the original retail purchaser and Tile will exchange it or provide
a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that this policy
applies only to Products you purchase directly from Tile or an authorized
Tile supplier. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the
Tile hardware one (1) year Limited Worldwide Warranty referred to above.

Environmental Information
The equipment you purchased has required the extraction and use of natural
resources for its production. It may contain hazardous substances that could
impact health and the environment.
In order to avoid the dissemination of those substances in our environment
and to diminish the pressure on the natural resources, we encourage you
to use the appropriate take-back system offered to you when your Tiles expire.
Return procedures will be made available in the expiration notice for your Tiles
when you’ll also be able to select the quantity for your next shipment of Tiles.
Our take-back system will reuse or recycle most of the materials in your
expired Tiles in an environmentally conscious way.
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol invites you to use our system. If you
need more information on the collection systems for e-waste, please contact
your local or regional waste administration.

Tile garantit que votre produit matériel Tile (« le Produit ») sera exempt
de tout défaut, matériel et de fabrication, pour une période de un
(1) an à compter de la date de livraison au premier acheteur (« la Période
de garantie »). En cas de défaut du Produit au cours de la Période de garan-
tie, Tile, à sa seule discrétion et selon les lois en vigueur, (a) le réparera

Utilisation et entretien
Les Tiles ne sont pas résistants à l’eau, ne les immergez pas. Au besoin,
nettoyez-les avec un chiffon humide. Ne les utilisez pas dans des
environnements à la température extrêmement élevée ou extrêmement
basse. Conservez-les à une température comprise entre -10° C (14° F)
et 60° C (140° F). RISQUE D’ÉTOUFFEMENT— Les Tiles ne sont pas des
jouets, tenez-les hors de portée des jeunes enfants.
Politique de remboursement Tile
Nous avons fait tout notre possible pour vous proposer un produit
de qualité irréprochable et nous espérons que Tile vous apportera pleine
satisfaction. Nous sommes toutefois conscients que notre Produit peut
ne pas correspondre exactement à vos attentes. Si cela devait arriver, le
premier acheteur du Produit peut renvoyer tous les Produits Tile achetés
lors de la transaction d’origine, dans leur état d’origine, accompagnés du
reçu d’origine et de l’emballage d’origine, dans les 30 jours suivants la date
de livraison au premier acheteur, et Tile les échangera ou les remboursera

Tile gewährleistet, dass Ihre Tile-Hardware („das Produkt“) bis zu einem
(1) Jahr nach Lieferdatum an den ursprünglichen Einzelhändler keine

der Garantiefrist ein Defekt am Produkt auftritt, (a) repariert Tile nach eigenem

Tile den Kaufpreis nach Rücksendung des defekten Produkts. Diese Garantie
gilt nicht für Produkte, die bei nicht zugelassenen Wiederverkäufern erworben
wurden sowie bei Nichtbeachtung der Anweisungen zur Verwendung
und Aktivierung des Produkts und bei Beschädigung des Produkts infolge
von Missbrauch, Unfall, Änderungen oder anderen von Tile nicht zu
vertretenden Umständen.
SÄMTLICHE STILLSCHWEIGENDEN ZUSICHERUNGEN BEZÜGLICH DER
GEWÖHNLICHEN BZW. AUSSERGEWÖHNLICHEN VERWENDUNG DER
PRODUKTE („IMPLIED WARRANTIES“) SIND AUF DIE DAUER
DER GELTENDEN AUSDRÜCKLICHEN GARANTIE BESCHRÄNKT.
Sämtliche übrigen ausdrücklichen oder stillschweigenden Bestimmungen
und Zusicherungen, einschließlich stillschweigender Zusicherungen der
Nichtverletzung geistigen Eigentums, werden abgelehnt. In einigen
Rechtsprechungen sind Beschränkungen der Dauer eingeschlossen

auch wenn Tile auf die Möglichkeit der Schäden hingewiesen wurde. Dabei
übersteigt Tiles Haftung nicht den von Ihnen für das Produkt bezahlten Betrag.
Die oben genannten Einschränkungen gelten auch dann, wenn eine in dieser
Vereinbarung gegebene Zusicherung oder Abhilfe nicht dem wesentlichen
Zweck entspricht. In einigen Rechtsprechungen ist der Ausschluss von
aus Vertragsbruch entstehendem bzw. sich ergebendem Schadensersatz

Tiles sind nicht wasserdicht – tauchen Sie sie nicht ins Wasser. Bei Bedarf
können die Tiles mit einem feuchten Tuch gereinigt werden. Die Tiles dürfen
keinen Temperaturen unter -10°C (14°F) und über 60°C (140°F) ausgesetzt
werden. ERSTICKUNGSGEFAHR – Bewahren Sie die Tiles außerhalb der
Reichweite kleiner Kinder auf.
Tile-Rückerstattungsrichtlinie
Wir haben uns bemüht, ein Produkt höchster Qualität zu erstellen und sind
zuversichtlich, dass Sie mit Ihrem Tile-Produkt zufrieden sein werden. Wir
sind uns jedoch der Möglichkeit bewusst, dass das Tile-Produkt nicht Ihren
Ansprüchen genügt. In diesem unwahrscheinlichen Fall kann der Einzelhändler
sämtliche bei der Originaltransaktion gekauften Tiles in ihrem ursprünglichen
Zustand, mit dem Originalbeleg und in der Originalverpackung innerhalb
von 30 Tagen nach Lieferdatum zurücksenden. Tile wird die Produkte
austauschen oder eine volle Erstattung des Kaufpreises vornehmen.
Hinweis: Diese Richtlinie findet nur Anwendung für direkt bei Tile oder einem
zugelassenen Tile-Händler erworbene Produkte. Dies gilt zusätzlich zu Ihren
gesetzlichen Rechten sowie den Rechten aus oben beschriebener weltweiter

Ressourcen gewonnen und verwendet. Es kann gefährliche Substanzen
