II. HowtoWeartheHeartRate
Monitor
1. Wettheelectrodesasshownbelow.
2. Attachthetransmittertothestrap.
3. Fastenupwiththeclipsonbothends.
Adjustthestraptoassureit'snottootight
orloose,soastodetectaccurateheart
ratedata.
4. Wearitslightlybelowyourchest.Adjust
thesensorpositiontothecenterofyour
body,whileelectrodesmustbepressed
againstyourskin.
Note:
1. Makesurethedeviceisworninthe
rightdirection(Left&Right)to
avoidinaccurateheartrate
detection.
2. Beforewashingthedevice,detach
themainpartofHeartRateMonitor
whereelectrodesarelocated.This
partisnotwashable.

Whilewashingthestraps,make
surewaterisnohigherthan30°C.

Battery
1. DetachtheHeartRateMonitorfromthe
strap.
2. Useacointounclinchthebackcover.
3. Removethebatteryinsidewithanew
one.
4. Closethebackcoverontothedevice.
Note:Pleasemakesurethebackcover
issecurelysealedtoprevent
unexpectedwaterleakage.
