This product utilizes a Class 1 laser to read Compact
Discs. This laser Compact Disc Player is equipped with
safety switches to avoid exposure when the CD door
is open and the safety interlocks are defeated. Invisible
laser radiation is present when the CD Player’s lid
is open and the system’s interlock has failed or been
defeated. It is very important that you avoid direct
exposure to the laser beam at all times. Please do not
attempt to defeat or bypass the safety switches.

pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against

Important Safety Instructions
1. Read Instructions - All the safety and
operating instruction should be read before the
product is operated.

operating instruction should be retained for

and in the operating instructions should be
adhered to.
4. Follow instructions - All operating and use
instructions should be followed.
5. Cleaning - Unplug this product from the
wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid
cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Clean only with a
dry cloth.
6. Attachments - Do not use attachments not
recommended by the product manufacturer as
they may cause hazards.
7. Water and Moisture - Do not use this product
near water - for example, near a bath tub, wash
bowl, kitchen sink, or laundry tub; in a wet
basement, or near a swimming pool, and the
like. The apparatus shall not be exposed to
dripping or splashing and that no objects filled
with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on
apparatus.
8. Accessories - Do not place this product on
an unstable cart, stand tripod, bracket, or
table. The product may fall, causing serious
injury to a child or adult, and serious damage
to the product. Use only with a cart, stand,
tripod, bracket, or table recommended by the
manufacturer, or sold with the product. Any
mounting of the product should follow the
manufacturer’s instructions, and should use
a mounting accessory recommended by the
manufacturer.
9. A product and cart combination should be
moved with care. Quick stops, excessive force,
and uneven surfaces may cause the appliance
and cart combination to overturn.

13. Power-Cord Protection - Power supply cords
should be routed so that they are not likely to
be walked on or pinched by items placed upon
or against them, paying particular attention to
cords at plugs, convenience receptacles, and
point where they exit from the product.
14. Protective Attachment Plug - The product
is equipped with an attachment plug having
overload protection. This is a safety feature.
See Instruction Manual for replacement or
resetting of protective device. If replacement
of the plug is required, be sure the service
technician has used a replacement plug
specified by the manufacturer that has the
same overload protection as the original plug.
15. Outdoor Antenna Grounding - If an
outside antenna is connected to the receiver,
be sure the antenna system is grounded
so as to provide some protection against
voltage surges and built-up static charges.
Article 810 of the National Electrical Code,
ANSI/NFPA 70, provides information with
regard to proper grounding of the mast and
supporting structure, grounding of the mast
and supporting structure, grounding of the
lead-in wire to an antenna-discharge unit, size
of grounding conductors, location of antennadischarge unit, connection to grounding
electrodes, and requirements for the grounding
electrode.

10. Ventilation - Slots and openings in the cabinet
are provided for ventilation and to ensure
reliable operation of the product and to protect
it from overheating, and these openings must
not be blocked or covered. The openings
should never be blocked by placing the
product on a bed, sofa, rug, or other similar
surface. This product should not be placed in a
built-in installation such as a bookcase or rack
unless proper ventilation is provided or the
manufacturer’s instruction have been adhered
to.
11. Power Sources - This product should be
operated only from the type of power source
indicated on the marking label. If you are not
sure of the type of power supply to your home,
consult your product dealer or local power
company. For products intended to operate
from battery power, or other sources, refer to
the operating instruction.
12. Grounding or Polarization - This product
may be equipped with a polarized alternatingcurrent line plug (a plug having one blade
wider than the other). This plug will fit into
the power outlet only one way. This is a safety
receptacles as this can result in a risk of fire or
electric shock.
19. Object and Liquid Entry - Never push
objects of any kind into this product through
openings as they may touch dangerous voltage
points or short-out parts that could result in a
fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of any
kind on the product.
20. Servicing - Do not attempt to service this
product yourself as opening or removing
covers may expose you to dangerous voltage
or other hazards. Refer all servicing to
qualified service personnel.
21. Damage Requiring Service - Unplug
this product from the wall outlet and refer
servicing to qualified service personnel under
the following conditions:
a) When the power-supply cord or plug is
damaged,
b) If liquid has been spilled, or objects have
fallen into the product,
c) If the product has been exposed to rain or
water,
d) If the product does not operate normally
by following the operating instructions.
Adjust only those controls that are covered
by the operating instructions as an improper
adjustment of other controls may result in
damage and will often require extensive work
by a qualified technician to restore the product
to its normal operation.
e) If the product has been dropped or
damaged in any way, and
f) When the product exhibits a distinct change
in performance - this indicates a need for
service.
22. Replacement Parts - When replacement parts
are required, be sure the service technician
has used replacement parts specified by the
manufacturer or have the same characteristics
as the original part. Unauthorized substitutions
may result in fire, electric shock, or other
hazards.
23. Safety Check - Upon completion of any
service or repairs to this product, ask the
service technician to perform safety checks
to determine that the product is in proper
operating condition.
24. Wall or Ceiling Mounting - The product
should be mounted to a wall or ceiling only as
recommended by the manufacturer.
16. Lightning - For added protection for this
product during a lightning storm, or when it
is left unattended and unused for long periods
of time, unplug it from the wall outlet and
disconnect the antenna or cable system. This
will prevent damage to the product due to
lightning and power-line surges.
17. Power Lines - An outside antenna system
should not be located in the vicinity of
overhead power lines or other electric light or
power circuits, or where it can fall into such
power lines or circuits. When installing an
outside antenna system, extreme care should
be taken to keep from touching such power
lines or circuits as contact with them might be
fatal.
18. Overloading - Do not overload wall outlets,
extension cords, or integral convenience
25. Heat - The product should be situated away
from heat sources such as radiators, heat
registers, stoves, or other products (including
amplifiers) that produce heat. Battery shall not
be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine,
fire, or the like.

apparatus from the mains completely, the
mains plug should be disconnected from the

POWER SOURCE
AC POWER
This product operates on 120V~ 60Hz power supply. To power the unit, plug the
built-in AC Power cord into a standard wall outlet.
BATTERY BACKUP
Requires 2, AAA-size, batteries (not included).The battery backup is intended for
short power outages only. The unit’s primary functions cannot run on the battery
backup alone.
This unit is equipped with a battery back-up system, requiring two DC 1.5V UM-4
type batteries (not included). Insert the battery in the BATTERY COMPARTMENT
making certain that the positive and negative (+ and -) sides are properly aligned. If
power failure occurs, the clock automatically switches to the battery power supply,
the clock continue running internally and the radio presets are preserved. When
power returns, the unit switches back to AC adaptor again.
BATTERY CARE
• Use only the size and type of batteries specified.
• If the unit is not to be used for an extended period of time, remove the battery.
• Old or leaking batteries can cause damage to the unit and may void the warranty.
• Do not try to recharge batteries not intended to be recharged; they can overheat
and rupture (Follow battery manufacturer’s directions).
• Do not dispose of batteries in fire, batteries may leak or explode.
SETTING THE CLOCK
1. With the power off, press the CLOCK SET/PRESET button. The hour on the display will
begin blinking.
2. Press the HOUR/TUN MIN/TUN +
button to adjust the hour.
3. Press the CLOCK SET/PRESET button again to adjust the minutes. The minutes on the
display will begin blinking.
4. Press the HOUR/TUN MIN/TUN +
button to adjust the minutes.
5. Press the CLOCK SET/PRESET button again to finish setting the time.
SETTING TIMER
1. Press the TIMER button. the TIMER icon with time “10” will displayed
2. Press the TIMER buttons again to adjust the timer the timer time will count down
10 minute. Repeat to press this button to adjust the timer in decrements of 10
minute.
3. Press the HOUR/TUN or MIN/TUN +
buttons to adjust the timer in
increments/decrements of 1 min.
4. After the set time has expired, the under cabinet music system will sound an
alarm.
5. Press the TIMER button again to finish setting and will show the current time
BLUETOOTH OPERATION
ABOUT PAIRING
Pairing is the term used when two Bluetooth devices are connected wirelessly for
the first time. This allows the devices to see each other and sets up a one to one
communication channel between both devices.
To begin pairing with a Bluetooth device
1. Press the
button to turn on the unit.
2. Press the SOURCE button to select Bluetooth function and the icon
will
displayed and flash on LCD, you will hear the melody and start pairing process to
connect to your Bluetooth device.
3. Turn on Bluetooth function of your device and enable the search or scan function
to find SKCR2826BT (see your device’s instructions to add or setup a Bluetooth
device).
4. Select SKCR2826BT from the device list when it appears on you device screen.
If required, enter the pass code “0000” to pair (link) SKCR2826BT with your
device.
5. Once paired with a device, the icon will light steadily and your will hear the
sound “DOM” to confirm that pairing is tone beep sound confirms that pairing is
completed.
6. If you want SKCR2826BT change to pair with another Bluetooth device. Press
and hold the PAIR button for about 4~5 seconds. The icon will flash,
the melody will be heard to confirm the unit will go into Pairing/Discoverable
mode again. Repeat steps 3 and 4.
To connect previously paired Bluetooth device
SKCR2826BT can store one previously paired device for quick pairing during power
on. When the unit is powered on and the previously paired device is found within the
operating range, the unit will pair the device automatically.

Due to different operating system of Bluetooth devices, the time taken by pairing
process might be different. If the pairing cannot be successful in the first time,
please try to restart the pairing process by pressing and holding the
flash.
PAIR button again until the icon
The pairing time might be longer for the first time pairing or pairing a new
Bluetooth device.
Make sure you have the latest firmware for your Bluetooth devices.
Make sure your device is working properly. Check your device’s manual for
details on Bluetooth pairing and linking.
Refer to manual of your cell phones, tablet PC, computer or other Bluetooth
enabled device for Bluetooth operation since it may vary from model to model.
PLAYING FROM A BLUETOOTH DEVICE
You can play music from your Bluetooth device wirelessly to SKCR2810BT after
pairing.
1. Selecting your favorite song, press the PLAY button on your Bluetooth device or
the PAIR button on SKCR2826BT to play or pause the Bluetooth device playback.
2. Adjust both the VOLUME +/- buttons of your SKCR2826BT and your Bluetooth
device until you reach a comfortable listening level.
Notes:
1. Your Bluetooth enabled device will not play the music through the speaker,
even if connected (linked), if the device does not support A2DP profile.
2. Remember to turn off the SKCR2826BT when you have finished listening, set
the button to the STANDBY mode.
3. Don't forget to switch off the power of your external audio device as well
LISTENING TO THE RADIO
An FM antenna is built into the unit. To improve FM radio reception, adjust the position
of the unit.
1. Press the button to turn the unit ON.
2. Press the SOURCE button to select FM band, the FM frequency will show on
LCD display.
3. Press the SCAN
button to tune the radio manually.
4. Use the HOUR/TUN button to select the desired radio
or MIN/TUN +
station. If you press and hold the HOUR/TUN button for 2
or MIN/TUN +
seconds, then release, the unit will automatically scan to the next broadcasting
station.
5. The broadcasting radio frequency will be displayed for about 10 seconds before
reverting to the clock time.
6. Press the button to turn the radio OFF.
TO SET/RECALL RADIO STATION PRESETS
1. Press the button to turn the unit ON.
2. Press the SOURCE button to select FM band, the FM frequency will show on
the LCD display.
3. Use the HOUR/TUN button to select the desired radio
or MIN/TUN +
station.
4. Press the CLOCK SET PREST button to enable the program function and the
preset channel number “P01” indicator will show on the LCD display and flashing.
5. Press the HOUR/TUN button to enter the desired
or MIN/TUN +
channel number of program.
6. Press the CLOCK SET PREST button to confirm memory.
7. Repeat above steps #3 thru #6 to preset up to 30 stations for FM band.
8. To retrieve one of the preset stations already programmed, press
/ PLAY/PAUSE/SCAN button until you reach the desired preset number/radio
station.
USING THE AUDIO INPUT
This unit provides an auxiliary audio signal input jack for connecting external audio
devices like MP3 players, CD players and listen to them through the speakers of this
unit.
1. Use an audio cable (not included) with one 3.5 mm stereo plug on each end of the
cable.
2. Plug one end into the AUX IN Jack on the main unit and the other end of the
cable into the Line-out Jack or Headphone Jack of your external audio device.
3. Turn on the unit and external audio device.
4. To select auxiliary audio input, tap the SOURCE button to select AUX IN mode.
“AUX IN” icon appears on display.
5. The volume level can now be controlled through the main unit. Operate all other
functions on the auxiliary device as usual.
NOTE:
If you connect this unit to the Line-Out Jack of your external device then you only
need to adjust the volume control of this unit. If you connected the Headphone Jack
of your external device then you may need to adjust both the volume control of your
external device and the volume control of this unit to find the most desirable volume
setting.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Clean the unit with a soft, damp (never wet) cloth. Solvent or detergent should
never be used.
2. Avoid operating your unit under direct sunlight or in hot, humid or dusty places to
reduce the risk of fire or electric shock.
3. Keep your unit away from heating appliances and sources of electrical noise
such as fluorescent lamps or motors.
4. For better Clock Display clarity, avoid operating the unit under direct sunlight or
in strong room illumination.
5. Unplug the unit from the electrical power outlet immediately in case of
malfunction.
