Operation subject to the following two conditions: 1) This device may not cause harmful interlerence and 2) This device must accept any interference received, Including interference that may cause undesired operation. ~ Before you begin to fly, look at the irequency sticker on the back ofyour transmitter and make sure no one in the area is on the same frequency. Do not fly your Micro'Fly if other radio control devices are being operated on the same frequency. - Since your model is controlled by a radio link it is very important to always keep lresh alkaline batteries in the transmitter. SAFETY PRECAU -You aioneare responsible for operating your model in a sale manner. When flying, you are , responsible for your own safety and the safety of others around you. Follow these basic safety guidelines at all times. sThe spinning rotor blades on this helicoptercan be very dangerous!When operating/flying, always be aware of the spinning rotors. Do NOT let them come close to your body, other people and loose objects such as clothing or ieweiry. - Always fly your helicopter in a wide-open room. Make sure that the area ls tree from obstructions. Do not fly around people who are unaware that you are flying a model helicopter, and never fly over peepie's heads. - Do not attempt to disassemble any of the model's components or allow them to get wet or electrical damage may occur. ~ Never fly your model from roadways or after dark. - Keep spectators behind you when flying. - Never use solvents or liquid cleaners to clean this model. Doing so may damage the unit or electronics. Only use a dry, soft cloth forcleaning. ~ Do NOT hold the Micro-Fly when launching. Transmitter Micro-Fly Hellcogter i) Fuselage 2) Main Rotors 3) Landing Skids 4) Charging Port 5) On/Off Switch 6) Power Indicator Light 7) Flight Selector i) On/Off& charge switch 2) Charging Status LED 3) Charger Link Cord 4) Battery Compartment 5) Antenna 6) Throttle Control (up & down) 7) Directional Control (left& right) 8) Yaw trim adjustment 9) Charging output port NOTE: Keep the box and packaging to safely store your Micro-Fly between flying sessions. Proper storage wrll prevent the rotors from Warping and help maintain flight performance. ALSO: To make sure your antenna does not get caught in the blades during flight, keep it looped around the skids of the helicopter. - Using your fingers, rotate the two battery compartment cover retaining tabs 90-degrees until they are in the horizontal position.You’lI have to lift the tabs slightly to move them off of their retaining posts. ~ Remove the battery compartment cover. . Paying close attention to each battery's polarity (+ and —) use the diagrams cast onto the battery compartment back wall to install them correctly. Install 8"AA"- size alkaline batteries. NOTE: If your batteries are not installed properly the transmitter will not function, and could become damaged. - Use 8 NEW alkaline batteries. We recommend Megatech’s Super Plus brand, - Replace the battery compartment cover and rotate the retaining tabs 90vdegrees or until the tabs are in the vertical position. Again, you'li hear a "snap" indicating the tabs are in the most secure position, Your Micro-Fly features a built-in Megatech extended run time high-performance rechargeable NiMH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) battery that must be charged before each flight (approximately 4-6 minutes charging time). NiMH technology indicates that the battery performance improves as you cycle them (charging them up, and running them down). Optimum performance will be realized after the fourth or fifth cycle. Your transrnitter also features a built-in charger that is equipped with an automatic timer. It will automatically shut off when the Micro-Fly's batteries are charged.The approximate charge time is 4—6 minutes. NOTE: Never charge for more than 10 minutes or leave unattended while charging. If you notice reduced run time, you may need to change the transmttter batteries.
