This radio terminal complies with the IEEE (FCC) and ICNIRP exposure limits for general population exposure RF environment. This radio terminal complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference re-ceived, including interference that may cause undesired operation.In terms of measuring RF energy for compliance with the FCC exposure guidelines, your radio terminal radiates measurable RF energy only while it is transmitting, not when it is receiving or in standby mode.
