Is there signal on the phone?There should be at least one grid in the signal strength icon. If there is no grid, use your phone where there is strong signal.What if your voice can't be heared during the call?Ensure that the call is not configured to "Hold". Additionally, ensure that the microphone on your phone is not blocked by any original accessory or retention.

Report to the local public security burea and your service provider.Press and hold the power key, but the phone is not switched on.Ensure that you have pressed and held   (Power key), until the display screen is opened in a few minutes. If it still doesn't work, check whether the charged battery is correctly installed.UIM has been inserted. But the screen still hints that no UIM card  is inserted.The UIM card might be incorrectly inserted. Check the UIM card and ensure it is correctly inserted.Ensure your UIM card is valid.Switch off the phone, reinsert the UIM card, and then switch on the phone.The screen hints UIM card is locked. How to unlock the UIM card?Contact your service provider for PUK.When performing a certain function, the phone requires you to input the lock code.Input preset lock code "0000" or "1234". Or, the connected network doesn't support internet access. The Browser is activated. But the screen hints that no response from server.The server may be busy at the moment.
