This manual is intended for operating and supervisory personnel and provides information on installing and operating the ProChip Timer.   This publication has been written with great care. If you don’t have an account yet, please request on via your account manager or click on <become a partner>.              Once you logged in, choose the option <Shop>  In the shop you can choose your subscription 1, 2 or 5 year.
     9      An overview of your products will show.
     10      After you choose your products go to <support> and choose the option ProChip Timing System.  Here you find the software <MYLAPS Connect>. Download the software and create a desktop icon.    Open <MYLAPS Connect>, choose <Organisations> and login with your credentials.
     11        Connect the ProChip Communicator to your computer.           When you connect the ProChip Communicator, the two led’s will go on:  Communicator Color Function Off Communicator is not powered Red solid Communicator is starting Green solid Communicator is connected to a PC and ready to receive commands from MYLAPS Connect Green blinking Communicator has received a command from  MYLAPS Connect  ProChip Timer Color  Function Off Communicator is not powered Red solid Communicator is in error state (MYLAPS support needed) Red blinking Communicator is getting ready for receiving ProChips Green solid Communicator is ready for communication with ProChips Green blinking Communicator is communicating with ProChips
     12       Login to MYLAPS Connect  Connect the ProChip Communicator to the computer  Place the ProChips on the communicator.        When you connect you see an overview of your transponders in MYLAPS Connect:   All transponder numbers with the status of the battery and subscription.  You can select the transponders on:  Expired or end in 24 months  Low battery  Valid for 24+ months   When you bought your subscription in the web shop, you will see an overview in MYLAPS Connect.  1 year  2 year  5 year Here you can renew your transponder by selecting the transponder number and click on the subscription of your choice.
