Troubleshooting
The key to better performance is the placement of the two units.
FCC Requirements:
This is a CONSUMER device.
BEFORE USE, you MUST REGISTER THIS DEVICE with your wireless
provider and have your provider’s consent. Most wireless providers
consent to the use of signal boosters. Some providers may not consent to
the use of this device on their network. If you are unsure, contact your
provider.
You MUST operate this device with approved antennas and cables as
specied by the manufacturer. Antennas MUST be installed at least 20
cm (8 inches) from any person.
You MUST cease operating this device immediately if requested by
the FCC or a licensed wireless service provider.
WARNING. E911 location information may not be provided or may
be inaccurate for calls served by using this device.
When used with any mobile device utilizing the 1710-1755 MHz band,
the FCC limits booster equipment placement to a maximum of 10 meters
above ground level. Installation of this equipment which does not
comply with federal requirements may subject the owner to FCC
enforcement action.

Find the best cellular signal.
For Cel-Fi PRO to work correctly, you need to have either a 3G, 4G or LTE signal.
Typically, you will get the best signal upstairs near a window.
Step 1
Place the Coverage Unit (CU).
Place the CU in the location where you need improved coverage.
Step 3
Place the Network Unit (NU).
Place the NU in the location where you get the best cellular signal.
Step 2
Optimize Coverage.
For best results, try moving the CU around to a few different spots. Typically, the farther the units are apart,
the better coverage you will have. Although, it is possible to move the units too far apart.
