RF Remote Socket and Transmitter
Ref: EMW202TD + MW202R
Function
1. The remote control socket turns on and off the connected lighting or appliance by a wireless transmitter
using radio frequency up to 25 meters away.
2. The transmitter is with countdown selection 30Min60Min2Hrs4Hrs. And ON, OFF button to turn on and turn
off the power.
3. It is ideal for controlling lighting for the purposes of home automation and energy saving.
4. Each transmitter controls 1 receiver.
Operation
1. No command setting required.
2. Connect the remote control socket to the mains power supply.
3. Remove the plastic tab at the battery holder to allow battery contact.
4. Press the corresponding button on the transmitter to switch on and off the connected appliance at your
desired time.
Button Function
ON Press to turn on the power.
OFF Press to turn off the power.
30Min Press to activate the power on for 30mins
60Min Press to activate the power on for 60mins
2Hrs Press to activate the power on for 2hrs
4Hrs Press to activate the power on for 4hrs
5. The indicator on the receiver blinks once for every reception of power on/off
6. When the indicator goes dim, it means the battery is in low power. Open the battery holder and replace it with
equivalent battery in correct polarity as per figure below.
Caution
1. For safety reason, always switch off your appliance before connection and avoid setting up on rainy days.
2. Appliances to be connected to the remote control socket MUST NOT exceed the voltage and frequency
ratings as in “Specifications”.
