lighIWar/xw C5 Installation Instructions 1) Turn all power off to the lamp or fixture 2) Remove shade, bulb and harp. 3) Remove bulb and adapter from package 4) Screw fluorescent bulb and adapter into lamp socket. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. Best performance it operated at 77°F ambient temperature. CAUTION. Use indoors and do not use in wet location or room (bathroom, shower room. etc). This devrce not intended for use With emergency exit fixtures or emergency exrt lights, To prevent risk offire or product damage, do not use this adapter on dimming circuits, electronic timers or photo cells.
