Safety Instructions
* Please read the following
z Never use the Bluetooth Stereo Headset while driving.
z Check the laws and regulations on the use of mobile phones and
handsfree equipments in areas you intend to use.
z Continuous listening of music at high volume may cause hearing
defects.
z Use of non-SONORIX batteries may result in damage, performance
degradation, injury, electric shock and even fire.
z Never touch the electric cord or plug with wet hands and never use
force to pull the cord or plug.
z Please read the precautions on the use of battery.
z When cleaning do not use any type of abrasive pad, scouring
powder or solvents as these may render the finish dull permanently.
z Charge the battery for at least 2 hours before using.
z Do not use in places like hospitals, airplanes etc. where use of
electronic devices is prohibited.
z Do not expose components to the extremes of sunlight,
temperature, moisture or vibrations.

Power ON/OFF & Pairing Key Operations (Headset) Volume & Remote Control Key Operations
Power ON Mount battery, click & hold ON/OFF button for 3-4
seconds and when LED flashes rapidly (blue),
release button. Note : When battery is first mounted,
LED will be in OFF state.
Volume Up Click Vol Up button once shortly.
Volume Down Click Vol Down button once shortly.
Skip/Next Click & hold Vol Up button shortly during play.
Previous Click & hold Vol Down button shortly during play.
Power OFF Click & hold ON/OFF button for 3-4 seconds and
when LED flashes rapidly (red), release button. Stop Click ON/OFF button once during play. To play, click
MFB button twice in a row.
Pause Click MFB button once during play. To resume, click
MFB button once.
Pairing Mode For first time pairing, mount battery, click & hold
ON/OFF & Vol Up buttons for 4 seconds. When
LED lights and starts to flash, release buttons.
**For pairing with SE P800 & Sharp GX-30 phones,
mount battery, click and hold ON/OFF & Vol Down
buttons for 4 seconds. When LED lights and starts to
flash, release buttons.**
Handsfree Key Operations
Voice Connection Click & hold MFB button in a long manner to
establish Bluetooth connection (only after pairing is
made and only applicable only for phones with
handsfree profile)
Note : For phones that provide only headset profile, Connect
button is used for answering calls and redialling.
Answer Call Click MFB button once.
End Call Click MFB button once. For some phones, the
ON/OFF button is used to end call.
Redial Click & hold MFB button in a long manner. (Some
phones can initiate Voice Dialing)

Thank you for purchasing our SONORIX Bluetooth Stereo Headset.
The SONORIX Bluetooth Stereo Headset (OBH-0110) is a high quality
wireless audio device that provides users with audio entertainment and
voice functions at its best while giving complete freedom from physical
wires. It functions as ‘Wireless Stereo Headphone’ when linked to
Bluetooth-enabled audio devices such as Mobile Phones, MP3 Players
and PCs etc and as ‘Handsfree Headset’ with Bluetooth Phones or PC.
For audio devices without Bluetooth functionalities, our plug & play
Bluetooth Audio Adapter can be used. We hope you enjoy the unique
wireless features provided by SONORIX.

Wearing the Headset / Using Travel Case
Mounting / Removing battery
Place the Headset such that the
neckband goes behind the head
and the ear hangers rest over the
ears.
To mount battery, place hook of battery into groove of Headset
and when the terminals of battery and Headset are touching,
press battery downwards to lock completely.
If you purchased the optional Travel
Case, fold the Headset and place inside
the case to protect from dirt and scratch.

z Battery Level Indicator : Battery level can be checked by color of LED.
When battery level is low, LED flashes red every second.
* Battery at the time of purchase must be charged for at least 2 hours before use.

* Because of its consumable nature, battery life cycle gradually degrades
over time. Purchase new battery if battery life has degraded significantly.
* Do not drop battery, subject it to force or disassemble it as it may result in
damage or overheating.
* Do not place battery near burner or microwave oven as it may explode.
* Keep away from the reach of children. Can be harmful when damaged
battery is used or if placed in the mouth.
* When exposed to battery liquid, clean the exposed area under running
water for 1-2 minutes.
* Do not use battery with other devices as it may cause damage.
Battery can be charged quickly and easily if you purchase the
optional charger cradle.

Pairing Headset with Bluetooth Devices
z List down Bluetooth Address on left Headset body where battery is
mounted and mount battery.
z Click and hold ‘Vol Up’ & ‘ON/OFF’ buttons together for more than 4
seconds. When LED lights and starts to flash, release the two buttons.
LED will then flash continously. This pairing mode will last for 3
minutes and if no pairing is made within this period, the Headset will
return to standby mode. For SE P800 and Sharp GX-30 phones, use
‘Vol Down’ & ‘ON/OFF’ buttons to do the pairing.
z Manipulate the buttons or menus of mobile phone to complete pairing
(Refer to phone manual as the instructions may differ from device to
device). Check if ‘SONORIX Stereo Headset’ or corresponding
‘Bluetooth Address’ is displayed in the list of searched devices. If
device is not found, repeat pairing procedure.
z When prompted to enter PinKey, enter ‘0000’ which is the fixed
PinKey for Bluetooth Stereo Headset.
z The Headset can be paired with up to 10 different devices. Pairing is
done just once and not every time a different device is used.
z For pairing of Headset with PC and usage of related applications
via Bluetooth USB Adapter, refer to the instructions in the
separately enclosed manual.
Remote Control Features
z If the host device supports AVRCP function, the Headset can be used
to remotely control music playback functions.
z To play ‘Next’ song, click and hold ‘Vol Up’ button for 1 sec.
z To play ‘Previous’ song, click and hold ‘Vol Down’ button for 1 sec.
z To ‘Pause’, click ‘MFB’ button once during play.
z To ‘Resume’, click ‘MFB’ button once in ‘Pause’ mode.
z To ‘Stop’, click ‘ON/OFF’ button once during play.
z To ‘Replay’, click ‘MFB’ button twice.

Pairing Headset with Bluetooth Phone
z Mount battery onto Headset. Click and hold ‘Vol Up’ & ‘ON/OFF’

Using the Headset to Make a Call
z Make sure Headset and mobile phone are connected and
microphone plugged into USB port of Headset.
z To make a call, dial from the mobile phone and when the dial tone is
heard, click ‘MFB’ button once to switch over to Headset.
z To end the call, press the “MFB” button once.
Note : For some phones, the “ON/OFF” button is used to end the call.
z For Bluetooth phones that support Handsfree Profile, clicking the
“MFB” button in a long manner will activate the phone to redial to the
last number received or called.
Notes : For redialling, the procedures may differ from one device to
another. For some phones, clicking the “MFB” button in a long
manner will first activate the phone to display the list of the last
numbers received or called. For others, clicking the “MFB” button in a
long manner will redial to the last number received or called directly.

Using the Headset to Answer a Call
z To be able to answer a call, the Headset and mobile phone must be
connected and microphone plugged into USB port of Headset.
z On an incoming call, bell will ring from Headset and mobile phone.
Call can be answered from phone or from Headset by pressing the
“MFB” button once.
z For mobile phones supporting only headset profile, the ‘ON/OFF’
button is used to answer incoming call.
z To disconnect, press “MFB” button once. For mobile phones
supporting only headset profile, use ‘ON/OFF’ button to disconnect.
z If the other party ends the call first, Headset will automatically enter
into standby mode without the user having to press “ON/OFF” button
to end the call.
Scatternet Support
z Via Scatternet support, you can answer incoming call even while
listening to music from PC.
z This is only possible if user’s phone is Bluetooth enabled.
z For scatternet function, the Headset must be paired and connected
with both PC and phone.
z For pairing and connecting Headset with PC, please refer to the
instructions in the separately enclosed manual.
z On an incoming call while streaming audio from PC, music will stop
followed by bell ring. Click ‘MFB’ button once to answer the call.
z Once disconnected, music will play again from the point it was paused.
The switching from handsfree to music may take a few seconds.

Quick charger for Headset battery. The uniquely shaped charger cradle will
glow red during charging and blue when fully charged and will provide
decorative effect where it is placed.
Bluetooth Audio Adapter
The Bluetooth Audio Adapter is a device that provides Bluetooth
connectivity for stereo audio streaming when plugged into 3.5mm stereo
jack(headphone) of any audio devices or USB port of laptops or desktops
without Bluetooth functionalities.
Battery Pack
Buy additional batteries to enjoy listening to music without having to worry
about charging the Headset or Audio Adapter.
Bluetooth USB Adapter
The Bluetooth USB Adapter is a device that provides Bluetooth interface
when connected to USB port of desktop or laptop PCs without Bluetooth
functionalities.
Travel Case
Travel Case will protect the Headset from scratch and dirt and it can be
worn on belt or clipped onto bag.
