1) The following sentence should be displayed on the equipment containing this module.
"Contains Transmitter Module FCC ID: YSKWP5" or "Contains FCC ID: YSKWP5"
"Contains Transmitter Module IC: 4763E-WP5" or "Contains IC: 4763E-WP5"
2) Industry Canada ICES-003 Compliance Label should be affixed on the equipment or instruction manual.
