PUK code is required If the PIN code is entered incorrectly for three times, your SIM card would be blocked; the PUK code would be required to unblock it. Please contact your network service provider immediately. SIM card is required Ensure that your SIM card is properly installed, and check if SIM card works normally. If it is damaged or malfunctioning, please bring it to your network service provider for solution. 30 You device displays out of service Check the signal strength indicator. If there is no network signal, you may be in a basement or a blind area of a building; move to another area and try again. Poor audio quality If your call is disturbed by echo or noise, please end the call and redial. The network service provider may transfer you to a better line.
