Operating the Nuclear Doorbell
To turn your Nuclear Doorbell on you will need to remove the isolator tabs (the plastic strips
that stop batteries connecting and completing a circuit ) from the button and the main unit.
Once you have done this, the Nuclear Doorbell will be activated and every time a visitor
presses the button one of three randomly selected phrases will play.
NB the main unit of your Nuclear Doorbell can be stood-up using the metal stand or hung on
the wall from its back plate. The button can be screwed into or stuck onto the wall.
Battery information:
The Doorbell button requires 1*12V 23A battery. Unscrew battery compartment to replace
batteries.
The main unit will require fresh batteries every 3 or 4 months .After 3 months’ use, please check
the battery strength by pressing the button.
Batteries precaution
1. Use only fresh batteries of the required size and recommended type.
2. Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of battery: standard, alkaline, or
rechargeable, or rechargeable batteries of different capacities.
3. Never leave dead or weak batteries in the unit.
4. If you do not plan to use the unit for several weeks, remove the batteries. Batteries can leak
chemicals that can destroy electronic parts.
5. If the unit does not appear to be working correctly replace the batteries.
6. Dispose of batteries properly and promptly. Do not burn or bury. Recycle wherever possible.
7. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed
from the unit before being charged.
8. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
9. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
10. Packaging should be kept as it contains important information.
