Thank you for purchasing our SONORIX Bluetooth Audio Adapter.
The Bluetooth Audio Adapter is a device that provides Bluetooth
connectivity for stereo audio streaming when plugged into 3.5mm stereo
jack(headphone) of any audio devices or USB port of laptops or desktops
without Bluetooth functionalities.

Switching the Audio Adapter ON/OFF
Charging the Audio Adapter
* Battery at the time of purchase must be charged for at least 2 hours before use.
To power on Audio Adapter, click and hold MFB for 3-4 seconds until
LED flashes blue rapidly and then release button.
To power off Audio Adapter, click and hold MFB for 3-4 seconds until
LED flashes red rapidly and then release button.
Pairing Audio Adapter with SONORIX Headset
With Headset in pairing mode, mount battery onto Audio Adapter. Click
and hold MFB for 3-4 seconds until LED flashes blue rapidly and
continue holding the button for 4 more seconds and when LED flashes
slow constantly release button.
With battery mounted onto

Battery can also be charged by
connecting Audio Adapter to
USB port of PC using the USB
cable.
After a few seconds, Headset and Audio Adapter will be paired and
connected.
When paired and connected, LEDs of both Headset and Audio Adapter
will be in OFF state.
Note : Interoperability of Audio Adapter is guaranteed only when used with
SONORIX Bluetooth Stereo Headset OBH-0110

Using Audio Adapter with Headset to Listen to Music
Power on Headset and Audio Adapter to establish Bluetooth connection.
Plug one end of Stereo or USB cable into Audio Adapter and the other
end into Stereo or USB input of audio device.
From now on, music will play from Headset in stereo mode.
While playing music, user can control volume and also pause, stop and
replay music by manipulating buttons on Headset. However, it is
important to note that during execution of pause, stop and replay
functions, even though music will not be heard from Headset, music will
continuously be playing from the audio device itself. This is due to the
fact audio signal processing from Audio Adapter is analog in nature.
To use Audio Adapter to stream audio from PC, plug one end of the mini
USB into Audio Adapter and the other end into USB port of PC.
The Audio Adapter will then take over the default soundcard as ‘USB
Audio Device’. If music does not play from Headset, go to Control Panel
Sound and Audio Setting and check if ‘USB Audio Device’ is present
under Audio Tab. If USB is plugged out, ‘USB Audio Device’ will
disappear from Audio Tab.
From now on, music will play from Headset in stereo mode.
Note : With battery mounted, if Audio Adapter is connected to PC via USB
Cable, it will automatically enter into charging mode. Since power is supplied
from PC, Audio Dongle can be used for streaming audio without having to
mount battery.

Hints for Optimum Audio Transmission
Useful Tips on Audio Adapter Application
The performance of wireless audio streaming depends on the environment
where it is used. Walls, partitions, doors, furniture etc can block the path of
transmitted radio signals thereby
resulting in shorter range and even
sound distortions. Likewise, the human
body also affects the performance
especially when the Audio Adapter
connected to audio device is held close
to the body.
1) Audio Adapter can be connected to USB port or Audio Jack of audio
devices and can be switched from one mode to another by pressing
ON/OFF button once.
2) Audio Adapter remembers the last settings of the mode used, that is,
whether USB or audio connection was made. If the last setting was that of
USB, then the next time it is connected to Headset, USB mode will be
activated. Likewise, if the last setting was that of Audio Jack, then Audio
Jack mode will be activated.
3) If Audio Adapter and Headset goes out of transmission range, Audio
Adapter will attempt to reestablish the Bluetooth connection within 60
seconds from the time the service was disconnected.
Audio Adapter can be used without battery if it is connected to devices with
power supply capabilities, for instance PCs.
4) When Audio Adapter is connected to TV, to reestablish connection with
Headset, simply press ON/OFF button of Audio Adapter after switching on
the Headset.
5) When Audio Adapter and Headset have been disconnected normally
(change Headset battery, powering off Headset), to reestablish the
connection, simply press ON/OFF button on Audio Adapter.
It is therefore a good practice to use
headset and audio Adapter on the right
side of the body as the right side of the
Headset communicates with the Audio
Adapter.
Also, do not cover the right side of
Headset or Audio Adapter with your
hands as it may hinder the proper
transmission of signals.

Product Warranty
Openbrain Technologies warrants this product against all defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
purchase by end user. The conditions for warranty are as follows :
The warranty is valid only if the original receipt issued to the original
purchaser by the dealer is presented with the product to be repaired or
replaced.
The warranty is void if the serial number, date of purchase and product
label had been removed.
The warranty does not cover any failure or damage of the product due to
normal wear and tear, physical abuse, improper installation, misuse,
modification or repairs by unauthorized third parties.
Openbrain Technologies does not assume responsibility for any loss or
damage incurred during shipment and as a result of force majeure.
Openbrain Technologies is not liable for any incidental or consequential
damages arising from the use or misuse of the product.
All warranty claims are limited to repair or replacement of the defective
product at the sole discretion of Openbrain Technologies.
If Openbrain Technologies repairs or replaces the product, the repaired or
replaced product shall be warranted for the remaining time of the original
warranty period. Repair or replacement may involve the use of functionally
equivalent reconditioned units. Replaced part or product becomes the
property of Openbrain Technologies.
Consumable components, such as batteries, are not included in the
warranty obligation.
