The Power Wave® C300 is a portable multi-process wire feeder
welder. It is ideal for production welding, general fabrication,
construction, and training and education.











PowerConnect ™ Technology – Automatically adjusts to input power
from 200-600V, 50 or 60 Hz, single phase or three phase. Welding output
remains constant through the entire input voltage range.
Low Operating Cost – Tribrid™ power module provides exceptional
welding performance at an industry leading 0.97 power factor and 88%
efficiency at 250 amps.
Production Monitoring™ 2 – Track equipment usage, store weld data,
and configure limits to assist in welding efficiency analysis.
iARC™ Digital Controls – Fast processing speed provides exceptional
arc stability regardless of weld process. Ethernet connection now
standard.
Compact and Durable Case – IP23 rated to withstand harsh
environments and maximize portability.

1. Continuous WFS/Amps Control – Adjust
wire feed speed (WFS) in MIG and Flux-Cored
welding, adjust amperage in Stick or TIG
welding.
2. Welding Mode – Choose from 56 standard
welding modes. Customized modes also
available.
3. Continuous Volts/Trim Control – Adjust
voltage when MIG and Flux-Cored welding.
Adjust arc length (trim) when Pulsed MIG
welding.
4. Advance Process Options – Control pre- and
post-weld settings to optimize arc starts and
stops.
• Pre-Flow – Amount of time between when
gas flow starts and wire feed begins.
• Run-In – Wire feed speed (WFS) prior to
arc start.
• Start Procedures – Set the WFS and volts/trim
for an adjustable starting time to provide for
better weld starts.
• Spot Timer – Adjustable arc time for repetitive
tack and spot welds.
• Crater – Set the WFS and volts/trim for a defined
time after the trigger is released and before the
arc is extinguished.
• Burnback – Variable amount of time the arc is
maintained after wire feed stops to prevent wire
sticking to the puddle.
• Post-Flow – Amount of time gas flow continues
after the arc is extinguished.

5. Memory Presets – Store up to 8 customized weld
procedures for multiple operators, processes, and settings.
6. 2 Step/4 Step – Select 2 Step for switching weld output on
and off in direct response to the trigger. Select 4 Step for
trigger interlock capability.
7. Dual Procedure – Switch from one weld procedure to
another while welding.
8. UltimArc™ Control – Adjust arc characteristics
to match individual preferences.
