%Limited Warranty; Warranties This Cel-Fi (Product) is distributed by  your mobile carrier, and  depending on  their  terms  and  conditions of  sale,  you  may  or may  not  have additional rights under a warranty program for Cel-Fi. This does not affect your statutory rights. All Products must be stored, carried, processed, installed or otherwise handled or dealt with by End User and its agents in accordance  with Nextivity’s published instructions, and in accordance with normal safety procedures for the handling of Products, and  Nextivity shall not be liable  for any loss,  damage,  injury  or expense arising out  of the  Products  or their  condition  if  this is  not done.
