MS-PCDL01 Series User Manual 1. Description MS-PCDL01 is designed for receiving wireless data from MEET’s wireless products. It fully supports Windows® ‘Plug and Play’ function and USB2.0 standard. 2. How To Use Plug the MS-PCDL01 into the PC’s USB socket, LED will light up for approx. 1 second, which means MS-PCDL01 is connected to Windows® software and it is ready to use. Note: Remove the MS-PCDL01 from PC if not use it for a long time. 3. Software Support MS-PCDL01 only works with MEET communication software. Other Windows® utilities must be compatible with MEET communication protocol. 4. Page 1 of 3 5. Detail About This Device MS-PCDL01 is a digital wireless RF2.4G USB HID adapter. The RF IC is a low-power, high-integrated single chip RF transceiver using 0.18μm mixed-mode CMOS process optimized for ISM 2.4GHz wireless systems. MS-PCDL01 contains receiver, transmitter, voltage-controlled oscillator(VCO) and phase-locked loop (PLL). The device is expressly designed for low power consumption. Specific expertise has been applied to save current consumption and thus to extend the battery life, which is of most importance to the portable wireless consumer applications. Power saving mode has also been implemented to further reduce the power consumption. The receiver contains a low-noise amplifier (LNA), a high-frequency mixer, a received signal strength indicator (RSSI), a channel select filter, a limiting amplifier, a demodulator and a data slicer with clock recovery. MS-PCDL01 have antenna in PCB. Transmission power: 0dBm (1mW) .And Transmission Distance is 0 ~ 20m. MS-PCDL01 can also transmit data signal to other MEET's equipment which have wireless device MS-RF005. 6.
