A: Ensure your BoomChair™ is connected as described in the Setup Guide. Check that the power to the unit is on and the volume is turned up. Also, make sure your audio device is not set to “MUTE” and volume is turned up. If using wireless connection, make sure the transmitter and BoomChair™ are set to the same frequency. Make sure wireless transmitter has fresh batteries and is turned on. Q: Why isn’t there sound coming from one of my speakers? A: Ensure the audio cord to the BoomChair™ is securely connected as described in the Setup Guide. Make sure that both the left and right channel audio inputs and outputs are securely connected to the BoomChair™ and audio device. Q: Why don’t the LED lights respond when using battery power? A: When using D cell batteries to power your BoomChair™, the LED lights will not be as responsive as when using AC power. This is to conserve the life of your batteries. The LED lights will respond better if the volume of the input device (MP3 player, video game, etc.) is set to maximum volume. Q: Where can I get more information?
