TRIM CONTROL SWITCH:
Trim switch is located on underside of vehicle. It is used to
align the wheels of your vehicle for consistent drive in a
straight line. Move switch left or right until desired alignment
is reached.
FOR BEST RESULTS: “Tm “m"
- Be aware of radio frequency. Avoid operating within range oi another unit using same
frequency. Radio frequency is indicated on package, transmitter and vehicle.
- Use a New Bright 6 Volt rechargeable battery pack.
~ Use fresh alkaline batteries.
Note: if malfunction occurs, replace batteries.
- Do not bend or pull antenna.
' Keep ON/OFF switch in ‘OFF' position when toy is not in use.
- Remove batteries when toy is not in use for extended period of time
- Operate transmitter within 100 feet of vehicle.
- Keep contacts clean from rust and dust.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard or rechargeable batteries in the battery clip.
- Do not mix old and new batteries in the battery clip.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Always check the batteries! 90% of malfunctions relating radio controlled vehicles are
caused by dead or incorrectly installed batteries.
BATTERY REQUIREMENTS:
VEHICLE: One 6.0V rechargeable NiCd battery pack and quick charger.
OR Four‘AA' Alkaline Batteries (Battery Clip)
TRANSMITTER: One ‘9V‘ Alkaline Battery.

UNPACKING 3: ASSEMBLY:
- Remove vehicle, transmitter, plastic tube and retractable
radio antenna trom foam tray.
- Screw threaded end of antenna clockwise into cavity located
on top side at transmitter.
- Carefully straighten antenna on vehicle by inserting into the
white plastic tube. Do not pull antenna.
- Tie a knot at the end of antenna to secure tube in place.
TWO POWER OPTlONS:
ALKALINE BATTERIES
NOTE: To improve parlormance and increase running time, the use of a
New Bright 6Volt rechargeable batten; pack is highly recommended.
- Insert 4 ‘AA' alkaline batteries into included battery
clip with positive (+) and negative (—) ends matching
compartment markings.
- Insert clip into vehicle chassis. (Label facing out)
- Slide clip forward
(following the direction
oi the arrow). Turn
compartment look toward
compartment to secure.
- Power contacts
should be touching.

included is not rechargeable

VEHICLE CHASSIS
6.0V RECHARGEABLE BATI'ERY PACK
- The NEW BRIGHT 6.0V POWER CHARGE SYSTEM
is designed as an alternative to expensive disposable
batteries. ‘
- Charge the rechargeable 6.0V NiCd battery pack with the
quick charger.
0V battery pack into vehicle chassis.
- - Slide battery pack
forward (tollowing the
direction of the arrow).
Turn compartment lock
toward compartment to
secure.
- Power contacts should
be touching.
NOTE: Be sure to follow
the instructions ot the 6.0V
POWER CHARGE
SYSTEM and completely
understand all charging and
recharging instructions of
the battery pack and
charging unit. Adult
VEHICLE CHASS|5 supervision is advised.
TRANSMITTER BATTERY

OPERATION:
1. Turn ON/OFF switch on bottom of vehicle to ‘ON’
position.
2. FORWARD DRIVE: Push lett joystick up to move ion
Joystick will automatically return to the Neutral positi
when released.
3. REVERSE DRIVE: Push left joystick down to move i
reverse. Joystick will automatically return to the Maui
position when released.
4. LEFT/RIGHT STEERING: Move right joystick left or
for desired direction while operating Forward or Rev
tunction.
