SmartScan and "Installation Instructions" for the EasyScan USB) are both still in the draft
status but both will be finalized prior marketing of these products to the USA.
The following statements as per CFR 47, §15.21 and §15.19(a) (3) will be included in a |
prominent location within the above mentioned documents:
"Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user‘s authority to operate the equipment."

(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation
