requirements, the antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to
provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must

1.Introduction
The Mueller Field Radio is intended for indoor & outdoor use as an automatic metering
Infrastructure (AMI) & control device. The Field Radio product consists of a Mueller RFDC
radio limited module fully integrated with a main board consisting of an AC/DC regulated
switching power supply and RS232 interface.
The Field Radios main function is to allow remote access to Mueller Systems RF enabled AMI
devices for the purpose of data collection, configuration and management.
The contents of this installation manual are intended for technically qualified personnel who
have been trained and are technically qualified in basic electrical principles.

There are no user serviceable items within a Field Radio. No cleaning is required.
