1、 Interface of the remote control

2、Button description 按键功能描述
A. HEAD UP button：Press and hold the button, the Head actuator will go up. Stop
when released.
一直按下，头部驱动器下降，松开即停止；

B. HEAD DN button：Press and hold the button, the Head actuator will go down. Stop
when released.
一直按下，头部驱动器上升，松开即停止；
C. FOOT UP button：Press and hold the button, the Foot actuator will go up. Stop
when released.
一直按下，脚部驱动器下降，松开即停止；
D. FOOT DN button：Press and hold the button, the Foot actuator will go down. Stop
when released.
一直按下，脚部驱动器上升，松开即停止；
E. HEAD & FOOT UP button：Press and hold the button, the Head and Foot actuator
will simultaneously go up. Stop when released.
一直按下，头部驱动器和脚部驱动器同时下降，松开即停止；
F. HEAD & FOOT DN button：Press and hold the button, the Head and Foot actuator
will simultaneously go down. Stop when released.
一直按下，头部驱动器和脚部驱动器上升，松开即停止；
3、Wireless pairing operation
Step1: put in the batteries.
Step2: Power on the control box.
Step3: Double click the code pairing button on the control box, and then release it, the pairing
instruction LED on the control box lights. The control box is in a state to be paired.
Step4: Press simultaneously the Head-Up button and the Foot-Up button on the remote control,
when the backlight LED on the remote flashes. release these two buttons, if the backlight LED
still flashes, it represents that the remote is searching for paired control box. The pairing LED on
the control box to be paired is always bright. When the backlight LED on the remote and LED on
the control which is to be paired stop flash. The code pairing is finished. To test whether the
code pairing is successful, or to test other relevant button of actuator such as the Head-Up
/Down button and the Foot-Up/Down button. If you can hear the “tick” sound of relay, the code
pairing is successful. Otherwise, repeat all the processes above steps.
It is strongly recommended that the near control boxes, for example, in a same house, should

be configured differently. Each control box must be paired with the different remote control
where the DIP-Switch position is deferent. Doesn’t pair both control boxes with the same
remote control or the different one but in which the DIP-switch position is same.
遥控对码：
1. 将遥控器放入电池。
2. 将控制盒上电。
3. 连续双击控制盒上的配对按键并松开，这时控制盒上的配对指示 LED 点亮，控制盒处于待配对状态。
4. 同时按住遥控器上的头部上升键和脚部上升键，当遥控器上的背光 LED 闪烁时，松开两按键，背光 LED
还在闪烁，说明遥控器在搜索待配对的控制盒，待配对的控制盒上的配对 LED 常亮。当遥控器上的背光
LED 以及待配对的控制盒上的 LED 停止闪烁，配对操作完成。要测试配对是否成功，头部上升/下降，
脚部上升、下降按键，等等与驱动器有关的按键，如果能听到继电器发出的“滴答”声，说明配对成功。
否则，重复操作上面的所有步骤。
强烈建议，临近的控制盒，譬如，在同一个房子，应该配置不同。每个控制盒必须与不同的遥控器配对，
不同的遥控器指其上的 DIP 开关位置不同。不要把两个控制盒都与同一个遥控器或者 DIP 开关设置相同的遥
控器配对。
5、Connect to the Control Box
The control box is designed for using the SMPS of 29VDC/ around 2A as the power. It is

necessary to use the SMPS provided by us when normal operation.
本控制盒设计适用的电源为 29VDC/ 2A 左右开关电源，正常操作需使用我们配套的开关电源；
In the case of the AC power utility failure, the batteries for backup of 18VDC can be used as
the power. It is only for flatting the bed plate without load if the batteries used as the power
and each one of the batteries must be new with 9V voltage. You can press and hold the
emergency button on the body of the control box to flat the bed. The movement sequence
is that the Foot actuator goes down until arrives to the limit the Head one goes down. If
release the button, all movement will stop immediately including the massage motors.
It isn’t also strongly recommended to start the massage motors when the battery box used
as power.
若遇临时停电，可以使用我们提供的 18V 备用电池，此备用电池仅限于将无负载的床放平，而且必须使
用9V 新电池，因为电池电量有限，不能多次升降床板。可以使用控制盒上的紧急按钮使床放平。一直按
住不放，脚部先开始下降，到极限位置后，头部开始下降。 松开后，所有动作将停止，包括振动马达。
