If the LED light is not on,please check if the adapter of TV BOX connected ok or not.
If the LED light is on and turned on the TV, but the UI of TV BOX is not displayed on
the TV screen, please check if the HDMI connected ok or the video output of TV is
HDMI or not.
If can't find the mouse cursor on the screen, please check if the mouse connected ok
or not, if it is a 2.4G wireless mouse, please check if the battery is in it or not.
signal is weak, please make the router and TV Box closer.
Due to some apps designed for phone, it is possible that con't be displayed on full

If some apps can't be available, it is perhaps that they are not optimized with the
Android operation system.
