Users on the network canshare files, print to a shared printer, and access theInternet with a shared modem. In this kind of network, new devices can be quickly added; however, users canonly communicate with other wireless LAN computersthat are in the wireless LAN workgroup, and are withinrange.NETDANCER+**11Mbps WIRELESS LAN PCMCIA CARDNETDANCER+**11Mbps WIRELESS LAN PCMCIA CARDwirelesswirelesswirelessLaptop PC withCB11BLaptop PC withCB11BDesktop PC withCB11B(The PCI toPCMCIA moduleis optional)Modem / DSLInternet
3Wireless 11b Card Bus CB11B User’s GuideInfrastructure Networking Mode--- Infrastructure net-working differs from Ad-hoc networking is that it in-cludes an access point. In an Infrastructure networking, the access point can manage the bandwidth to maxi-mize bandwidth utilization. Additionally, the access pointenables users on a wireless LAN to access an existingwired network, allowing wireless users to take advan-tage of the wired networks resources, such as Internet, email, file transfer, and printer sharing. The scale andrange of the Infrastructure networking are larger andwider than that of the Ad-hoc networking.NETDANCER+**11Mbps WIRELESS LAN PCMCIA CARDNETDANCER+**11Mbps WIRELESS LAN PCMCIA CARDLaptop PC withCB11BModem / DSLInternetNETDANCER+**11Mbps WIRELESS LAN PCMCIA CARDLaptop PC withCB11BNETDANCER+**11Mbps WIRELESS LAN PCMCIA CARDLaptop PC withCB11Bwirelesswirelesswireless wirelessAccessPointRouterDesktop PC withCB11B(The PCI toPCMCIA moduleis optional)
